Hotel is very conveniently located, facilities are very good and the guys at the restaurant are a true gem. Great experience overall however I would say that there was no guidance on the hotel structure (for example where or what time breakfast is served) from the front desk team, and check-in was just checking document and telling which floor is the room. No indications on facilities, timings of restaurants or even where the mall or other facilities are located. Also, our room had a relatively small window whereas the ones show in pictures are much larger. Maybe just bad luck in the allocation of the rooms, unfortunately asking to get a different one our request could not be accomodated. Gym and spa facilities are great and the team there is also super friendly and nice. Overall, would definitely recommend visiting and staying at the hotel.

A big thank you to Sabina and Sunita who made our experience exceptional! They were not only of a kindness and a contagious smile, but also extremely welcoming and responsive. They really knew how to put us at ease as soon as we arrived, and made sure that everything went perfectly during our meal. Their professionalism and positive energy are a real asset for the establishment. We highly recommend them!

Everything was great. All the staff from welcome team, reception, cleaning team, breakfast team, were fantastic. The valet team were great too. Hotel is in a very good location, 10-15 minutes from dubai mall. And other venues all within 30 minutes. Too many to list. Breakfast was amazing. Had a family room, connecting. 1 king size, and 2 singles. 2 bathrooms. Rooms cleaned daily. 5 star all round. No problems or issues.

I had an amazing dining experience today at this restaurant, and I just had to share it. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Mr. Fazan Khan, the staff member who attended to me, went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. His friendly and attentive nature truly made my day. Not only did he offer excellent recommendations, but his warm hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. The meal itself was fantastic, and with Mr. Khan's exceptional service, it made for a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend this place, and be sure to ask for Mr. Fazan Khan to make your meal even more special !

James Bond?

Super modern hotel built in 2020. Incredibly comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice; The pumpkin hummus was a seasonal delight. The club lounge is very useful if you’ve paid the extra and Sandra was particularly noteworthy for her friendly welcome as were all the waiters and waitresses, their service was friendly and quick. The swimming pool is really good with an in pool bar and Deepesh was a helpful pool attendant too. This hotel set the bar really high for us. Short walk to the metro if time isn’t so precious to you, it’s a little more out of the way which was good for us as it was calmer and quieter than downtown.
