We stayed her and the place is dreadful!!! Dirty a/c caused breathing problems for us . Food reheated and reused . Not suitable for vegetarian. Staff unhappy but understandable if you had to listen to as many complaints as they do . Lots of people getting sick from food poorly prepared and cooked. The cook was the cleaner and then the helper on the front desk . No chefs here !!! Lots of other resorts on island . All these poor reviews aren’t here for no reason !!!

My recent stay at St. James's Club Morgan Bay in the breathtaking island of St. Lucia was an experience beyond my wildest dreams. From the moment I set foot on the resort, I was greeted with warm smiles and a sense of tranquility that stayed with me throughout the journey.
One of the standout features of this remarkable resort was the continuous entertainment offered throughout the day. Furthermore, the availability of free water sports activities added a thrilling dimension to my stay.
The rooms at St. James's Club Morgan Bay were a haven of comfort and elegance. With stunning views of the ocean and meticulously designed interiors, each room felt like a luxurious retreat. The attention to detail, coupled with modern amenities, made for a truly unforgettable stay.
The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and a willingness to go the extra mile. From the attentive servers at the restaurants to the concierge who helped plan my activities, I felt truly pampered throughout my stay.
As for the location, words can hardly do justice to the beauty of St. Lucia. The resort's setting against the backdrop of the Caribbean Sea created a picturesque panorama that was nothing short of awe-inspiring. The pristine beach, soft sand, and inviting waters were a paradise for relaxation and rejuvenation.
In conclusion, my time at St. James's Club Morgan Bay was an absolute delight.

My husband and I had the best time. The staff is absolutely wonderful , kind , thoughtful, friendly and went out of their way to help you if you needed it. I was sad to hear they were closing down for renovations , that makes it hard for the staff for jobs , but, with all that going on , they still looked after the people with a smile on their faces. I hope the new owners will hire them back and make it worth there while. The resort is wonderful, but your staff is everything and that's what brings the people back. Just want to say thanks to all the staff for making this a holiday to remember.

Excellent beach - sun and/or shadow bay palm trees or umbrellas. Excellent water sports center activities: mini sailing catamarans, water ski lessons, stand up paddling (or knee 😂), windsurfing, banana riding, water ski jet (not included, but still possible); kayak. Very polite waiters, extremely good cocktails and very nice water for bathing. Paradise on earth, as anyone can only dream of...

Truly enjoyed my stay here. The food was delicious, from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner definitely 10/10 (you must have dinner at Morgan's Pier restaurant on the hotel compound). The staff was friendly and polite (especially Ezekiel I think his name was). The karaoke nights were really fun and the lady leading the karaoke definitely knows how to keep it fun.
The hotel IMO is beautiful and well kept but the rooms could do with some updating.
I love the main pool area and the pool bar the bartenders were friendly and made great drinks.
I definitely would stay at this resort again.
