I have been at a conference and I extended my stay here for a few more days. Top location, amazing pool, diversified restaurants. Staff always next to you paying extra attention to details. On top and for this they get extra points. They are animal friendly. Few cats are roaming around which they try discreetly to take them out. In the morning I had a bit of salmon. One cat was smelling this. So basically jumped on the table. It was my fault not the poor animal acting on instinct. I asked them not to hurt him. They were very nice and the cat was allowed to stay. I must say I am impressed by this therefore 10+ for attitude and for an open mind! Everyone had a laugh and the cat got his share of salmon. So happy life! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!

Overall a very good hotel. Great service personnel with nice dining options, rooms, and facilities. However, there were a few issues including the cold temperatures of the outdoor and indoor pools (the latter supposedly heated), the lack of laundry service for long-term guests, and the surprise closing of the Italian restaurant cuz it's supposedly too cold to eat outdoors (?!). Despite these items, this hotel has a lot of good things going for it. I was particularly impressed by how genuinely kind and friendly all the staff were.

The hotel was of a high standard, and our stay was excellent. They took care of all the small details. The food was delicious, and there was no need to leave the hotel as it had many facilities, including restaurants. The hotel was enormous and had the highest level of service I have ever encountered. My wife and I enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and one child in October. Overall we had a great experience. There are various pools and the beach to choose from to relax. The breakfast was delicious and I was very delighted that one of the chefs (Barbara) would make me dairy free pancakes (as I’m lactose intolerant) which was a lovely touch (she event left the mixture for her colleagues on the day off - thanks Barbara). The onsite gym is also nice. The weather was also perfect. My only criticisms would be: (1) the prices of most of the restaurants on the resorts are very expensive in the context of what you get (however, you can walk or get a cab to alternatives) unless you’re happy with quite standard food; and (b) the lack of flexibility on checkout to keep the room. We had three rooms booked for a week, and the room reservations team were pretty inflexible when I asked to keep one of the rooms for a few more hours on the day we checked out. Overall, I would come back.

Our third time visiting Parklane with our children aged 7 and 6 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is great, the rooms are very clean, specious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast has a big variety, many pools and great beach front. The hotel has a high level gym and tennis courts. There is also a nice kids club that fits until age 5 in my opinion. I highly recommend this hotel.
