Great hotel, great staff throughout the hotel but the animation team were fantastic! With every one of our party, they got us involved and we had so much fun. Kimo especially was the BEST! So friendly, so fun and just all round lovely! Thanks for a great holiday!

Overall experience was excellent, we visited Pickalbatros Hotel for 11 days and it could not have gone better. Very family friendly, the food was delicious, and the service was immaculate. I would like to give a special thank you to the Columbus Staff working in the coffee bar by the Lobby. They were professional and amazing at making our coffees at any given time no matter how busy. Thank you!

We had a great vacation thanks a lot. Everything was amazing especially the Fish restaurant. The beach was amazing for snorkling, many different colorful fish. The hotel was too big with many restaurants and pools. I feel really safe, with my 6 and 7 years old kids, the was lifeguard around every single pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really nice people.

This place is so good we are coming back, the staff are fantastic, really helpful and look after you. Food is fantastic and there is a variety. Rooms cleaned every day, the cleaners leave animals made out of towels on beds which is a nice surprise. Pools clean and well maintained. Always life guards on. Would highly recommend this place to stay

This is a fabulous hotel, the staff work incredibly hard to ensure you have a happy holiday. The animation team provide a timetable of activities for all the family. They are friendly and welcoming and are always on hand to help. William the bar man is always on hand to keep you hydrated. Food is great and varied. The hotel is very clean and luxurious.
