This resort is an excellent choice for couples and adults looking for a relaxing vacation. We booked an ocean view villa with a private pool. The room was spacious, private, quiet, with breath-taking views. The food was great (breakfast buffet, in room dining, restaurant options). You can directly access the public beach from the resort, and visit the sister resorts which are located within walking distance from each other. You can call for a buggy at anytime if you don’t feel like walking, however, the walk is enjoyable. There are shops (7/11) and restaurants located just outside the resort, if you feel like taking a stroll to discover the surrounding area, which is very safe to do at any time of the day. The service was wonderful, everyone was helpful and kind. I would definitely come back for a second visit.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely unforgettable! My husband surprised me with a private setup at the breathtaking Kissing Point, and it was nothing short of magical. The staff, including the chef and waiters, went above and beyond to make every detail perfect—from the beautifully presented food to their warm and welcoming service.
We spent five wonderful days at the resort, and our room was incredible—spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the comforts we could ask for. The views were stunning, and every corner of the resort was well-maintained.
The overall service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure our experience was flawless. It truly felt like a dream come true, and I can’t recommend this place enough.

The villa we had was beautiful, the most gorgeous place to stay, well set in the hillside and next to a beach with a gorgeous sand and clear warm sea. The pool was lovely and the gym great. However, for the price we paid, it lacked a little of the smaller touches on service and room could have had small things like fruit etc. the quality of the food at breakfast could also have been better. The choice was great but the freshness and quality of produce should have been a little more for this standard of hotel. Sooo much potential and small changes would make this totally stand out

Not Worth 5 Stars – A Disappointing Experience
Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. While the location of the hotel is undeniably stunning – offering breathtaking views of the coastline/beach – and the buggy drivers, as well as some staff in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful, the negatives far outweighed the positives during our stay.
Positives:
1. The Location: The view from the rooms overlooking the coastline/beach is truly beautiful. For those who prioritize a picturesque setting, this is a highlight.
2. Helpful Buggy Drivers: The buggy drivers were always polite and made an effort to enhance our experience.
Negatives:
Room Quality and Cleanliness:
• Unhygienic Conditions: The room was in a terrible state upon arrival – dirty, dusty, and with visible mold.
• Insufficient Cleaning: Despite requesting a cleaning service twice, the room remained far below acceptable standards for a 5-star hotel. After the second attempt, we gave up complaining, even though the room still felt uncomfortable.
Pool Area:
• Overcrowding: The pool area was overcrowded, and sunbeds were “reserved” with towels early in the morning, despite guests not using them for hours. This left many without available sunbeds.
• No Service: There was no proper service at the pool area. Sunbeds were not prepared, and staff rarely checked if guests needed drinks or anything else. This lack of service is unacceptable for a luxury resort.
Arrival and Welcome:
• Upon arrival, there was no staff to greet us or assist with luggage. This was a disappointing first impression for a supposed 5-star hotel.
Half-Board – Misleading and Inadequate:
• The half-board concept was misleading. Guests are limited to a budget of 800 Baht per person at the à la carte restaurant, which is insufficient to cover a proper meal.
• Food was consistently served cold, which is unacceptable and far below the expected standard.
Conclusion:
This hotel may appear to have a 5-star status on the surface, but it fails to deliver on even the most basic standards of a luxury resort. The poor cleanliness, disorganization at the pool, lack of service, and misleading half-board options make it clear that this hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating.
Recommendation: We strongly advise looking for alternatives if you are seeking genuine 5-star quality. This was definitely our first and last stay at this hotel.

The Shore has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it falls short in many areas.
Pros:
• The location is absolutely stunning.
• The buggy transport team is fantastic! The guys are funny, energetic, and create a great atmosphere.
Cons:
• The hotel is poorly maintained. Everywhere you look, you see rust and dirty walls.
• When we checked into our room, it was dirty—dust that seemed untouched for weeks, dirty windows, and mirrors that hadn’t been cleaned.
• The spa was a huge disappointment. The prices are extremely high for what you get. I had the worst massage I’ve ever received in Thailand, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing.
• At the pool, there’s no service at all—you’re left to fend for yourself.
• The restaurant experience was another letdown. While the service was decent, the food was disappointing. We were served cold meals every evening.
It’s such a shame because this hotel has great potential, but these issues make it hard to recommend. For a 5-star hotel with such high prices, you expect so much more. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.
