A very nice vacation hotel with plenty of staff providing high-quality service.
Some photos of the hotel online may appear a bit outdated, but the property is well-maintained. The lobby features a 24-hour bar with drinks and snacks, as well as an activity desk where you can book activities. The staff speaks English, Spanish, German, Polish, and other languages, and they are very friendly and proactive in helping guests plan their trips. During Christmas, the hotel is quite popular, so guests who wish to join activities during this period should visit the concierge as soon as they check in.
Some rooms in Building 10 don’t get much sunlight, but they still offer views of the beach and the lights from across the water at night. Additionally, because these rooms are far from the theater and bar, they are less affected by noise from live events, allowing you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves with the balcony doors open.
The hotel has two cliff staircases leading to the beach. It’s recommended to use the one near the private area. One notable highlight is that the hotel is located on the southeastern side of the island, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunrise. After enjoying the sunrise on the beach, you might meet some early-working staff on your way back and exchange friendly greetings.
On the downside, while the food served at the restaurant is plentiful, the variety doesn’t change much day to day. The small shop within the hotel offers limited options, and facilities such as the sauna close too early.

It was our 3rd visit and it didn't disappoint. Fantastic food, loved gala night, lovely room and warm and accommodating staff. I used the gym everyday which is the best gym I've seen on a holiday resort. My wife did all the classes which all overlooked the sea. We also tried the archery and got involved in the daily games which were very entertaining. Booked it again whilst in the middle of our stay for the same week in January 2026!

6 day break and found most things to our liking.
The main pool was closed for renovation but 2 other pools within the complex so no problem for us.
The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful especially reception.
We found the food enjoyable and varied, would have liked labels on the puddings but happy to try them.
Room in block 22 was comfortable and spacious but a kettle would have been nice.
Walk along the seashore was great, could still manage the steps down and up.
Enjoyed the entertainment.
Will definately return

Great location, food was good but not as diverse as some other hotels I've been to, also sometimes it was not as hot as I personally like, however there is a choice for everyone and the deserts are very good.
Rooms are large but was quite cold in January in the evening.
The complex is superb and the beach is amazing. Have now been twice and looking forward to another booking soon

This is a last minute get away without much research. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Didn’t partake in activities but I believe there were plenty to do.
If you’re not a long distance walker it would be advisable to hire a car as it is a long way from anything.
I know it’s self catering, however we like a cuppa first thing in the morning and in the evening. Fortunately took a kettle, cups with tea and coffee. The shop is the far end of the resort which did sell milk and the room has a mini fridge.
The main downside I would say is the food. Breakfast was by far the best. Lunch and dinner were basically the same with an option for fish and meat, the meat was mainly pork loin turkey or chicken which always seems dry. Plenty of salad and cheeses and the snacks around the hotel were very limited. There were plenty of coffee machines about, but whatever coffee you wanted had a chocolate taste to it.
I would never say do not go here but would strongly advise to do your research and look at photos. The nearest town was a cab drive away and about €13 each way which was disappointing and I would not rush to the market on a Thursday unless you want your cheap knock off stuff. We won’t be returning for many reasons however it was a relaxing break and first time I don’t think I have gained any extra holiday weight!!
