This place is great! The staff are very hard-working and the pool is amazing! If you go, look out for the ducks swimming at night in the larger pools. There is a wide range of food on-offer and it is all very tasty! The family rooms are modern-looking and have a good amount of space with a decently-sized balcony. The local area is bustling and the beach is lovely, but the sand can get very hot and it gets shingly towards the shoreline. The local buses aren't frequent and sometimes they don't go all the way! Taxis seem to be the best way to get around. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I strongly advise against this hotel. My husband suffered from food poisoning (either from the food or the wine) and spent 5 days bedridden, unable to eat or drink. I had to call a doctor to treat him, which cost us €120. What was supposed to be a holiday turned into a nightmare. On the day of departure, since he was still unwell, I requested a late check-out. We were charged €65 for only 4 extra hours! Instead of offering a commercial gesture, they kept charging us again and again. Another unacceptable point: the sunbeds by the pool are all reserved by 8:00 am. With so few available, you either wake up at dawn to get one, or you don’t get any at all. This is outrageous considering the high price we paid for an all-inclusive stay!

This hotel is fantastic if you're seeking a getaway with young children. My preschool boys were kept entertained throughout. The children's pool area is superb. The food was good enough with good options for kids. We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday, and the location is outstanding.

- I like the hotel though it's busy in late July. - Rooms were good but small for my liking sleeping very close to families beds. - Pools you have to go early for a bed but I prefer the beach so it wasn't much issue, if you want a bed by the pool go at 830 or later in the afternoon there's usually space. - Good location if you want to relax. - Food was pretty good & there's always some choice for everyone. Id stay again, would prefer double bed / bigger room

They don't clean the pools and the selection of food is limited. Parking space is normal. The rooms are cleaned every day. Overall its only for staying the night and the next day travelling so it is worth it? For me its good not the best but its something.
