Staying at Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and luxurious ambiance made me feel special. My room offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, and the modern amenities ensured a comfortable stay. The dining options were exceptional, with delicious cuisine and attentive service. The central location made it easy to explore Dubai’s attractions. What truly stood out was the staff’s dedication to making my stay perfect—every request was met with a smile. I left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this gem in Dubai.

I came to this hotel at 2:30 pm, my checkin time was 3pm, I have been waiting for my room to get ready for the last 1.5 hours even though I am not asking for any early check-in. The staff here is very slow, and they keep asking us to have patience. I don’t feel the hospitality here as 5-star hotel. Talking about rooms, rooms are old, but clean, we asked for king bed, they suggested to join two twin beds and make it as a king bed, Which is so weird. Why would someone who pay 15k for a night do these adjustments 🤦🏻‍♀️

The hotel was nice, common areas were clean but our room was not particularly clean. The carpets needed a clean and shower had black mould spotting all around the lower part of the shower room tiles and step leading into it. We paid c£180 a night which I'm sure is probably cheap here but didn't feel like value for money. On the positive room had a great view and the staff was very helpful.

We recently stayed at The tower plaza hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service provided by one of the housekeeping staff, Evans. From the moment we arrived, Evans was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring our stay was comfortable. He always greeted us with a warm smile and was quick to assist with any requests we had. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that showed his attention to detail. It's clear that Evans takes great pride in his work, and it made our experience at the hotel all the more enjoyable

The hotel is in a good location, right across from a metro station and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and everything you need. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast but in the rush it was not convenient to find a place to sit or stand in line for food. The main problem of the hotel is a very poor level of maintenance. Rooms smell bad and showers are full of mold! Is this a 5 star hotel? And this is in most rooms (we were a group). There is no lobby big enough to sit and no bar or restaurant at the top. Pool and spa do not look good and after the mold in the shower you need courage to enter. It's a shame. Hope those in charge will read the review and improve quickly. For now I do not recommend
