We recently stayed at Taj Exotica Goa and the experience was truly beyond imagination. The property is stunning — beautifully designed with thoughtful touches that cater to every guest’s need. Right from the moment we arrived, the lavish welcome set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The check-in process was seamless, our requests like early check-in were fulfilled without any hassle, and every interaction with the staff was marked by warmth and attentiveness. What truly stood out was the impeccable hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was not only courteous but also exceptionally confident and proactive — a reflection of world-class service. The activities curated by the resort were engaging and well-planned, and the private beach was pristine and inviting. Our room, with a garden view and private plunge pool, was simply breathtaking — it genuinely felt like a slice of the Maldives in Goa, with every comfort and detail thoughtfully provided. The food quality and service at the restaurants exceeded our expectations, making every meal a delight. Every part of our stay — from the luxurious room to the serene surroundings — was managed so smoothly that we felt completely at ease. This was undoubtedly one of our most memorable vacations and we are already looking forward to visiting again soon. The rooms are spacious and have been maintained perfectly. The room service is a bit slow, maybe because the rooms/ cottages are spread over a large area. The buggies also take some time reaching the rooms/cottages to pick up for the same reason. The food was just superb, right from well breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. It's a true pleasure to walk around the property and enjoy the ambience. They also offer many games for the guests The pool is definitely the icing on the cake. Truly enjoyed the pool. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days at Taj Exotica, Goa — beautiful property, amazing location, with a few suggestions The sea view rooms were excellent — spacious, clean, and luxurious. The resort's location is unbeatable, easily comparable to St. Regis, and much larger and more scenic than Holiday Inn. The staff throughout the resort were warm, polite, and always greeted us respectfully, which made the stay feel truly premium. Dinner service was exceptional — we especially loved the dinner buffet and the Portuguese restaurant. The food was delicious, though we found the staff at the Portuguese restaurant to be a bit less welcoming than elsewhere in the resort. That said, there are a few things that could be improved: The breakfast buffet was surprisingly limited for a 5-star resort —items like porridge, Kanji being there in breakfast 🥲 but not even a basic chicken curry. asked for a chicken sandwich which never came.. But they did pack us food for travel while leaving the hotel. Service during breakfast was slow, likely due to being understaffed, which led to delays even for simple requests like cutlery or tea. The fruit bowl in our room was never replenished after the first day, which felt like a small oversight. We also weren’t informed about the complimentary experiences like daily yoga — we only found out after checkout. Baby food was on point freshly made and delivered to our room, Thank you very much for that. Still, the dinner staff were much more attentive, probably because they had more people on duty. A suggestion: if more staff could be allocated to breakfast service, it would balance the experience beautifully. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay, and I’d definitely return — just with hopes of a bit more polish in the breakfast and communication areas.

We booked two days stay in Taj exotica , Goa and here are few points which I want to mention- 1. Beautiful property- it has beautiful garden and private beach. The area in the back side of sea facing rooms is very good 2. Poor housekeeping service- I didn’t find it good enough to keep things clean 3. Dampened lift- they have only one lift and as soon as you enter into the lift, it has smell of dampness and when I saw beneath it, the basement was fully covered in fungus. God knows what will happen to lungs of a diabetic person if he enters into that lift. It is serious health hazard. 4. Bedbugs- when I was roaming around , I saw few mattresses kept outside one room. I and my husband noticed that there were lots of bedbugs into that mattress. I am not sure but maybe those were for disposal; but I couldn’t sleep that night peacefully in our room. 5. Good food- Yes, we loved the food here. It is good. I still feel that according to services , it is overpriced.
