My birthday dinner at Taj Palm Kitchen was nothing short of exceptional. The ambience was elegant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special occasion. However, it was the food that truly stole the show.

I recently stayed at the Taj Exotica in Palm Jumeirah for our honeymoon, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and an unexpected room upgrade, setting the tone for our stay. The hotel's beauty is truly remarkable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.
While the resort is perfect for couples, we also noticed many families enjoying their time at the pool and in the garden area, which made it clear that the hotel caters well to guests of all ages. The location was ideal, with convenient car service to explore the area, and having access to a garage was a nice touch.
A highlight of our stay was the staff's attention to detail—on our final days, they even provided us with a weight machine to check our luggage for the airport. This thoughtful gesture was just one example of the outstanding service we received throughout our stay.
Overall, I highly recommend Taj Exotica for anyone looking for a luxurious and accommodating experience, whether you're on a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

This review is for the pool and gym facilities only , as we took a day pass. I can not comment on the rooms .
Staff :10 stars ! Attentiveness, uniforms, politeness. From the reception, valet parking and beach staff.
Location:2 stars. No green at all, not even one palm tree, fake grass and sand. Looks empty and sad.
Changing room at the pool, not so many amenities ( like jumeirah group hotels for example or address group)
Good by the pool delicious.
Will I go back? Maybe, but not sure:)
Will I recommend ? Maybe, but will not be on top of my list.

Luxury, Unique, Out of this World!
By far the best hotel i have stayed at, and i had a normal room.
The Service is second to none.
The Breakfast was amazing, even a live singer!
The Gym was the best i have ever seen at a hotel. Water on every machine, even counts the reps for you.
I will never stay at another hotel, next time im in Dubai.
Special mention to Himanchu. The chef.
To all the managers out there, carry on doing what you’re doing. Amazing.
