My stay at this five-star hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff, including security officer Sultan, were incredibly welcoming and ensured our safety and comfort throughout our stay. The hotel is designed as a pyramid and with old Egypt thyme. We had the club room and the room is big an beautiful. Because of several sides, there is different views available. At first we received a view that we didn't like, but as we asked from the crew, as with everything they immediately gave us two other options. Over all the breakfast is great, and they will go beyond to satisfy you every desire.

For our first time in Dubai we decided to book this hotel, because we have experience in Raffles. Our room Skyline King had a super view. Biggest surprise was that we’ve got directly our room (arrival at hotel was at 8am). Very thankful for all options, even possibility to upgrade and late check out. Our New Years Eve experience in pool cabana was exceptional- so much food for two persons. All personal was very lovely people. Concierge Sandeep helped us with our tour Safari (very nice and pleasant experience). We are grateful for your hospitality.
