This was our third trip to Santiburi Samui. That in itself says a lot. We find the peaceful and tranquil location really first class and the quality of the accommodation is excellent. One of the highlights for us are the well groomed gardens and wildlife. A truly beautiful setting. As to the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming and always have a smile on their faces - unlike many of the guests who need to chill a little more! See you next year. Trevor & Fran

We LOVED our stay at Santiburi!!!! It was amazing from start to finish! We were greeted warmly with drinks and cool towels, and the hotel allowed us to check in super early! Check in was originally at 2, but when we arrived at 9:30, we were able to get into our room. Amazing customer service! There are multiple happy hours each day with buy-one-get-one-free drinks. There was also free ice cream on the beach each day from 1:30-2:30! Our room was HUGE and so spacious, as was the bathroom. We stayed in a private villa and had our own small pool. It was tranquil and seclusive. There was not only maid service every day, but also turn-down service. The staff were attentive and so helpful! One of the things we loved most was the breakfast. It was INCREDIBLE! There were so many options, including an omelette bar made to order and a crepe/pancake/waffle bar! Fresh fruits, smoothies, and all sorts of different dishes were offered as well. The pool was an amazing place to hang out. Not only is it huge, but it has a pool bar/restaurant and excellent service. The beach was also fantastic! Plenty of chairs with umbrellas and towels ready to go. Such a little thing, but the material for the chairs was great because it didn’t get/stay wet after a heavy rain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and I will definitely be returning. I could not recommend Santiburi enough!

Santiburi was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches—free ice cream, two happy hours a day, a delicious free breakfast, turndown service, and complimentary water every day. The staff was incredibly kind, and they even let us check in 5 hours early, which was such a nice surprise. The rooms were stunning, and the massive pool was a highlight of our stay. We loved every moment of our time here and can’t recommend this resort enough. Definitely a top-notch experience!
