We had such a fun evening at The Strat last night! We started at the bar and played some video poker — our drinks were comped, and the cocktails were delicious. Matt, the bartender, was fantastic — super friendly and attentive. Then we headed up for dinner at Top of the World, and OMG… what an experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking, the food was exquisite, and the service was excellent. Truly one of those “wow” Vegas moments. After dinner, we stopped to get our player’s cards. The staff member helping us was kind and informative, offering great suggestions. We played a bit more video poker and tried a few slot machines. We didn’t walk out winners, but we had a wonderful time and felt entertained for hours. Overall, it was a lovely evening — great food, great drinks, and even better service. Highly recommend spending a night at The Strat!

I stayed for two nights. The staff was kind and helpful. I stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms and it was nice. I enjoyed the pools and wish I would've taken advantage of any of the hot tubs. The food I tried was good and I liked that it was a little away from the craziness of the strip. The slightly sub prime location also makes it a better deal for the overall cost of lodging/food/drinks. It's a good budget choice.

Had a nice stay here while checking out Vegas! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was close to downtown. For my next stop, I booked through StayDriveBnB — found great fully furnished units around the John S. Park area with an authentic local feel. Perfect if you’re planning to stay longer or want a more home-style setup in Vegas. Highly recommend checking them out!

Rooms price is reasonable, but hidden charges is terrible. Required a $300 deposit. I don’t even use their amenities and it’s unfair for every guests need to pay for the services, should be given an option to guest and who wishes to use it then applied to their account. Wasn’t inform that there will be a restoring fee per day until I check out with a bill. I stay for 4 days, didn’t even use any cleaning services (towels, soap etc), no trash bin to put my trash in except the one in the bathroom. Too much walking distance within the building from garage parking to casino area and to our rooms. Restaurant within the casino are too pricy except McDonald’s. Tired of eating McDonald’s. Unsafe walking on the street to get to other places other than drive out of the garage parking lot. Lose parking space. Never going to book at this place again. Rather go somewhere else.

Good hotel if you’re on a budget, especially if you’re not going to be in the room that much. Location is good if your trying to get to Fremont quickly but other then that there are lots of homeless people in the area. Room was not the best we stayed for 5 days and out of 2 of those days I had to request for the maintenance staff to come fix the air because it would cut off on its own and trying to turn it on via thermostat it would not work. Also it was like this wet spot on the carpet where it smelled like it rained in the I don’t even know where it came from.
