I had contacted the hotel in advance to mention a special occasion, and they went above and beyond — greeting us with a thoughtful welcome amenity, including a delicious cake that made the moment extra special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a skyline view room, which was both spacious and beautifully appointed. We had booked the half-board package, and both dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations — superb in taste and service. Due to the summer heat, we weren't able to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. It closes at 8:00 PM, which coincided with dinner time and sunset, making it less convenient during the warmer season. It would be wonderful if the pool hours could be adjusted seasonally. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Team, who ensured all of our requests were met with care and efficiency. One suggestion for future visits would be to offer buffet options for dinner and breakfast, which could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Raffles Dubai delivered a truly memorable experience.

Absolutely loved our short stay at Raffles. From the doorman and Front Desk staff to dining room staff, the service from all was always exceptional and delivered with a warm smile. The room was spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The scale of the building, high ceilings, pillars and the architectural detail is truly inspiring. With an adjoining shopping mall, shops and additional restaurants were close and accessible. Delightful stay and highly recommend for anyone looking for a spoil.

I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2016, and it truly feels like home. It’s a very family-friendly place, and every time I stay here, I feel a sense of comfort and familiarity. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This hotel has everything we need – from great facilities to excellent service. It’s become a special part of our family memories, and I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Staff are very helpful few name I remembered Abdul bellboy and sundeep at concierge, Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a place that feels more like a home than just a hotel!

Excellent service from start to finish. Lovely professional Welcome on arrival efficient check in. Spacious rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Anything we needed the staff were on hand to sort out. The Club Room Staff were all super efficient professional and friendly. Lovely Afternoon Tea and good choice of options at 6-8pm for Drinks & Canapes. The location was ideal close to the airport for easy transfer without feeling under the flight path. Good for Dubai Creek and more city based attraction rather than any of the beach area. Would highly recommend
