My daughter and I recently stayed at the Sofitel Obelisk in Dubai which was a lovely experience. I requested a free upgrade for my daughter’s birthday on a few occasions but it was not granted. Saying that, a birthday cake was sent up to our room which was lovely. I wanted to thank the dining staff Suman, Ramesh and especially Shubham who took extra special care of us. They were helpful, professional and diligent in their jobs and showed extra care every morning that we visited. Shubham made sure we were absolutely full up before leaving! Big thank you guys. Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect—the ambiance, the service, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Mohi and Mira, for their outstanding service. They ensured my room was always clean, fresh, and perfectly organized. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made a huge difference in my stay. I would also like to express my gratitude to Joseph from the reservation team. He was incredibly helpful in extending my stay and went out of his way to offer me a great price. His professionalism and excellent customer service truly made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return for another wonderful stay. We are giving the maximum number of stars because this hotel delivers exactly what you expect from a high-end 5-star property—and in several areas, it even exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for several days before and after a trip to Oman. During our first stay, most guests were tourists, while during the second, it was mainly business travelers attending a conference. However, we barely noticed any difference. The staff was always courteous, very friendly, and made us feel recognized and well taken care of. The hotel is modern and well-located, just a five-minute walk from the metro. Our room (1803) was beautifully designed and offered a stunning view of the downtown Dubai skyline. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The attentive staff fulfilled our special requests flawlessly and always with a smile—it was a pleasure to start the day there. We also highly recommend the Executive Floor on the 51st level. The evening happy hour, featuring fantastic cocktails, delicious bites from the hotel’s various restaurants, and outstanding service, was a daily highlight after a long day in the city. The pool area is spacious, perfect for swimming, and the staff there is equally attentive and welcoming. Final Verdict: We felt completely at home, and Sofitel The Obelisk has set a new benchmark for us. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from our room was absolutely stunning, making our experience even more special. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Ramesh, who went above and beyond during breakfast to ensure we had everything we needed. His friendly and helpful nature truly made a difference in our stay. The service, ambiance, and hospitality were top-notch. The hotel is beautiful and the service is par excellence! They offer the best breakfast I've ever had and the staff treats you like family. A special shout out to Ramesh who has been nothing but excellent in his service and organizing things for us. One time I had an early tour and only had 30 minutes and 4 people from the staff arranged my breakfast in a matter of 10 mins. Highly commend the service here and want to thank each and every staff of the hotel (from cleaning to food to concierge) for making this a memorable stay for my mom and I. Keep rocking!
