My partner and I had an amazing stay at Sunset Boutique Hotel and Spa. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel relaxed right away. The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to make our stay special. One day, when all the pool beds were taken but hardly anyone was around, the staff kindly offered us the lounge beds usually reserved for rooms with private pools. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to enjoy a relaxing day by the pool, and we really appreciated it. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the spa was a great place to relax. Overall, our stay at Sunset Boutique Hotel and Spa was fantastic. The excellent service, lovely surroundings, and little extras made our visit unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

Pros : I do love the area, bus stop right outside the hotel to take you around Bali €5 euro return. There isn’t much option or choices around the area but it has its potential. The swimming pool is nice, limited space to be warned. The cocktails was 10/10, I really enjoyed it , also you can have Shisha. The view and the hotel is set lovely as you see the mountains 🏔️ etc The area is near the beach 4 min walk, bus ride take you mainly all the main beaches. The hotel is nice, as the area is a good location if you wish for a peaceful holiday trip. Cons: Reception : the lady in the morning she isn’t as friendly, as your facing customers , you will need to knowledge and approach your customer in the correct manner and also how you respond , it is basic knowledge to know these things, specially if your dealing with so many customers. Friendliness and going above and beyond is important. Specially if you’re running a 4 star business. Advice: I hope they will improve little things as the hotel is good location and could have room of improvements. Not a bad stay but little errors could be fix, which can be resolved easily. We have stayed at this hotel many times and always find the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are great with a lovely view of the mountains. A few minutes walk to one of the many nearby beaches makes it ideal. The bar is well set up with brilliant cocktails. Another superb holiday. Thanks 😊

My friend and I stayed in the sunset hotel for 10days! We were overwhelmed with how beautiful the hotel itself was! Our swim up room was gorgeous and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming! Stella the receptionist was so delightful we always had lovely chats with her throughout our stay! She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed any time we saw her! Alexandra who worked at the bar and restaurant was the most lovely girl! She also made the best cocktails I have ever had! We ended up going for drinks with her on our last night because we were going to miss her so much! The hotel, staff and location is amazing and we will definitely be back!

Superior hotel, amazing staff. The rooms were clean and modern, the overall cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Lots of paces to hang out and relax with a cocktail. The staff will do anything to make your stay as relaxed as possible. The breakfast is good, the included buffet is OK. Will return sometime for sure!
