Beautiful area, staff is super friendly. Great scuba diving spots, our captain Mikey was fantastic the rest of the crew were super friendly. Our cleaning lady Macrina was so sweet, she made great towel art for us, she was awesome! Our stay here was so much fun! Only down side is the ocean is pretty rough, couldn’t swim in it very much but really nice pools. Food is fabulous. Highly recommended the Buccan restaurant.

Where do I start ??? Sandals you were amazing from the arrival till the very end. My husband and I got married at La Toc on Thurs 3rd April 2025. Nala and Lucie were the most wonderful Wedding Planners and witnesses. So professional adding a personal touch , making sure everything was perfect. Stefan the photographer was superb catching the most beautiful moments throughout . The post wedding dinner at La Toc was so special , followed by a breakfast feast on our balcony. If anyone is thinking about getting married here ...I recommend it definitely. Thank you to Nala and team for making it a Perfect Wedding in Paradise. As for the rest of the holiday - honeymoon , it continued to be amazing, food , facilities and not forgetting ALL the staff - who in my experience (over 30 years) have been the best in any resort I've stayed at . Exceptional throughout.Especially the youngsters around the pool, always making sure we're ok , always smiling . Seeing the staff interact with each other , laughing and smiling, certainly showed they were all happy in their jobs. We never had the Butler service, to be honest you don't need one , due to all the staff being so attentive. Thank you to everyone at La Toc for making our Wedding - Honeymoon so special and unforgettable ❤️ a dream come true xx

UPDATED- We returned to Sandals La Toc for my birthday after honeymooning here nine years ago, and at first, we were disappointed. However, management has gone out of their way to address our concerns—even calling us to check in without us having to reach out first—and they moved us into an updated room, which made a huge difference. Their efforts to improve our stay and ensure we are happy are extremely appreciated. My husband originally booked the Sunset Bluff Ocean View Club Level—an amazing view, but the room was outdated with worn-down furniture, almost no usable outlets, and a leaking AC. The "stocked" fridge and bar didn’t feel worth the upgrade. However, after voicing our concerns, management quickly stepped in and made things right by relocating us to a much better room. Service started off slow, and after a 30-hour journey, our luggage didn’t arrive at our room for an hour. The Bluff area is beautiful but somewhat isolated, requiring shuttles to access the main resort. Most pool and beach chairs are pre-reserved by Butler service by 6 AM, making it nearly impossible to find a shaded seat by the pool. Towels also run out quickly, and at times, poolside service was lacking. That said, the staff here is still the true gem of what makes Sandals resorts exceptional. They are friendly, hardworking, and genuinely care about guests' experiences. The food is always good, with several restaurants throughout the resort offering a variety of options. While the resort could still use some updates, the team’s dedication to guest satisfaction does not go unnoticed. Sandals La Toc has a beautiful beach, lovely grounds, and great dining, and with continued improvements, it has the potential to shine once again.

Overall had a great time. Was a little disappointed with how average everything was compared to the prices you pay. Location is beautiful and staff are very friendly. Bed was comfortable. A balcony would've been nice and more access to water; we had to call every night for more to be sent up. There was a weird sound every night like smashing dishes that kept us up for almost an hr. We told front desk and manager(?) was told they'd look into it but never heard anything or was offered any kind of recompense. Food is really good with most restaurants having great ocean views. Main issue was from the availability. Entertainment was really lacking and we got kind of bored after dinner. No room service which was ridiculous for this kind of resort and late night snacks were hard to find. Pool bar didn't open till 11 and the bartenders seemed to kind of come and go as they pleased. Nice resort but I don't think I'd go back just because of the quality vs the price

Sandals La Toc is absolutely beautiful — the grounds are lush and well-kept, and the views are truly breathtaking. When we arrived, we explained that we had missed our flight, and the staff was very accommodating in ensuring our room would still be ready, which we appreciated. One thing we were really looking forward to was celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary, which we noted in our reservation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t acknowledged until the very last day of our trip — after I shared our experience via WhatsApp with one of the customer service reps. They did eventually honor it with a sweet gesture: champagne, chocolates, cake, balloons, and cute room décor. It was thoughtful, but it honestly would’ve meant more had it been done earlier in our stay so we could have truly enjoyed it. Securing dinner reservations was also a bit frustrating. It felt like a struggle to get into some of the restaurants, and the system didn’t seem guest-friendly. That, along with the large crowds (maybe due to peak season), sometimes left us feeling a bit overlooked. That said, the resort itself is stunning, and we had a wonderful time overall. Still, if we’re comparing, we actually prefer Secrets Resorts — in our experience, their customer service was a noticeable step above. But Sandals La Toc definitely has its own charm and beauty that we’ll remember fondly.
