We recently stayed at The tower plaza hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service provided by one of the housekeeping staff, Evans. From the moment we arrived, Evans was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring our stay was comfortable. He always greeted us with a warm smile and was quick to assist with any requests we had. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that showed his attention to detail. It's clear that Evans takes great pride in his work, and it made our experience at the hotel all the more enjoyable

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I travel frequently and have stayed at countless hotels, but this was by far my worst experience. From the moment I checked in, it was clear this hotel has serious issues. The room was filthy, with stains on the sheets and a foul odor. The bathroom was even worse – poorly cleaned and with broken fixtures. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, ignoring requests and even being rude at times. To top it off, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or in terrible condition. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It completely ruined what should have been a pleasant stay. Save your money and choose a place that values cleanliness and customer service!

Excellent location and service. Top cleanned rooms, top customer service, stunning views from the bedrooms and an enormous variety of delicious food at the restaurant. We loved everything and if we could, we would stay more time. Difficult is to leave. A very special thank you to Nirmal Singh who made amazing cocktails and was so kind with my son, Santiago.

Hi team, I would like to highlight my memorable stay with my family on the occasion of daughters birthday. Upon hearing the same the Anjalika from the front desk was courteous , kind , professional and very friendly with how you greeted us. She provided us with complementary cake for our daughter and also helped us with a better view of the room then we originally booked for. Her kindness was witnessed even when we strolled passed her and she always wore a friendly smile on her face. We would like to love to revisit and be greeted again with Anjalika and the other courteous staff in Tower Plaza. Must recommend. Thanks

The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is by far the most unprofessional and customer-unfriendly hotel I have ever encountered. I booked a room but couldn’t reach due to unavoidable circumstances. When I contacted them regarding a refund, they blatantly refused, despite their policy clearly stating refunds were possible. This isn’t just bad service – it’s outright deception! The staff is completely unhelpful, and they clearly have no regard for their guests' needs. If this is how they treat customers before they even step foot in the hotel, imagine the nightmare waiting for you if you actually stayed there. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy is shocking. There are far better hotels in Dubai that value their guests and provide superior service. Don’t waste your money or risk your peace of mind at this place. Trust me, you’ll regret it if you book here. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere that deserves it.
