Good hotel but kept all the old decorations when it first opened up which is a shock since this is a 4 star hotel because you expect something more decorative and new. The staff were good but everything seems to have lost it´s charm and the pool (the powerhouse of why this hotel is so popular) was DIRTY and full of bugs!!
It´s okay but I would recommend other hotels..

Overall, a very nice, clean family friendly hotel, with good facilities. But the food and the restaurant was not up to standard, the mayor issue was that it was to busy and crowded. I would recommend the hotel but I wouldn't personally go back with a family I think.
Pros;
- The rooms are clean, air Conditioned and spacious and our view was stunning
- The pools are great for kids and adults.
- Across the road from the beach.
- Customer service was friendly
- location was the best in town
Cons;
- The pool doesn't open until 10am and there it a lack of sun beds
- The restaurant is far too busy. Full of people with no manners and they pretty much served the same thing, every day.

Overall this hotel is really nice. The lagoon pool area is brilliant and the pool area at front is also pretty peaceful and nice.
It's right on the beach which is really convenient. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaraunts close by.
The only downside are the rooms. They're basic and dated looking. No tea or coffee, safe has a charge to use and the toiletries are not great, generic and universal soap/shampoo combo. Shame as it wasn't cheap to stay and would have been nice to have these included.
The staff were friendly and communal areas nice and clean.

It’s a nice place, but really crowded with families, even in early September. It feels like a cruise ship and so although it’s a nice place, I wouldn’t recommend it for couples…unless you want to get a front row seat to child chaos. The staff is very nice, professional and polite. Top notch actually! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good with a great variety of choices. We never ate dinner here as we liked the selection of Chiringuitos along the beach. We stayed 4 nights and felt like it was very reasonably priced!

We've just got back from a family holiday here. I'll make it short, but to the point.
Pros;
- The rooms are clean, air Conditioned and spacious.
- The pools are great for kids and adults.
- Across the road from the beach.
- Customer service was second to none all week.
- The evening entertainment was brilliant.
- A good selection of All Inclusive drinks.
Cons;
- The "sports bar" doesn't have a working bar because "it hasn't been open for ages" they said.
- The pool doesn't open until 10am.
- The restaurant is far too busy. Full of people with no manners.
- We asked several members of staff at meal time for another drink for our child, only for it to be forgotten about 3-4 times.
- The food was pretty much the same thing served, every day.
- Location is quite a walk from the centre if that's what you're wanting.
Overall, a very nice, clean family friendly hotel, with good facilities. But the food and certain aspects of the hotel somewhat to be desired. I would recommend, however, I wouldn't personally go back with a family of 5.
