Stayed here 1 night, upgraded to a suit for a few bucks more...total was less than $130. My 1028 sq feet suit was larger than my 700 sq feet small house. As soon as I checked in, I went and enjoyed a cold beer inside the large pool. I enjoyed a great dinner at the Top Of The World tower. Watched a great show at night - Rouge. My half day stay seemed eternal thanks to the impressive views from the observation deck of the Tower and then my romantic dinner at the spinning restaurant.

Booked the locals deal; which was awesome came with 25$ credit and 2 free tower passes. Although the hallways in the hotel to the rooms were extremely warm, our room seem to be nice. Besides the plumbing, the water would not drain down from the sink and the shower, drained extremely slow without sufficient hot water. Was awaken to a notification at 4am the there was a charge of $491 to my bank. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room did not work. Went down to the front desk where Lola the first Desk representative that we seen stated that these charges just “appear” on accounts sometimes randomly and they don’t know why and that she can get them reversed. Then she returned asking if we smoked in our room or used candles or Flat iron or hair or use the iron which none of the above happened. Upon speaking to the supervisor Nayeli, she states that there will be an investigation and I should receive a call back by the end of the day. As of yet, I have not heard anything back. If I was a smoker, I would have in fact chose to have a smoking room and would not have opted for a non-smoking. These charges to my bank I definitely not authorize and it’s fraudulent activity. Also the fact that most restaurants were closed on Tuesday and Wednesdays that would’ve originally been my only complaint. Until having these Fraudulent and unauthorized charges.

I love going to the Strat. I really enjoyed spending some time at the top of the world observation floor. However, that weekend that I visited was super windy the outside deck was closed and I was a little annoyed because I walked all the way up there and there was a guard standing there and instead of her saying oh it’s closed out there she let us walk all the way up the steps to the door before saying anything. Other than that, I had a good weekend. The hotel seems clean the room I was standing in the carpet was better than it’s been in the past. We also spent time at the pool. I really enjoy the pool area as well. The service is good. The food at the pool area is very good and the drinks are delicious Overall, I think it was a really good stay.

Just stay away. The air conditioning barely works and pretty much stopped working the last night we were there. There is only one small vent to cool the room. The coolest it got in the room was 72°, but only stayed there for about an hour and the temp averaged around 75°. The last night the room temp was 78°+ and the air conditioning was blowing warmish air. It doesn't appear that they check that the rooms are in working order. The bathroom light was so dim you could barely see and had to be replaced. They did get the light and fire alarm fixed pretty quickly. The toilet is leaking into the floor in the bathroom and part of the bathroom baseboard was broken and coming off the wall. The fire alarm hadn't had its batteries changed in a while and started beeping at us at 1am and had to be replaced. See above about air conditioning. Only some room have fridges, though they did bring one up as we had meds that needed to be refrigerated. The Wet24 pool and bar has apparently permanently closed yet I can't find anywhere that says that. Parking is not free for hotel guests, so make sure to add $20/day to your expenses. The ice machine stopped working nearest our room. The hotel is not neat anything and walking anywhere seems to be a risk as it’s kinda ghetto-y around the area.

We knew what to expect walking into a hotel in Vegas so our expectations weren't sky high. Our room was okay, the desk dusty and the ice container had a layer as well, there was someone's gum wrapper under the desk, a hair tie and layer of dust and dirt between the fridge and desk. I just wiped the desk off so I had a place to work and ignored the rest. The bed was broken - the edge wasn't sturdy and it dipped on one side. Since I had to go check-in again because we had added a second night on I asked if we could switch to another room mainly because of the bed, but it was compounded by the fact it was dirty. I was told they could send someone up to clean and deodorize the room, and if that didn't fix the problem they would see about moving us to another room. I'm not sure how that would have fixed the bed, and cleaning it at this point doesn't change it. I even asked if I could upgrade and pay the difference if they didn't have the same room available and they said we already had the highest level room available. The view is of the top of the building, although we did get a larger space. If you go online however it shows the same room and others available. I don't like confrontation or being difficult which is why we didn't say anything the first night, had I known about the bed I likely would have asked when we first got here but we didn't realize it until late at night when we laid down. I wasn't going to push the issue today because again, I don't like confrontation or making a big deal out of things, but we will not be staying here in the future.
