My experience was decent overall. However, I had to change apartments twice—first due to a non-functioning AC and then because of issues with the water heater. On the positive side, the reception staff was extremely courteous and even offered me an upgrade, which I truly appreciated. It would be ideal if rooms were thoroughly checked before being assigned to guests.
That said, the apartments themselves are fantastic—spacious, airy, and thoughtfully designed. The rest of my stay was wonderful, thanks to their exceptional service. A special shoutout to Mr. Bhim, Khilak, and Narender for their prompt assistance.
One small suggestion: adding a couple of Indian dishes to the breakfast menu would enhance the dining experience.

the hotel is amazing. our apartment was so spacious and convenient, with a beautiful view from the balcony to the city, rooms were clean and comfortable. food was tasty. staff was so friendly and kind, they did their work perfectly. pool was so clean and warm, with the calm atmosphere. location of the hotel is something that i liked a lot - there is an entrance to the mall right from the hotel. our family is very satisfied and grateful. hope to come there again..

Wonderful stay with great service. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming making check in smooth and hassle free. We enjoyed breakfast buffet. We were assisted by Zing and Ronald they were so good, great hospitality. Zing was amazing she made our daughter so happy she is beautiful person God bless her. Thank you everyone for making our stay so smooth n memorable.

We loved our apartment in Swissotel Living! When we entered, we were very impressed by the overall layout and quality of the apartment. Our kids were ecstatic! The place was very clean, the bed linens were spotless, and the overall vibe of the place was very pleasant! The space felt luxurious. It's very spacious, and it had a homely/cozy feel to it despite being quite contemporary in design and layout.
The breakfast buffet every morning was also very good, though I must say that we've had better in Dubai. It was still very good, though, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast, especially the kids' corner (which had items made specifically for little kids). The ambiance of the restaurant during breakfast was very nice and welcoming.
There were a couple of issues with other things, so that's one reason for my giving a 9 score instead of a 10: the dishwasher was moldy, so we couldn't use it, and the washer-dryer didn't dry our clothes enough (and setting it to dry-only mode after reading the manual didn't seem to work either). These are things the hotel can focus on improving, as these things matter a lot, but we still loved out stay overall.
Our kids also loved the kiddie pool on the 4th floor. We went three times, and they loved being there!
All the staff at the hotel were at the top of their game when it comes to hospitality -- they were cordial, went out of their way to provide great service, and they were very friendly. This applies to floor staff, the bellboys, and everyone else.
The location of the hotel was also good, with a Carrefour right in the same building and with fast food joints nearby.
Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we were a bit sad to leave the place. Great job, Swissotel!

My expectations were overestimated for this hotel as I have been in previous one like Hyatt regency creek etc. Staffs are not civilized especially at the reception. Been in trouble with electricity which took like an hour to resolve. Every night I got in my room there was no electricity. They were removing the electricity card for no reason. When called the reception, they were not keen to look into it. In addition, I paid for breakfast, i should say after the first day my wife had her breakfast at your hotel, she was not keen to sit for breakfast again. The breakfast was so consistent and repeating with same food that was not in our interest. I am comparing because I know the quality of other hotels. So we just skip all breakfast or sat for only a coffee and got back in our room. Practically, regret for spending extra for breakfast. We could just got outside the hotel and find better with less the cost. But thank you for the rest, good accommodation and room was nice with a nice view
