Overall, a very nice, clean family friendly hotel, with good facilities. But the food and the restaurant was not up to standard, the mayor issue was that it was to busy and crowded. I would recommend the hotel but I wouldn't personally go back with a family I think.
Pros;
- The rooms are clean, air Conditioned and spacious and our view was stunning
- The pools are great for kids and adults.
- Across the road from the beach.
- Customer service was friendly
- location was the best in town
Cons;
- The pool doesn't open until 10am and there it a lack of sun beds
- The restaurant is far too busy. Full of people with no manners and they pretty much served the same thing, every day.

Overall this hotel is really nice. The lagoon pool area is brilliant and the pool area at front is also pretty peaceful and nice.
It's right on the beach which is really convenient. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaraunts close by.
The only downside are the rooms. They're basic and dated looking. No tea or coffee, safe has a charge to use and the toiletries are not great, generic and universal soap/shampoo combo. Shame as it wasn't cheap to stay and would have been nice to have these included.
The staff were friendly and communal areas nice and clean.

Reading some of these posts confuse me . We on our last day and we haven’t had a great experience. Bed & breakfast for four nights . Stayed on first floor in main hotel room very dated light switches buzzed and sounded unsafe the toilet was in the corner of the bathroom if you was over weight you’d have no chance using it , balcony door wouldn’t shut very good , underneath our room is where glass bottles was empited and pots washed so noise from 8pm till gone 12 employees tidying up and chatting . To pay over £1800 it was rubbish . If you want to go Marbella from here beware it’s 200 euro return .

Brilliant hotel, we stayed in the summer holidays with our 4 young children. Very clean, friendly staff, facilities great, kids club is excellent. Drinks at the bar are lovely especially the frozen mango daiquiri! Reasonably priced compared to town bars the hotel bar was cheaper. We stayed half board and the food choice was brilliant plenty of variety. 5 min walk to everything - beach, town, bars. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay - thankyou!! Can’t wait to return!

Last day here and can say the hotel was very nice, rooms not brand new but they still very nice rooms (not dated like people have said). Rooms was very clean and are cleaned everyday too. So many pools to pick from and the pool bar is great too. The snack bar is a good idea too. Does have a small games room for the kids so need some extra euros. Even have a massage place on site too. Location is great too, walk over the road for the breach or 10min walk into the town which is a nice day out. The evening entertainment is little hit and miss, some shows was good where some wasn't so good. The hotel is very clean tho the floors are like a ice ring, very easy to full over on which one of my family members did so had a nice black eye all holiday. The food is OK, if your a picky eater then the food here is not for you. It's not top class food but we havnt gone hungry. Be nice to have some sauces on hand to add little flavour to some of the foods. (BBQ sauce, peri peri sauce etc) Now for the killer - the queuing for dinner time, over a hour one night we waited to just get in, then queuing to get the food inside then, people bumping into you, people just being rude. Its like a free for all in there. The hotel staff are very nice tho. Very quick to bring you a drink or clear the table. I would stay here again tho I wouldn't come in the 6 weeks holiday.
