I am writing a review for the second time. I can’t stop admiring this hotel! If you are looking for a place to go on vacation. With amazing service, pleasant and helpful staff. Then only Stella De Mare! The best BEST HOTEL. We have been here with our whole family twice already. This time my parents went without me and chose another hotel! We were able to withstand 16 hours! They called me and asked to transfer them to Stella De Mare! The level and quality, starting with hospitality, services, food selection and to the friendliness of the staff are 100000% superior to all the others! A huge thank you to the staff for finding a free room, and with a beautiful view, and for taking care of my parents! The vacation will still be a success! With all my heart I sincerely recommend ONLY THIS hotel to everyone! The best! Thank you again!

Super nice hotel..sea views spectacular....food plentiful. Staff amazing and very helpful...managers incredibly hard working and staff very very well managed (congrats!) Room cleaning exceptional. Very good snorkel reef right at private beach. Had one issue with food store on 3rd floor (see pic) independently owned plays thing I bought in store the week before ....the purse bag and clothing store very fair and reasonable. Management actively addressing issue with food store.....well done....hope to be back next year

The most comfortable hotel I have stayed in the last 5 years. The hotel is extremely comfortable, the service deserves more than 5 stars, and the staff is incredibly respectful to all guests without discrimination, whether Arab, foreign, or even a child. A very professional experience, and I enjoyed it a lot, and it definitely won't be the last time.

We got upgraded and the room, we have is very nice. Location is not too far from the popular spots, but I like that as I hate busier tourist areas. The hotel is beautiful, food, staff and facilities are amazing, I would definitely come again and use this Hotel. Which is crazy, as I never feel like that towards a hotel.

The hotel has many pros and cons as follows:
Amazing views - our room has the sea view which is spectacular especially sunrise and sunset - small
Balcony for privacy and take in the sun
Breakfast amazing
Dinner amazing can’t fault at all
Only addition should be basic drinks which you have to buy separately such as fizzy drinks, however they do provide water for free. Drinks are usually 60EGP
Rooms are spacious even through we had some issues with bathroom but for resolved asap. The room service on food could be better.
Clean and fresh items daily. Including water bottles provided.
Rooms are clean no issues with bugs etc. AC works fine and different temperature settings.
Nice big bed and change the mattress asap. Again thanks

Main issue loud music - near the beach / pool area which can be heard everywhere
Afternoon 12:00-1:00pm
And 3:00-4:00pm
Evening is the worst time from 7:00pm to 11:00pm
Room decor could be better
Hotel is outdated with old mahogany type decor. Needs modernising.
Breakfast and dinner times can get busy to go early.
Customer service could be better, maybe a language barrier.
Make sure you download the indrive app. Brilliant and will save you a lot of money especially if you plan to go out most nights. Most areas open after 8:00pm till late evening.
