Would stay here again. It’s a beautiful property right in the heart of the Quinta downtown area. The valet parking was 300 pesos per night which I think is worth it because the cars are safe in the basement garage and the valet service guys are great. Rooftop pool is pretty stunning. We were a little worried about noise so we booked a courtyard room and they gave us a top floor so there was no issue there. Staff were awesome throughout and free breakfast for Hilton honors members was also solid. Kitchenettes in most rooms which is helpful with kids.

Great location close to the action, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel staff are very professional and offer exceptional service. Notably Arturo and Cristina at the pool and restaurant. Always helpful and ready with drinks abs food. I highly recommend this place. The rooms are very comfortable and have whatever you need. Front desk staff also are always helpful and eager to make sure your stay is comfortable. Eric and his associates are very professional.

Our 7 night stay here was incredible, we were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff made the experience one of the best vacations we’ve had. Cristina is amazing as a guest relations rep, within a day of us staying she knew our names and room number. She went above and beyond by decorating our brunch table, giving great recommendations and just being incredibly helpful and friendly all the time. Tomas at breakfast gave us great local restaurant recommendations and we got to experience authentic local cuisine thanks to him. As well Sabina served us on the rooftop and during our brunch, she was so kind, friendly and we were grateful to be served by her. Overall everything was wonderful and we are excited to return.

Love this hotel and staff. As a Diamond member the hotel has a. Complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is excellent. The only thing I would like to see added is made to order eggs, that would put the breakfast over the top. I ordered from the menu Avo toast with eggs and it was very flavorful and delicious. Our waiter was Jaime. I haven’t seen him before in our visits. Turns out this is his first week at the Fives. Jaime is an excellent waiter. His very attentive and always pleasant. Jaime is definitely a great addition to the team. The Fives too feature is definitely the Rooftop. The Rooftop has a Restaurant, Spa, Bar, Pool and a large Jacuzzi. It’s a worth booking a few nights just to hang around the rooftop.

We got upgraded to the presidential suite because we were double booked in the system. Nice of the hotel to offer that. It was amazing. The service was impeccable. The room is beautiful. The staff were polite and professional. We also enjoyed the public rooftop area for brunch. There was the hottest hot tub I’ve got into lol my bf was pretty happy with that. All in all, great hotel. The only downside is the noises from the bar down the street - so loud and 24/7. You can’t escape. But that’s basically the problem everywhere in the downtown area.
