I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Hotels, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully appointed with elegant decor and every amenity I could possibly need. The on-site dining options were outstanding, offering a variety of delicious meals that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. The hotel's attention to detail, combined with its luxurious ambiance, made my stay truly memorable. Rosewood Hotels has set a new standard for luxury and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unparalleled hotel experience. I can't wait to return!

I stayed at the villa there , and it was AWESOME. There was lots of restaurants there and also a kid house ! You can learn weaving, making candles, drawing and pottery🏺 there. The villa was so comfortable with 3 beds and 2 outdoor baths but there are nothing that can look at you . The villa also has 2 indoor baths with a outdoor pool! There is a large sofa 🛋️ and a table and there are spoons , forks and cups for you to use . Now, for the snacks, they change it every day, 1 day , they gave us DELICIOUS marshmallows with some chips ! So if you walk out of the villa , there is a long road with turns and twists, so you can choose to call a dingy or a golf cart. You can go to the beach , get some snoggles , wear some life jackets, and head right to the sea . If you want to see corals and fish , you can go farther so you can see or touch fish . I saw fish next to the corals so I recommend you to go next to the coral . Do not touch it as it is sharp . Also , you can get some sea shoes as there are some sea urchins . You can also go kayaking , parasailing 🪂, hose riding 🐎 and more . If you choose horse riding, I recommend you to not tell it to go into the sea , as it urines into it if you lead it there . There are some ponds with water lilies and frogs in there . Also , if you walk to the beach via a pond , you will see lots of pools there. I once petted a frog, but it wasn’t afraid of me ! It was SO cute !

My recent stay at the Rosewood was beyond expectations! The service and attention to detail were impeccable. A special thank you to Jenn, the Manager on duty, for her amazing assistance. Jenn graciously accommodated all our request. Her understanding and prompt response made our stay exceptionally comfortable. This level of service is why we always choose Rosewood for our family trips. We've had fantastic experiences at Rosewood Phuket, and we look forward to making Rosewood our yearly family destination in Thailand. Highly recommended!

I’m writing this review a bit late due to my busy schedule, but I want to share my experience at the hotel with my partner. During our stay, an unfortunate incident occurred when a curtain fell and accidentally hit my shoulder. Thankfully, it wasn't serious, but I was truly impressed by how the hotel staff, especially the manager Wut, handled the situation. They were incredibly caring and kept in touch to check on my well-being, even offering to assist us with anything we needed, including a visit to the hospital. Wut’s genuine concern really stood out, and it made a lasting impression on us. It was clear that he wanted us to have a wonderful experience at Rosewood Phuket. I’ll always be grateful for their attentiveness and care during our stay. The food and service were exceptional, and I can’t praise their efforts enough. Thank you for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be back in the future, and a special shout-out to Wut for making our visit memorable!

So this beach, hotel and staff, judging by all the other reviews sound perfect, if expensive, but you get what you pay for. My only reason for this review is that the only experience I had here was with the guards patrolling the area as a non guest. We were asked to meet our driver at this end of the beach for a return to Patong but the tide had come up, completely closing off the last few meters of the beach. We were 6 people begging to just pass on the very perimeter along the wall but they were rude and totally unaccommodating. They refused to even just carry a bag with wallets and cell phones to us while we swam across. My husband is 68 and I'm 58 and we were forced to walk across through the incoming tide. At one point my husband completely disappeared into a gully, losing an electronic device and his sunglasses. My daughter and her friend cut their toes open on the metal rods in the wall. All the while, the guards were literally watching and laughing at us. After getting across, we were told by some people that it's not the guards fault, but the owner insists on these rules. I understand people pay a lot of money for privacy in the hotel, but an act of kindness in the spirit of Thailand would have left us in much better spirits.
