We stayed here for 1 night, hotel was very clean and tidy check in staff were friendly, the swimming pool was closed for the winter even tho its an indoor pool which is a bit strange, you cant watch TV unless you cast from your phone and there are no USB plugs. The location is really good free parking beach is near, plenty of fast food places nearby.

4 star?? Hmm. Give this a miss.
Nothing like a classy hotel when your greeted by vending machines in the lobby.
Reception staff had all the cheer of morgue personnel.
Hotels advertises 2 pools. One was closed for winter, other is £75 for 4 people to use for 1.5 hours, really. This is not clear on the website or booking.com. they tried to suggest we pay 18 euro to park, when a free carpark is outside. 4 euro a night to use the safe, lol. In a 4 star. Gauging.
Hotel accept dogs, so be aware you will hear dogs barking in the hotel at various times day and night, which eccos like the inside of a drum. Honestly you can hear everything on the corridor and in surrounding rooms.
Our room was hotter than the fires of Mordor when we arrived, but AC is a summer only option. Hard to believe but true. We were not charged for opening the door. But the road outside is very noisy, so two choices, boil in bed or be cool, but awake.
10 minute walk to the beach, maids and maintenance staff were friendly, they should be on reception. Breakfast was solid overall. The decor in the hotel was probably cool when miami vice was filmed, sadly it looked dated.
This is a bad review and overall this is a poor hotel, we stayed in 4 other places this week or so, this was the most expensive and worst by far. Please read my other reviews to prove I'm not a natural complainer. This Hotel bar breakfast, was dire

Good evening everyone. I’m travelling a lot with my kids together. Specially Spain & Italy. I’ve seen hundreds of hotels. But this one is very special in bad way I would say… First of all, don’t believe of the photos what you see in internet. It’s 100% mockups. If they say, in family room you will get 2 beds 180x200 (for what we actually paid extra), they will give you family room with 2 beds 135x200. We paid also in advance for breakfast when we have booked our stay in internet ( something like €15 for 4 persons), but we were surprised when we been told when checking in, that in PC system they don’t see our breakfast paid some how. We supposed to pay extra €45 for each breakfast for 4 persons! Nice! Everything what we been asking to change or to find out why is so many misunderstandings with our booking, admin Juan Pablo, recommended us to leave hotel without getting money back if we’re not interested to stay. It was very late in the evening. I was shocked. My 9 years daughter started to cry. I didn’t know how to figure it out. I apologised him for nothing I did wrong. But he didn’t stop smiling at my face, saying that everything is going to be what he says and not getting less rude. I couldn’t sleep first night at all, thinking what just happened. Couldn’t wait when we are checking out.
Also guys who are travelling with kids, please, keep your kids away from this hotel! This hotel isn’t perfect for families. This hotel is 100% overrated! Staff wasn’t helpful. Specially admin Juan Pablo.
P.s. very noisy outside, young people are drinking on the street in front of hotel at 3AM. Smell of weed is disturbing also all the time.
I never ever had worse experience with staying in hotels. This one was terrible!
Thanks everyone for reading my letter. I hope you guys will never get so horrible experience like we had.
Good luck!

The service of every single staff in this hotel is wonderful. The room is a bit old, but well maintained. We quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The selection is nothing special, but they tasted fresh.

Hotel is very nice although there seemed to be issues with the lift every day. Staff on the front desk are mostly lovely, in particular one lady who seemed to work evenings was very nice!
Didn't use the spa as 25 euros for 90 minutes was extremely expensive, especially if you wanted to visit multiple times. I've been to plenty of Spanish hotels that had a free spa or at least unlimited time in the day for the price.
Breakfast I can't really fault, I found something I liked which was surprising given how fussy I am. There was a station to have freshly made fried egg and omlettes etc.
Room was fine, we had two double beds pushed together which we didn't mind. Aircon was ancient in our room but worked fine. Balcony was great for drying clothes with a clothes rack.
Pool was absolutely freezing and there is about a 2ft drop to get in the pool - you can't even hang your legs over to dip them in the water to cool down. Both jacuzzis were also fine but cold, you got used to it once you had been in a little while.
The pool bar has food on order, we had pizzas a couple of times but the carbonara is horiffic I wouldn't eat that.
Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes downhill but coming back up it is VERY STEEP especially if you're in flip flops so be careful.
