If i can give a negative 5 i would. The service has been horrible. You have to make reservations for the nice restaurants per day and wait for 2 hours to do the reservation , to then be told that it is full. The food in the buffet sucks. Ate some meat from the buffet and it made me sick. The activities suck. The only good activity was the foam in the pool. They even close the buffet during the week and you are forced to order room service which they charge per service. If it wasn't that the flights were so expensive I would have left already. This has been a nightmare.. And don't bother asking for a Manager there are none. The bartender Estailyn was awesome.

This is not a 5 star resort. All the negative reviews are true. The staff is nice and tries very hard to make you happy. At the end of the day, it’s just poorly managed. The resort is outdated and very dirty. There are bugs in the rooms, the food is terrible and they run out of every item on the menu on a daily basis. You have to line up at 11 AM sharp every morning to reserve a restaurant because it’s all booked up by 11:15. The drinks are made of very cheap liquor. it’s in the middle of nowhere, you can’t have access to basic necessities. The ‘entertainment’ is always the same, which is the same 5 people dancing each night. The bed was very uncomfortable, our backs were hurting the whole time and one night it broke in 2 while we were sleeping. It’s a 2 star hotel by all standards.

A printout of events and shows would be beneficial. We didn't find out most things until the last few days. Staff was awesome. Management could be more organized. Food was excellent. A few major electrical problems in the room, but workers were doing their best to keep up with it.

The service must improve. Everything is by reservation and if the restaurants are not full to capacity. We went to eat at ROMANZA and ordered some spaghetti and waited 1 hour and a half and we had to leave since we were hungry. I can give the best service to room services and Ronnie is the guy . Best bartender ever Sergio amazing guy , the coffee ladies are so nice 5 star for hers . Overall 2 stars ⭐️ for the hotel they never explained to us the policy and the lobby girl was so rude when we checked in. The taxis are reallly expensive from the location to punta cana , coco bongo $250 round trip . And there is a lot of single males on the hotel .

Terrible service for the exception of a few.
The resort itself is beautiful, but the vibe is certainly not what it is in Cancun.
Being veteran Temptation Cancun goers, we didn't have high expectations, but we weren't prepared for what we experienced in Miches. Restaurants were on a rotating schedule, and the dinner buffet was only running on the weekend. (We were there October 20-27 2023). Unless you're Dominican, do not expect any attention from the servers and waitstaff (again, a couple of exceptions) and that's with tipping, something I didn't see any locals doing, yet they were first served.
Frustrating experience overall given that we were excited for the expansion of the brand.
Our experience was so underwhelming we left after two days and upgraded to the Grand Miches side which is a blast (Think Desire, which will be named as such later this year). Best decision we could have made, that's another review...
All in all, if you're veterans of Temptation Cancun, stick with that. Don't spend your time and money at Temptation Miches... They have a lot of work to do.
