Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfy, and since the place is quite big, there's a bus that takes you around. The food quality is very good, and you can choose from different restaurants at an affordable price. There was just a misunderstanding at checkout: I had a taxi scheduled to take me to the airport, and they told me it couldn't come inside the resort and that I should go out to wait. So, I went outside, but then the taxi went inside, and we ended up waiting for each other in different places. Because of this, I was a bit late to the airport.

I gratefully recommend visiting the book shop with a variety of items and especially getting to know Mr. Gamal Mohammed Ahmed He is characterized by his seriousness, politeness and especially the patience with which he deals with each individual tourist.

Good afternoon. I live in room 2137. Today I visited the Al Dente restaurant with my family and our friends. I want to share my impressions, but there are no impressions, we wasted our precious time. We waited 50 minutes for someone to pour us the wine we ordered, so we had to eat 3 of the 5 salads we ordered dry. It didn't end there. Then they brought us two hot steaks. We claimed that we had ordered one steak and a duet of beef tenderloin, but we were told that this was how it should be. One thing I want to emphasize is that the desserts here are very tasty. I said nothing when we arrived in the room there were problems, for three days I asked to bring a menu to the room and only today, the day before departure, I had to raise my voice and lo and behold, it turns out there is a menu that the employee brought and did not give it to me, he only offered to take a photo. In general, the hotel is good, but the aftertaste was not pleasant!!!

Our stay was overall amazing. All the staff at the hotel from check in, bars and cleaners were thoughtful and kind. But I have to give a special shout out to the ANIMATION TEAM. These guys do a great job and make the stay just so much better. Sultan and other friend which I didn’t manage get the name of made us feel at home and provided great entertainment every single day. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. If the animation team read this follow me on instagram @m4ciejj would be great to keep in touch.
