All the hotel staffs are incredible. Every single employee, whether helping with getting out of the taxi, during check-in, in the rooms, at the pool, beach, restaurants, or the cleaning and gardening teams, is extremely friendly and helpful—just top-notch. A heartfelt thank you for providing such outstanding service and friendly faces from early morning until late in the evening. Superb hotel and service. We’ve stayed in numerous hotels, but this was truly top-class, first-rate.

We came here just for brunch during my visit to Abu dhabi. It was the best brunch/lunch I have ever had. The choice available to you is exceptional and at times overwhelming. If you enjoy trying lots of different cuisine from around the world this is an excellent choice. The service is superb too. There is something for everyone here, I would definitely recommend the brunch.

A Luxury hotel that seems to be old, but is well renovated. The location is not the best, as you will need to use taxis or rental cars frequently.
For this high price and luxury level, the service level all over the hotel doesn’t match it accordingly. Yes, Indeed, every single staff member is doing their best to serve their guests. Unfortunately, they are working to their maximum potentials!
This 5 stars luxury level standards should be matched by a 5 star service level standards as well. I always use Four Seasons Hotels as a benchmark for luxury hotels standards, especially while serving their guests. The Ritz Carlton staff are striving and performing up to their maximum potentials, but I am not receiving the level of understanding and the treatment that would match the hefty price tag of a 5 Star luxury brand!
I urge the management to engage every single staff member to intense training courses that match the service level of Four Seasons, or even Six Senses, and Chedi Chains.
Otherwise, I would’ve easily given your lovely hotel 5 stars!
I’d like also to point out that the floor tiles outside where the garden, pool, and restaurant are located, seem to be worn out and outdated. I recommend changing the entire flooring to a newer and more modern looking stylish flooring.

I will absolutely stay here next time I'm in the area. It's a beautiful hotel with impeccable service.
The on-premises restaurants are phenomenal. Do check out the specials at the restaurants and the chefs brunch. The club has a nice buffet if you don't want to go to a restaurants and it's bar service is excellent.
Customer service is obviously a top priority for all of the staff. You can have a room with a fantastic view of the Grand Mosque or of the pool and Canal. My first room had a great view of the Grand Mosque but it was a little warm for my taste so I switched to another one that was perfect.
The pool area is superb and has Beach access. There is no shortage of chairs with various levels of shade. Later in the afternoon into the evening the pool is well shaded but you can get lots of sun earlier in the afternoon. Food and drink service at the pool are excellent. I liked everything entree and cocktail that I tried.
