A great hotel with exceptional staff. Katy is always smiling and attentive in the restaurant. There is a good selection of food with slight changes every day. Could be a bit warmer, but still really tasty! The hotel is spotlessly clean and there are always sunbeds available (April) good choice of pools for adults only and families. The hotel is on a hill, but the free shuttle bus to and from the beach is a great help. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed here for 2 weeks and hotel is fabulous. Anabella was the lovely lady that did the cleaning in our room. She was really helpful and a happy person. I would like to thank her for being so welcoming to us. All the staff from reception, restaurants, bars and pool areas were all very helpful and professional. Rooms were excellent and kept to a very high standard. There was a really good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and evening meal. We certainly will be returning for another holiday. This would be our first choice to stay again. Thank you everyone.

From arrival /drop off at our hotel the experience has been great. The visit/stay at Paradise Park has been lovely. The hotel is well situated nearby to lots of locations and to travel to parts of the island are easy. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful non more so than in the dining area. Nothing is too much for them none more so that the lady on the dining room reception Sara Spagna so pleasant and friendly makes the dining more enjoyable. Another great touch is the shuttle bus outside the hotel that takes you to Los Cristianos beach. Looking forward to coming again next year. .

Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable. The shower was great and powerful! The AC in our room was pretty loud so needs some attention. The food is very good but not excellent compared to others I’ve been to as it wasn’t always hot as you’d like or cooked properly. The pools were clean and lovely with lots of sun bed space. The service overall is very good and friendly. They couldn’t do more for you. Two comments to improve it would be to make it clear about what drinks are included as being “all inclusive” I thought all the various drinks would be included but clearly that’s not the case for everything. I don’t drink a lot but it’s just a bit of a hassle to pay the extra at the bar. Secondly, if the sun lounger towels were available at the pool bars that would be helpful. Asking for 50 cents to change them seems a bit impractical rather than just swapping them out for you free of charge as I’ve seen done at another similar Tenerife resort. Overall, it’s a lovely place to get away and relax either as adults or as a young family and would highly recommend it.

Just returned from our 3rd visit in 12months. Absolutely love it here. Such a warm welcome, and friendly feel across the entire resort. All staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you. We stay in the 2 bed duplex which is ideal for us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) as it means the kids have their own spaces (one has the 2nd bedroom, and the other has the small living area with a sofa bed). Always spotlessly clean - housekeeping comes every day which almost feels excessive however you really can tell how hard each and every one of the housekeeping team work because the entire resort is so clean. Food is the best we've had at a family friendly All Inclusive - all cooked fresh, great variety as well as the basic beige offerings for the fussy ones! We love the feel of this hotel and will continue to return 😊
