Hotel & Presidential Suite Review Wonderful hotel to stay at. The Presidential Suite has a beautiful infinity pool and it’s completely private. The room is comfortable and spacious and the water pressure is good. The toilets flush pretty strong which is a luxury in Mexico. The rooftop plays good music and is right next to the suite but it’s not too loud. I highly recommend you check out their food. The staff overall at the hotel are friendly but as with anywhere it all depends on who you interact and who’s on shift but overall it’s a great hotel. The only downside is depending on when you stay the music from the bar across the street can be absolutely intolerable. I mean to the extent that it sounds like they’re blasting it from the next room! You can barely hear each other speak in the room and this goes on past midnight. This is a common problem with the downtown hotels close to 5th. The location of this hotel is also very good. It’s situated right by the strip and there are tonnes of great restaurants within a 5 min walk. The coffee shop downstairs isn’t too bad either. Overall it’s a great hotel and I’d highly recommend it.

My and my wife's stay here for a week was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast service was always a great start to the day with Cristina, Angel, and co. greeting and taking care of us. The location of the hotel is perfect, being central and two blocks from the beach but just far enough away from the noise of the busy 5th Ave. shopping. The rooftop pool is incredibly relaxing and has a great view of the ocean. The service while at the pool was great as well. Friendly and making sure we were ok with food and drink. Really nothing to complain about. Thanks!

Life Is Sweet

Cristina, Thomas, and Julietta were absolutely amazing! We came to brunch on 11/24/2024 for a birthday celebration and the service was outstanding! They went above and beyond to make us happy. The food was amazing. Like amazing and fresh! The views are worth it all! The beach is walking distance and the pools are perfect, clean, and free of wild kids. Very mature atmosphere. And the chefs were professional and made everything fresh and better!! Thank you so much to your staff and very thankful for Thomas, Cristina, and Julieta! They even sang happy birthday! We will be back and will be sure to stay at this hotel and tell family and friends!

Found this place last minute and we were able to book the Presidential Suite. Amazing! The views are phenomenal and our room came with its own private infinity pool and private entrance to the rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff is very professional and super friendly. Big shout out to Alfredo and Christina for making our stay that much more enjoyable. And also a big thank you to Judith and Monsi for helping us with the Spa services. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again!

Would stay here again. It’s a beautiful property right in the heart of the Quinta downtown area. The valet parking was 300 pesos per night which I think is worth it because the cars are safe in the basement garage and the valet service guys are great. Rooftop pool is pretty stunning. We were a little worried about noise so we booked a courtyard room and they gave us a top floor so there was no issue there. Staff were awesome throughout and free breakfast for Hilton honors members was also solid. Kitchenettes in most rooms which is helpful with kids.
