Santiburi was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches—free ice cream, two happy hours a day, a delicious free breakfast, turndown service, and complimentary water every day. The staff was incredibly kind, and they even let us check in 5 hours early, which was such a nice surprise. The rooms were stunning, and the massive pool was a highlight of our stay. We loved every moment of our time here and can’t recommend this resort enough. Definitely a top-notch experience!

We LOVED our stay at Santiburi!!!! It was amazing from start to finish!
We were greeted warmly with drinks and cool towels, and the hotel allowed us to check in super early! Check in was originally at 2, but when we arrived at 9:30, we were able to get into our room. Amazing customer service!
There are multiple happy hours each day with buy-one-get-one-free drinks. There was also free ice cream on the beach each day from 1:30-2:30!
Our room was HUGE and so spacious, as was the bathroom. We stayed in a private villa and had our own small pool. It was tranquil and seclusive. There was not only maid service every day, but also turn-down service. The staff were attentive and so helpful!
One of the things we loved most was the breakfast. It was INCREDIBLE! There were so many options, including an omelette bar made to order and a crepe/pancake/waffle bar! Fresh fruits, smoothies, and all sorts of different dishes were offered as well.
The pool was an amazing place to hang out. Not only is it huge, but it has a pool bar/restaurant and excellent service. The beach was also fantastic! Plenty of chairs with umbrellas and towels ready to go. Such a little thing, but the material for the chairs was great because it didn’t get/stay wet after a heavy rain.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and I will definitely be returning. I could not recommend Santiburi enough!

From arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was the first stay on our honeymoon, and the Santiburi really took amazing care of us. The food was amazing - especially the breakfast, the beach was clean, quiet and very close to the villas. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after our wedding, and the perfect start to our honeymoon. The grounds are so beautiful, we felt like we had arrived in our own little paradise. Highly recommend staying - we would love to come stay again!

Incredible and flawless!! One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The building is modern in a classic hotel style which we love. Pure luxury. The food was delicious. Can’t fault a thing. The staff were always at hand to help and extremely welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for honeymoon, couples break or a family stay. The best in Koh Samui!

Just finished our 5th stay there. My kids kept wanting to go back every year. The service/staff there really make you feel like home. I cannot recall any single staff who is not pleasant and smiley!! Special thanks to Charlene who was being very kind to my son, and many other staff I didn’t know the names too, thank you!! Rooms are great, villas and duplex both good. Location is convenient. Pool and beach are great as usual.
