An exquisite location and such a constantly friendly and caring service. As guests from the UK we were made to feel valued and treated with dignity and care. This is a rare quality to find in a hotel. Everything we encountered was top notch, and the eye to detail and safety is also first rate allowing our young children to enjoy the water park and many pools with joy and security. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in and I can't recommend it thoroughly enough.

We had an incredible holiday in this hotel. Everything is done so that you can relax and enjoy to the fullest. A big thank you to all the staff, the porter, the room cleaning people and the whole hotel, the waiters, lifeguards, the animation team, everyone really. A special thank you to Peter, the Manager of the reception, who was incredible not only during our stay, but already before our arrival and after our departure, always concerned about our well-being! THANK YOU VERY MUCH PETER🙏. We can only recommend this hotel at all levels, varied and quality food, spacious and very clean rooms, staff always smiling and available to help you, facilities for all tastes and ages, beach, swimming pools, slides, outdoor jacuzzi, etc... A very spacious facility with a large swimming pool and restaurant area. a unique place to rest, relax and have fun. The animators take great care of the atmosphere of the entire hotel, whether on the beach, swimming pool or amphitheater. almost every hour of every day there is entertainment for everyone. the atmosphere in this hotel is special thanks to the people who stay there, so returning is extremely difficult. In particular, the animators take care of each guest, ensuring constant fun and unforgettable experiences. they are friendly every day and will never pass by any guest without saying hello or a short conversation. If I go back to Egypt, I will only go to this hotel

Hotel "Albatros Palace" made a great impression on me. The hospitality and high level of service was felt from the moment of arrival. The territory of the hotel is well-kept, with a lot of greenery and comfortable areas for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, modernly equipped and well kept clean. The food is simply excellent - a wide selection of dishes for every taste, and everything is always fresh. I especially liked the variety of entertainment programs for guests, which made the rest interesting and active. The beach and pools are also at a high level - clean, well-kept, comfortable for everyone. "Albatros Palace" is a real paradise for relaxation, which I am happy to recommend to everyone.

The room, service, care and treatment that me and my family was given was outstanding. The cleaner for room 2202 was very kind and respectful. The pools and waterslides were good, as well as the night activities at the ampitheatre (which i wouldn't recommend to young kids). The food could've been improved as it was the nearly the same food and deserts in every buffet. Nonetheless, I would stay here again and it's very close to the airport too. I highly recommend to use indrive instead of getting taxis from people asking, as it's way cheaper. But a 9/10 for me.
