We arrived late in the evening around 2200 and received such a warm welcome from the baggage staff and the receptionists.
Our room was fantastic, extremely spacious , clean and modern.
The food was 5 stars in the seven heights restaurant, definitely the best quality / variety we have experienced on an all inclusive. Then the Al la Carte restaurants that you can book daily for a change were exceptional.
All staff members were friendly/ polite as you’d expect and we did not experience anything negative. We didn’t take note of names unfortunately as some did stand out more than others but on a whole we thank all the staff at the hotel you were great.
Facilities were excellent , from the pool areas , kids clubs , gym and entertainment.
I could go on and on but we really don’t have anything negative to say.
10/10, well done team. We will definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

The stay was amazing, we have stayed in lots of hotels in different places. This was probably the best we have been in.
It was our first trip to Dubai and purely based on our stay we will be back. The facilities were great, loved that there was adult only pools and sections in the restaurant. The food was amazing, the buffet selection was great and loved the theme nights as it meant it was always different. The a la carte restaurants were amazing. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
The only feedback area is that the room was a bit tired looking and could have done with a refresh, however it didn’t take away from the experience and overall we will definitely be looking to come back!

The staff are incredible. I’ve never stayed anywhere that seem to genuinely want you to have anything but the best time. They were great with kids too. The hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and the food was lovely. Great selection of drinks and free bottled and filtered water available at all times. Looking to rebook next year already. Located on a gorgeous beach.
The staff are like a well oiled machine. Everything seems to move smoothly.

This was my third time staying with you, and this time, we brought three friends along—clearly, we’re big fans. The quality of your staff continues to amaze me, all very personable and always out to improve your stay. A perfect example is the breakfast rush, where the team handles an overwhelming load of dishes and cleaning while still maintaining impeccable service. Their dedication and training shine through in every interaction. We love the Buffet.
The attention to detail throughout our stay was exceptional. When we were leaving, the valet asked if we’d like water for the road and went out of their way to get it—such a small gesture, but one that left a lasting impression.
My wife had informed the hotel about our anniversary, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with a beautiful display that made it into all our social media posts. The thoughtful cake delivery was another lovely surprise—thank you!
We loved the variety of the buffet, and the hammam and honeymoon massage package were hands down the best we've ever had—just wow. My son also had a fantastic time at the teen club, and we loved our time while he was there:) It is such a great thing he had a place he was welcome.

Stay was great. Check in and check out experience was seamless. Facility was very comfortable. Lots of activities for the kids. Very helpful staffs right from concierge, valet drivers till house keeping.
Only one concern - the alcohol served was of lesser quality. Inspite of drinking the whole day, didn't feel the intoxication.
