We have been very pleased with this resort. The holiday was booked at the last minute but we weren’t disappointed. There are plenty of activities for young children and a Kids’ Club with very kind staff. The beach is immaculate and beautiful. There are two ways of accessing it from the resort, via the steps near the shop or via a path behind the Private Lodge (both ways difficult perhaps for less able people). Even though the main pool is being repaired there are plenty of other pools to choose from. There is also a clothed sauna and a nude sauna located in the spa area. Despite some bad reviews here I found the quality of the food good with plenty of options. Not sure how clear and precise the allergy labelling was but overall I was very impressed. The coffee isn’t great is the only thing I would say but that’s inevitable when you’re trying to serve a huge number of people. You could buy some excellent wines very cheaply in the restaurant if you didn’t want the free drink. The cleaning staff were very considerate too and didn’t disturb us early once they realised my young son, who was sick, liked to sleep in. The doctor provided an excellent service too when we needed him. You can rent a car here too if you get fed up and want to go somewhere. Overall very well run, pleasant and clean.

Stayed at this hotel end of January with my husband for a little week away after Christmas.
What can I say absolutely fantastic hotel food was so good lots of choice, rooms were spectacular very large bed clean tidy and spacious.
Something for everyone, staff were second to none and so friendly uniforms were fresh clean most were spotless.
Gardens very well maintained and even the gardeners were amazing.
Entertainment was very-good for children in the day and great for adults at night.
But great for adults in the day two.
Big shout to mickel entertainment team was amazing he was so much fun and is a credit to this hotel. He was so kind and pleasant.
I have stayed in so many all inclusive hotels but this was the one for us the beach was amazing (be careful getting over rocks to it)
Hotel so disabled friendly and was lovey to see has a hoist if needed to the pool
There was a doctor on site with his own room so that was so nice unsure on the times. But there if needed
Would I go again!!!! Yes I’ve already booked for may taking my granddaughter and my 2 children with there partners
Reviews differ some good some not but this was worth every penny.
Credit to all of the staff who work very hard for us to have a fantastic holiday more importantly great memories

A very nice vacation hotel with plenty of staff providing high-quality service.
Some photos of the hotel online may appear a bit outdated, but the property is well-maintained. The lobby features a 24-hour bar with drinks and snacks, as well as an activity desk where you can book activities. The staff speaks English, Spanish, German, Polish, and other languages, and they are very friendly and proactive in helping guests plan their trips. During Christmas, the hotel is quite popular, so guests who wish to join activities during this period should visit the concierge as soon as they check in.
Some rooms in Building 10 don’t get much sunlight, but they still offer views of the beach and the lights from across the water at night. Additionally, because these rooms are far from the theater and bar, they are less affected by noise from live events, allowing you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves with the balcony doors open.
The hotel has two cliff staircases leading to the beach. It’s recommended to use the one near the private area. One notable highlight is that the hotel is located on the southeastern side of the island, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunrise. After enjoying the sunrise on the beach, you might meet some early-working staff on your way back and exchange friendly greetings.
On the downside, while the food served at the restaurant is plentiful, the variety doesn’t change much day to day. The small shop within the hotel offers limited options, and facilities such as the sauna close too early.

6 day break and found most things to our liking.
The main pool was closed for renovation but 2 other pools within the complex so no problem for us.
The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful especially reception.
We found the food enjoyable and varied, would have liked labels on the puddings but happy to try them.
Room in block 22 was comfortable and spacious but a kettle would have been nice.
Walk along the seashore was great, could still manage the steps down and up.
Enjoyed the entertainment.
Will definately return

It was our 3rd visit and it didn't disappoint. Fantastic food, loved gala night, lovely room and warm and accommodating staff. I used the gym everyday which is the best gym I've seen on a holiday resort. My wife did all the classes which all overlooked the sea. We also tried the archery and got involved in the daily games which were very entertaining. Booked it again whilst in the middle of our stay for the same week in January 2026!
