Staying here was absolutely blissful and we felt like celebrities, very classy. Our kids also loved the use of mountain bikes, watersport equipment, the organic farm, leaf origami, bag painting, bedtime stories, plush turtle with their name on it to take home. The water was warm and calm in the sea, great swimming and uncrowded beach.
Complimentary family picnic on the beach was sublime.
The villa was so stylish and beautifully decorated, with every detail thought of. True luxury experience.
Orchid bracelets, hotel's special mosquito spray, choice of fragrance for room lotions and potions, pillow choice, very comfortable beds, bath salts, complimentary cocktail party, free shuttle bus to the shops and restaurants at Turtle Village...the list goes on.
Huge and fluffy towels, even for the beach with the use of a gorgeous beach bag.
Excellent food and breakfast offering.
Beautiful property, with amazing service and extra attention to detail. A magical chilled hotel to relax in for a few days before our flight home after a magnificent holiday in Thailand.
Exceptional place to stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. There were many highlights worth mentioning, such as the fantastic breakfast selection including a la carte options that were all delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They also had a variety of activities and a farm on location. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, maintained to a very high standard.
However, there were a couple of design and communication issues that slightly dampened our experience. In the apartment, access to the balcony was only possible through the outdoor bathroom, which felt inconvenient and not well thought-out. Additionally, there was some confusion around the bottled water. We consumed a bottle placed outside, only to later discover it was part of the mini-bar and were charged for it. There was no clear indication of what was complimentary and what wasn’t, which left a sour note at the end of an otherwise enjoyable stay.

It was honestly a disappointment, if i could give zero stars for the service I would.
- The guest services team are unresponsive and we are ignored when reaching out through the live chat.
- We have to ask for housekeeping multiple times and tell them what to clean otherwise our room will be as we left it.
- When we checked out no one was at the entrance to get our bags! We had to manually get 5 pieces of luggage ourselves.
- The room lighting is horrible and even ruins the whole beauty of the decor.
- The swimming pool has no heating hence you wont be able to enjoy swimming at night.
Overall, I would NEVER come here again and will never recommend it.

I had an amazing relaxing day with a day pass here. It's quiet and chill. Beach is almost empty. You can take kyak or sup board for a ride. Food and drinks are good. Service is super friendly and kind.

We recently spent five nights at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. Every member of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure talking with Tony the chef and Tiger the food and beverage manager as they walked around the restaurant checking to see that all was well. The food was wonderful and we really liked the choice of dishes. SALA is definitely on our list for a return visit.
