The guy behind the bar in the strelitzia bar is absolutely amazing. I wish I knew his name as he is very welcoming and well mannered and smiley. The other staff certainly didn't even come close to the same level of service of this gentleman. The location is a little out of the way and on a very steep hill, but there is a free bus service which is fab. The rooms are fantastic, the reception when checking in is very slow, it almost took 40 minutes to be seen 🥵. Other than that I would definitely come back. The food is fantastic and so are the premium plus drink options.

Thoroughly enjoyed a week at this hotel. We were all inclusive and the food selection was absolutely fantastic, there was so much choice every day from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of options in terms of pools and places to relax. Rooms are basic but have everything you need, shower is big. Rooms are cleaned every day to an exceptional standard. Free bus that takes you from the hotel to the beach every day, also a free buses available to Siam Park and Siam Mall every day outside the hotel.

I and my family spent 10 very pleasant days in the hotel. We had two elderly and a 3yo child with us. The service was amazing. You can see that the staff there are connected and happy to work there. The restaurant is a next level with plenty of variety and high standards of food safety and quality ( I say that because I spoted a dietitian checking the standards of the food that was being made). The room we stayed at was a family apartment which was very clean and spacefull. The location was great with a 24h supermarket just besides the hotel and around 20 min walk to Los Cristianos Beach. I can't find anything to complain about our stay here. I recommend it!

Incredible stay with my partner. Lovely staff, great facilities and the food was fantastic! The whole experience was very hands off from the staff but attentive when required. You could do exactly what you want without any hassle and anytime you required anything it was never a bother. So many pools to choose from and different options for midday snacks to replace the lunch if required.

I recently stayed at the Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel for 5 days on an all-inclusive package, and overall, I had a great experience. The hotel has a lively and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both families and couples. Positives: The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, whether it was at reception or in the restaurants. The all-inclusive food options were varied and of good quality, with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks and drinks throughout the day were a nice touch. The hotel has multiple pools, which meant there was always space to relax by the water. The entertainment was fun and engaging, with activities and shows every night. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. Areas for Improvement: While the food was good, after a few days, the variety did become a little repetitive. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, carefree holiday experience.
