Not a Relaxing Stay – Needs Serious Improvement We stayed at the hotel with our extended family – adults and kids – during the summer. From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. No welcome, no guidance to rooms, and the lobby was extremely hot with no drinks offered. Rooms were spacious but had weak air conditioning and ant problems in several of them. Beds were very basic and uncomfortable. Despite being told we’d get bottled water daily, we didn’t receive any unless we asked. The dining room was overcrowded and hot, with no air conditioning. Food was okay – better for kids than adults. The evening shows were unimpressive, and the Greek restaurant had a nice view but isn’t suitable for families with small children. Although the water slides were fun, there's no shade on the way up, making the ground too hot to walk on without shoes. The music around the pool was extremely loud all day, even in the rooms – not ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Service overall was poor, and I even witnessed a staff member yelling at a guest over a simple food request. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking for a calm or high-quality all-inclusive experience.

The hotel itself is good for children, there is everything for them, including attractions and activities all day long. Regarding the level of cleanliness in the rooms and the hotel itself, it is very low and needs immediate improvement. The service itself is very low and slow in terms of initial response and also doing you a favor when you come. I also didn't like that they didn't take our luggage to the rooms. Even when we asked, no one from the staff bothered to come and take our luggage both at check-in and check-out. So please improve what I told you.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The hotel itself is big, with lots of pools – which is fun. But unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing: On certain days there are “pool parties” with a DJ playing electronic music at an extremely high volume all day long. When we asked the staff about it, they said there’s nothing they can do because it’s hotel policy, and even asked us to pay extra to join the party – even though it’s the hotel’s pool and supposed to be all-inclusive. The food is varied but very poor in quality – greasy, low-grade ingredients, and overall not enjoyable. In our room we found ants on the beds. When we reported it, the response was that they would send pest control, but “nothing more can be done.” What was most disappointing was the attitude: instead of trying to solve the issues, the hotel manager told us that if we don’t like it, we can just cancel our stay and leave. Which we eventually did – without any compensation or real effort to make things right. Overall, we left very dissatisfied. If you’re looking for a hotel with good service, quality food, and a relaxing atmosphere – this is not the place.

An Unforgettable Holiday at Star Beach Village & Water Park!* I just spent an amazing week at the Star Beach Village & Water Park, and I have to say that this year was particularly exceptional! For the fourth consecutive year I've stayed here in August, and I've noticed a significant improvement in the entertainment team. The level has really increased, with a multitude of activities offered from morning till night. The animators, especially Remus and Maria, did a fantastic job entertaining us and making us have unforgettable moments. The Entertainment Team A big thank you to them for their energy and dedication. They really set the mood and knew how to make us have a good time. The entire team was attentive and very welcoming. Their professionalism and smile contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. The Bar/Snack Bar - Tommy and Mohammed: a huge thank you to them for their impeccable service and kindness. The drinks and snacks were delicious and always ready to be served. - Bar staff: the entire bar team was very professional and welcoming. They knew how to make us have a good time with their cocktails and savory dishes. The Food was delicious and varied. We had a lot of local and international dishes that satisfied our taste buds. I'm extremely satisfied with my stay this year. The improvement in the entertainment team really made a difference. I highly recommend this place to everyone. See you next year!

We had a fantastic family holiday. The resort is huge with plenty of space, lots of pools and seating areas, a super-fun lazy river and water slides that are enjoyable not only for kids. Food was tasty and varied, and reception service was friendly and helpful. The beach is just steps away and the sea is shallow and calm—perfect for children. We also tried the giant family tube ride and parasailing—both were highlights. Overall, excellent value for money for families. We’d happily come back.
