I didn't stay at the hotel but visited for the rides, which was disappointing because they were closed. However, the observation deck was open, and it was a decent experience. There's a bar there that can certainly enhance your visit with a nice drink. One thing to note: when purchasing tickets, be sure to check the charges, as some employees at the box office gave me a ticket with a price printed on it that was half of what I was actually charged.

The hotel itself was not bad, but the service absolutely sucks. I was charged $447.79 because "the air quality in the room changed" ( I guess to imply smoking). Problem is that I do not smoke and never have in my life. I explained this to one of the desk people and that maybe one of the "sensors" in the room may have just malfunctioned, as they sometimes do, but to no avail. Clearly the money was all that mattered, as evidenced by all of the reviews below indicating the exact same thing. Everyone isn't making this nonsense up. And when asked to speak with a supervisor, no one was available. No one ever even came to the room to ascertain if smoking actually took place, or anything. Just slapped the almost 500.00 charge on my credit card. I am currently having the charge disputed, but it really stinks that some companies believe that they don't have to play by the rules. There is thing called "Due Process" for a reason, and this hotel never afforded me any of that. And if need be, I have already decided that the matter will be taken to court should the outcome of the dispute not be the right outcome. Will spend my money elsewhere next time in Vegas.

Good hotel with good casino. No microwave. The rooms that we got had okay views. But the best thing was the observation tower for which we got guest passes and had to pay only$5 per person. That was an amazing experience. Would recommend it!

We recently dined at the Strat Hotel Casino & Tower, Top of the world restaurant and it was nothing short of exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, with every dish bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. The service was equally impressive – attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish.
The icing on the cake was the spectacular view. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic evening or a gathering with friends, the ambiance created by the breathtaking scenery elevates the entire experience.
Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a setting that leaves you in awe. Can’t wait to return.

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience.
Firstly, I was wrongly accused of causing damage to the room and charged an exorbitant cleaning fee of $396.83. The hotel staff claimed a sensor went off four times, but the readings on each report were identical, indicating a potential malfunction. Moreover, I was asleep during three of the alleged incidents. Despite my attempts to seek clarification, I was met with rudeness, a lack of empathy, and no reasonable explanation.
Secondly, the housekeeping services were subpar. I had to request housekeeping twice, and it took two days for them to finally clean my room, which they did inadequately.
Furthermore, the hotel added a resort fee to my bill every night, which felt like an additional burden on top of the already expensive charges.
The overall experience was incredibly disappointing. The hotel staff's unprofessional behavior, the unjustified cleaning fee, and the poor housekeeping made me feel like I was being robbed. Despite spending a considerable amount of money at this establishment, I was treated poorly and will never return.
