I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. My room was located on floor 54, offering a stunning view of Sheikh Zayed Road—a highlight of my stay. Key highlights: ✅ Prime location: Central and convenient for exploring the city. ✅ Free covered parking: A practical perk for travelers with vehicles. ✅ Delicious breakfast: A diverse spread with quality options. ✅ Pool with a view: The infinity pool had breathtaking vistas, and the water temperature was perfectly maintained.

We had a lovely two-night stay at The Tower Plaza Dubai. The staff were so kind, the location was perfect, and the price was fair—thank you for making our stay enjoyable! A few small things could be better: The room was clean and big, but a bit old with a slight damp smell. The food on our first day (Eid) wasn’t great—cold and limited options. Even the breakfast coffee was cold! Luckily, Day 2 was much better—we really enjoyed it. A tip for families: More kid-friendly options (like fries!) would help. Also, some poolside entertainment for children would be a nice touch. One surprise—juices and drinks weren’t included in full board (for lunch & dinner). But overall, the team was wonderful, working hard to make guests happy. With a few tweaks, this hotel could be even better. Thanks again for your hospitality!

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and i had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the amenities were nice, the room design was well thought out, and the view was absolutely amazing. These aspects definitely stood out and made the stay enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. The lobby was too small and often overcrowded, making check-in and check-out feel chaotic. The staff lacked a personal touch and were very strict with the hotel rules, especially regarding check-in/check-out times. Additionally, they do not allow outside food deliveries, meaning you have to pick up any orders yourself, which can be inconvenient. The hotel is convenient for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families looking for a more relaxed and accommodating experience.

Hotel Location is Fantastic. Rooms are also Ok. Service - Breakfast - Staff pathetic.- 0 Stars Service - It will take 45-60 Mins for a service request to be closed. I requested Towels and dental kit, I had to make 10 calls, I went to reception and spoke to manager. Then also it took 15 mins. It happened multiple times. Water leakage happened in my room Midnight and No one helped me to shift the room. There are many other multiple things also which i am not able to mention due to time constrain. Breakfast - 5 Days are stayed there from 13th to 18th March, Everyday it was overcrowded, They say they are 5 star, But you will have to get in long Queues to take a Pan cake, egg omelette or any other item. Major number to tourists are indian, however, only 1 Dish in Indian cuisine, that too not cooked properly. Staff - Dont reach out to them for any requests or support, go as per mentioned policy in your booking; they are just going to repeat the same. This Hotel doesn’t have the capacity to Cater more then 200 guests, However they are operating with 450-500 Guests; which makes them understaffed also.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Radia, the receptionist, and I must say, she is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. Radia is incredibly professional and efficient; she handled my inquiries with ease and provided all the information I needed promptly. What stood out the most was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Whether it was answering my questions or assisting with directions, lIt's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people they assist, and she truly embodies that spirit. Overall, my experience with Radia was fantastic, and she is a great asset to the team. I highly recommend her for her exceptional service and dedication to making visitors feel valued!
