I and my family spent 8 days holiday in this awesome resort. A well deserved 5 stars resort, best thing is staff they are incredibly helpful and respectful.. rooms are clean and tidy, there are many swimming pools about 7 or 8 as well as the beach so you wouldn't feel the crowd.
Food is very good with wide variety of food, dinning hall is very clean and comfortable.
The only thing that can be improved is that there is only one water slide for children if they can add more for both children and adults, however, still well deserved 5 stars.
Highly recommended

This is without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in the Red Sea. The staff are just incredible,so friendly and attentive and they are genuinely wanting to do everything they can to enhance your stay. Special shout out to the lifeguard and bar staff at the adult pool (North 38), they were outstanding. The restaurant managers in thr main restaurant were so on point every day and they were both friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. The food was just amazing with a huge variety on offer and all at a very high standard. We ate at 3 restaurants and all were so good and the fresh grilled meats were sensational. Our suite was a deluxe sea view with jacuzzi room 643, and it was just amazing. It was huge and the location was quiet with a great view as well so that made it even more special. The house keeping team are brilliant and the room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets.
I never normally return to the same place but we are going to book again next year as it was so good. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and being only 10 minutes from the airport, it just makes sense.
The beach is also really nice with lifeguards manning the jetties over the reef. The sea life was amazing and the Eagle Divers dive centre staff are also superb and I used them for my diving trips on our 10 day holiday. Don't delay, book today, you will love it there!

The facilities were excellent, and the beach was amazing. There was a sandy area perfect for kids to enjoy the water, along with a jetty that provided access to deeper waters filled with stunning coral reefs and rich marine life. We saw turtles, triggerfish, tuna, and many more. The poolside experience was fantastic, with lifeguards everywhere who were very friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of both guests and children. They even provided floaters for kids, so there was no need to purchase any. The night activities were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We're already planning a longer visit next time.

This was our second time at Sultan gardens 3 weeks ago, we were there in 2022 when renovation was in progress.. and what a change!! New bars & restaurants, evening entertainment et all..The lobby/reception incredible!! The room, cleanliness as always impeccable, plus the kindness of the staff in general excellent.
However, we did feel that meal times were rather chaotic and unprofessional, on many occasions especially lunchtime, after ordering drinks, we were forgotten and sometimes not considered at all..pity!!
This does not mean that we will not be returning to Sultan Gardens, but it is certainly something to be considered.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this hotel. In a time when the entire civilized world condemns Russia for its brutal actions and labels it as a terrorist state, I was shocked to see the Russian flag proudly displayed at this establishment. This is not just a flag—it's a symbol of aggression, violence, and oppression. By displaying it, the hotel is ignoring the suffering of millions and aligning itself with a regime responsible for countless atrocities. I cannot in good conscience recommend a place that shows such disregard for basic human decency and global values. Shameful and unacceptable.

Reply to Sultan Gardens:
Dear Sultan Gardens team,
Thank you for your response. While I fully agree that everyone has the right to a well-earned holiday regardless of their origin, religion, or skin tone, I believe there is a significant distinction between welcoming guests and publicly displaying the flag of a country that is currently recognized by many as an aggressor and even a state sponsor of terrorism.
Displaying the Russian flag during a time of global condemnation sends the wrong message. Even at the Olympic Games, Russian athletes compete under a neutral flag due to international sanctions, acknowledging the severity of their country's actions. Your decision to display this flag goes beyond inclusivity—it feels like support for a regime responsible for ongoing atrocities.
I strongly urge you to reconsider this stance, as it does not align with the values of peace and respect that should be at the core of hospitality.
