Overall had a wonderful experience here, the room was nice but I personally feel like upgrading a room to get a mini fridge is a little ridiculous, it was little too hot at night and the ac wasn't getting the room cold it didn't go down last 71° I believe, they did unclog the bath tub right away so that was good. Lots of things to do in the hotel it's and for what I went for everything was super close and very convenient. I recommend this hotel and I'd stay again. Just FYI they did have buckets and provide free ice so that's how we kept our drinks cold. The view from all the way up is amazing at night plus if you stay at the hotel you do get a discount.

First time staying here. Stayed here for the location during EDC week, As one of the shuttles picks up across the street. Easy drive in as there is a self parking garage next door. 20$ a day. The hotel itself was quite nice. It had a few restaurants and a couple shops for souvenirs or random needs. The tower itself was cool and nice to go up. The rooms themselves were ok. Even with our “upgraded” room with a better view was just ok. Nothing special. The non basic room comes with a mini fridge which we needed so had to upgrade. The area we stayed was a little far from the front so took a little to walk out or back in. Staff were very nice and helpful. I appreciate all they did to make our stay nice. Everyone from the concierge to the parking attendant, everyone was so nice. I definitely would stay here again for my next stay for EDC.

First, reserved a renovated tower king room. Got a old 2 queen's room. Bathroom lights did not work, they fixed that right away. When asked to check my reservation because I have the wrong room I was ignored. Bathroom had what looked like toothpaste splatters all over the walls and the flooring was coming up, showered in warm water (at best). Had to much to do and not enough time so I didnt push the wrong room issue. We did enjoy the top of the strat, very cool. But we did not enjoy being cornered about the time share crap every time we tried to look around the casino. Meh at best. Will not be staying there again.

The views from the top are unbeatable — you can see the entire Strip and surrounding desert. SkyJump and the thrill rides on top are insane if you're an adrenaline junkie. The hotel rooms are basic but recently renovated and the price is very affordable. It's at the north end of the Strip so you're a bit isolated, but Uber/Lyft make it easy. The rotating restaurant up top is a cool experience.

Our stay at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod was a bit of a mixed experience. The location was not ideal for us. Once you get just a short distance away from the hotel in certain directions, the surrounding area feels unsafe and not very comfortable to walk around in, especially at night. Check-in took quite a long time. There is a kiosk option available, but it wasn’t very user-friendly or intuitive, which made the process more frustrating than convenient. We were able to check-out from the TV in our room but the couples who traveled with us kept getting an error message and were forced to stand in line to check-out which delayed us leaving for the airport for a 5am flight. On a positive note, the pool area was clean and the water temperature was very comfortable. The views from the pool were also beautiful, especially the mountains and palm trees, which really stood out and were a highlight of the stay. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt just average. There was no music or strong resort vibe in the pool or common areas, so it didn’t feel very lively. The room itself was disappointing in terms of cleanliness, upkeep and size - the room was tiny. It had a bad odor we were unable to identify but seemed very dated and maybe that smell was just old... We also found there was no microwave in the room, and ice was surprisingly difficult to locate when needed. In terms of transportation, the hotel is quite far from the monorail—about a 30-minute walk—and it is also the last stop, which makes getting around the Strip less convenient. Overall, while there were a few nice highlights like the views at the pool, and the price was low compared to other hotels in this area, the stay was just okay and we would likely choose a different location next time.
