This hotel was great for families, the staff were excellent, entertainment team and the pool especially Kamel who helped with our beds each day. The drinks are typically local brands, food was good too! Generally all the staff couldn't do enough for you. Pool all good, and the Aqua pool slides was fun for the kids, and adults. Being a beach front the snorkeling was good and safe for the kids with life guards looking on. Overall a great place to stay.

Great hotel, staff are very helpful and are happy to help. Our cleaner for room cleaned very well and did a very good job at tidying our room. The pool space is amazing and hotel was very beautiful. However everyday we had problems with keycards where we had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come and open the door which was frustrating. And no drinks were served after 12am for an all inclusive hotel drinks should be accessible at any time. However the hotel staff were very nice and the hotel was amazing. The spa space was good and very clean. Would recommend this hotel as it was family friendly and in a very good location.

We were happy yo enjoy holidays, everything was fine and beautiful, but we had a baby with stoller and had to lift up and down the stairs. As a first time guest, i wasnt informed that i can deny a room and choose another one, but next time i will definetly ask for room in a 1st floor. But room was nice anyway, stuff was kind and service was perfect. I have nothing to complain and we would choose this hotel again for sure. Also food was delicious. And life guards at pools are doing their job super great, we felt safe there.

A nice hotel with a great family-room. The housekeeper and service personal were very helpful and polite. The property and the pools were clean. The meal was good. The price ratio was fair. Only one negative thing: The entertainment program was mostly focused on russian people. With the time it was really irritating.

We had a great vacation thanks a lot. Everything was amazing especially the Fish restaurant. The beach was amazing for snorkling, many different colorful fish. The hotel was too big with many restaurants and pools. I feel really safe, with my 6 and 7 years old kids, the was lifeguard around every single pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really nice people.
