I recently stayed at SLS Dubai and had a generally pleasant experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the housekeeping staff were such nice and friendly people. The room was very cozy, and the view from the room was just breathtaking. Room service was quick and efficient, which was a nice touch. However, the guest services did not meet expectations. They were not very attentive and seemed to lack proper training on how to treat guests with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, I would rate it 4 stars, as there were both positives and areas for improvement.

I had an incredible stay at SLS Dubai! The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. The staff were beyond amazing-friendly, big thank you to Tshephang, Debby ( pool area) and Shara. attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. The atmosphere was simply stunning, with luxurious interiors, stylish design, and breathtaking views. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a mix of elegance, comfort, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to return!

SLS has great image and management skills. Property location is great with amazing service. View and amenities of the hotel well thought through. Only one thing I would change the pillows and mattress, they are not soft as it should be compare to other 5 star hotels.
