Excellent location. The hotel is modern but already need some renovation in the rooms. The halls aren’t pretty loud through the door but the walls are good at keeping the noise away. Internet was fast. Check in and out was seamless.

This hotel made our first trip to New York City truly unforgettable. From the warm greeting as we walked through the door to the heartfelt farewell as we departed, this hotel offered one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The staff here is exceptional – so friendly and attentive – and I only wish they had name tags so I could personally thank everyone who made our stay so special. Every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a cheerful “Welcome back,” and as we left, we were wished a great day, which really added a personal touch to our experience. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone visiting NYC for the first time. Just a short stroll to Times Square, and with a subway entrance right around the corner and Penn Station only a few minutes away, we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. We stayed in a King City View Room, and it was exactly as promised – spacious for a New York hotel room, well-appointed, and as stunning as the photos online. Both the room and the rest of the hotel were spotless, providing a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. A BIG thank you to Arlo Midtown and the staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the city.

Rooms are small l, but that common in NYC , BUT they are exceptionally clean and comfy! Staff was amazing and professional. Loved the lobby area, very spacious and comfortable. The little coffee pastry shop was great for a quick morning coffee, but they also have a full breakfast for a few in the restaurant. Overall this was a great stay and close to everything.

The overall is good but the bedrooms are really small, it’s literally a bed and a bathroom. There’s not even a closet or a desk. The bathroom is small but enough, it’s clean and modern and the shower is spacious. The lobby and common areas are nice and cozy. The location is excellent, 5 minutes away from the craziness of Times Square but far enough to be in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with lots of spots to eat close by. I’ll surely come back but upgrading to a bigger bedroom.

Housekeeping took care of a personal matter promptly, ensuring everything was addressed smoothly. My room was upgraded, a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay. The décor is modern and inviting, featuring warm lighting and stylish furnishings that create a comfortable and refined atmosphere. The bar is large, beautiful and offers a selection of crafted drinks.My room also had a soft sound machine, adding to the peaceful environment, and the bath gel was delicious. Located on a quiet street, the hotel provides a peaceful oasis. Just steps from Times Square and Madison Square Garden, yet offering a tranquil retreat. This was one of the best stays I’ve had. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t hesitate—it exceeds all expectations.
