The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast at Turquoise (7am to 11am)
  • Buffet lunch at Turquoise (12.30pm to 3:30pm)
  • Buffet dinner at Turquoise (7pm to 10pm) or a la carte dinner at Orient, Aja, L’Olivo and Mermaid (additional charges apply for the live teppanyaki show at Aja (Under 4s are free) and table reservation at a la carte restaurants, with the exception of People’s)
  • Dining at Club House which is open 24hrs (Villa and Club Prive guests only)
  • Saturday brunch at Turquoise (1pm to 4pm)
  • Beverages including a selection of beers, spirits, wine, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, energy drinks and water
  • Refreshments served in the Farasha Lobby Bar

In our experience, we stayed in room 2515, we had all three meals (even a midnight buffet was available but we never ate there 😭 but we went to look) , we loved how the hotel is designed with all the fancy chandeliers and nice colour and designs. The pools were really nice and the beach was nice at night but the sand was too hot for my feet during the day. The food was delicious, especially the pistachio baklava slice. Room service helpers were really friendly and kind, along with the other staff around the hotel and the rooms itself were nice, spacious, luxurious and I loved the balconies. Everything was a really nice experience but the water park could be a bit bigger so that teenagers and adults can also go in them and have fun. I am so grateful for meeting all the friendly staff and for getting to stay a week in this hotel and gain all these memories.

The Orient restaurant offers stunning views paired with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including when I decided to change my main course mid-meal and when we asked for the brownie dessert instead of our original choices. Our food arrived promptly, and every team member was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Special recognition goes to Sophia, our server, who was outstanding, positive, welcoming, and thoroughly professional throughout our visit. The entire experience was flawless, with staff who truly made us feel valued as guests. Highly recommended!

Staying in room 4308, I've only been here 1 day but I felt I needed to write my review today, I normally wait until I get back. I am here with my wife and 2 kids and already this place has blown me away, it is fantastic. I have been around the world including Dubai 3 times but this is the best. We were instantly upgraded to intercon family room which is perfect with kids. The staff are brilliant and so is everything, the swim up pool bar is awesome. The food here is also the best, all the cuisines are first class including the Indian food in the buffet which was awesome. After a while I need some good quality Indian food and this place is brilliant. We are planning on cancelling our future destinations and just coming here again as it ticks all the boxes and more.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life This hotel was absolutely terrible. The entire building was full of mold and humidity, with a constant, overwhelming smell of mildew — extremely dangerous for anyone’s health. I strongly advise you to avoid this place for your own safety. It was impossible to sleep due to the odor. The pool was freezing cold and filthy. On top of that, the bath button didn’t work, so taking a bath wasn’t even an option. And to make matters worse — cockroaches. And when I tried to complain, the receptionist told me that I’m not allowed to open the balcony door — which is the only access to our private pool! So how are we even supposed to get to the pool? It makes no sense. She also told me that we’re not allowed to turn off the air conditioner, and it must stay between 18–24°C at all times. What kind of rule is that? I don’t want to sleep with the AC on, and I definitely don’t want cold air blowing on me when I come out of the shower. These so-called “rules” are completely unreasonable — and possibly illegal. My kids are sick, and my wife has constant headaches because of the mold throughout the hotel. This place is an absolute disgrace.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island and honestly, we couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The quality of the food and service was out of this world – every meal felt like fine dining, with so much variety and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and looked after. The resort is stunning – beautiful beach, immaculate grounds, luxurious rooms, and top-notch facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean and so well maintained, which made the whole experience feel even more special. If you’re looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive luxury escape, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be returning!
