My wife and I had a delightful 7 night stay at The Shore in a Sea View Pool Villa Romance room. Good Points: - the staff are universally welcoming, helpful, warm and efficient. We didn't have one negative interaction. - the room and pool was every bit as good as the photos show, clean and modern - the breakfast was one of the best I've experienced at a resort. The multi-cultural guest profile means that every type of breakfast need is catered. - we took the half-board and it was cost effective for dinners. - the local beach is warm and great for swimming. It's so close you can use a lounge by the hotel pool and walk to the beach for a swim instead of sitting on the beach. Average Points: - the half-board fixed menus are quite limited and the food (other than breakfast) was not that inspiring. In fact the food at the nearby sister resort, included in half-board, was mostly better, but still not great. - Gym / exercise room: there were a couple of machines that weren't in working order but it was clean. The gyms at the sister resort were bigger but we didn't use them.

The best resort I have ever stayed in my life. The views are unparalleled. We got a room with an amazing view of the beach and sea. The service was top notch from the moment we entered. The rooms were so spacious and got all the amenities needed. The pool was fantastic and the way they kept the water warm was amazing. We just had the morning breakfast at the resort. The breakfast buffet was equally great with the variety and service. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would definitely visit again.

This villa is absolutely stunning! Super beautiful view, clean nice room, well taken care of with excellent service! Their transfer to and from airport was seamless with dedicated personnel to welcome us and also help us check in upon departure! The tapas dinner and floating breakfast was amazing! While I had food poisoning episodes from dining at their restaurant, they took good care of me by kindly extending my check out timing, offering to send me to nearby clinic at their sister resort and also offering me calming tea and boiled rice which was comforting as I could not stomach anything after being sick. Thank you for taking care of us, we will be back less dining at the Thai restaurant ever again! Highly recommended for a relaxing trip for couples!

First time comment on a resort/hotel. Want to voice out for the super friendly and helpful staff! You will enjoy the stay and the romantic atmosphere they prepared. Perfect location to get away. Not much more you could ask for. The room is clean and the set up is user friendly. Even though we ordered a in-room dining at late night, waited for less than a hour for four dishes, the staff is super nice and prepare your cocktail on spot. Luxury experience and will recommend to any couples, at least to stay two nights to enjoy the activities and all the restaurants. A plus for the application they provided as you could manage all the activities on the APP. Definitely will come back for next vacation!

I had the worst customer service experience at this hotel. It felt like no one cared about our needs at all. I asked for ice, and it took 40 minutes to arrive. When I requested water, it took another 30 minutes, and not once did anyone apologize for the delays. The breakfast options were limited, and the service was abysmal. No one came to check on us, and the staff seemed indifferent and unmotivated. The spa experience was even worse. It was dirty, and while I was in the treatment room, I saw a gecko. To make matters worse, there was a leak in the ceiling that dripped water on me during the massage. I also got mosquito bites because they didn’t bother to use insect repellent or clean the room properly. The receptionist at the spa was rude and unwelcoming. Additionally, the rooms were not fully private, which was not mentioned during the booking process. This lack of privacy is not suitable for Muslims and Arabs seeking a more secluded environment. When I called the hotel receptionist to inquire about the long wait times for service, I was told it wasn’t their problem but the restaurant’s. I was instructed to call the restaurant myself for updates. This lack of teamwork and accountability was infuriating. The same dismissive attitude applied when I addressed the spa issues. Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the money. The only positive aspect was the view. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in terms of guest service.
