A Truly Relaxing Stay – Highly Recommended The overall ambiance of the hotel is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the entire day without leaving the hotel. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms — spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all the essential amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections with good quality. I had the chance to experience the spa during my stay and absolutely enjoyed it — very relaxing and well-executed. The spa area also features a beautiful photo spot that has become one of the hotel’s highlights, perfect for capturing memorable moments. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive, always greeting guests with a warm smile. The facilities and on-site activities are especially suitable for families with children, including a dedicated kids’ pool and plenty of engaging programs. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and an ideal choice for both couples and families seeking a relaxing stay. Definitely recommended.

This is my second time staying here.The Renaissance Resort and Spa is a luxuriously decorated, comfortable hotel with complete amenities. The rooms are clean and the grounds are full of trees. I like the spa the most. Breakfast is varied and delicious. It's perfect for families to relax, with many activities for children. In the morning, I wake up and walk along the beach, breathe in the fresh air, and recharge. All the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service and assistance. I'm impressed every time I stay here, and I will definitely choose this hotel

I stayed for 3 days, and I was very impressed. The service and accomodations were perfect, the staff were friendly and inviting, always with a smile of their face. The room was sparkly clean with a very soft and comfy bed. Their breakfasts were delicious, especially the Eggs Benedict. I had my car parked at the airport before coming to this trip. After I had already checked out, the hotel staff called to inform me that they had found my keys in the safety box and even offered to bring them to me while I was golfing. Had they not told me that I had forgotten my car keys, I could have flown all the way from Phuket back to Suvarnabhumi Airport and been unable to drive home. I am sincerely grateful to the hotel staff and impressed by their attention care they have towards their guests. I'm definitely returning to stay here in the future if I'm near the area. Sansern

This luxury beachfront resort in Phuket is truly surrounded by nature — calm, peaceful, and absolutely relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our three-night stay was pure rest and rejuvenation. Every evening, we enjoyed a beautiful walk to the beach and spent time at the Sand Box, a lovely beachfront bar — the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The atmosphere was stunning, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Pond, who looked after us every day with warmth and genuine care, making us feel completely at home. We’ll definitely come back again soon!

“Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa offers the perfect balance of refined hospitality, immaculate comfort, and authentic Thai dining—an oasis for both families and independent travelers.” From the moment I stepped into Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professional hospitality. Check-in was smooth, and my room was ready right away. The staff took time to explain the resort’s facilities, which was very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a fresh scent, spacious bathroom, quality amenities, and a very cozy bed. I also appreciated the reliable air-conditioning and convenient universal outlets with USB ports—great for travelers. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an excellent mix of Thai and international dishes, with the egg skillet as a signature favorite. I also enjoyed dinner at Takieng, the resort’s Thai restaurant, which served authentic dishes made with fresh local ingredients. Families will love the kids’ area with a playground and pool, but the resort also feels perfect for couples and solo travelers looking for relaxation. Although I didn’t get to try the spa this time, it looked very inviting. Overall, a wonderful stay—I will definitely be back!
