I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Canal, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular—spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama that made every moment spent there feel special.
What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless, always greeting me with warm smiles and attentive service. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay memorable.

It seems to me that the hotel is even better compared to last year, when we last stayed there. The children's playground has been improved, everything seems fresher and cleaner, the breakfast is also better than before. The service is excellent as always. I will absolutely stay here next time I'm in the area. It's a beautiful hotel with impeccable service.
The on-premises restaurants are phenomenal. Do check out the specials at the restaurants and the chefs brunch. The club has a nice buffet if you don't want to go to a restaurants and it's bar service is excellent.
Customer service is obviously a top priority for all of the staff. You can have a room with a fantastic view of the Grand Mosque or of the pool and Canal. My first room had a great view of the Grand Mosque but it was a little warm for my taste so I switched to another one that was perfect.
The pool area is superb and has Beach access. There is no shortage of chairs with various levels of shade. Later in the afternoon into the evening the pool is well shaded but you can get lots of sun earlier in the afternoon. Food and drink service at the pool are excellent. I liked everything entree and cocktail that I tried.

Christian and his entire team do a consistently fantastic job. The bellmen, the concierge, the front desk staff all work together to provide excellent service. The Ritz should always be nice, but it’s the service that really makes the difference. One of the true tests of a “nice” hotel is: how do they react if something goes wrong? At the RC Abu Dhabi, they simply make it right - and you don’t even have to ask before they act. Truly an exceptional group here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The service and hospitality are absolutely top-notch—truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced.
The rooms are fresh, bright, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, making it both convenient and memorable.
Dining options at the hotel are fantastic, with a wide range of restaurants serving different cuisines. The food is delicious, and the variety ensures there’s something for every taste.
The hotel is located along a small beach facing the sea, but don’t expect an endless horizon—this is a calm area with no waves, as it’s part of a canal. From the beach, you can see other buildings and hotels on the opposite shore. Despite its modest size, the beach is well-maintained and tranquil.
The service on the beach is absolutely outstanding. The staff provide sunscreen, bring ice-cold water throughout the day, and prepare loungers with towels for every guest. Housekeeping also deserves a special mention—they clean the rooms twice a day, ensuring every detail is perfect.
This hotel offers a level of care and attention to detail I haven’t seen in other luxury properties. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a prime location.
