It was a great experience! Initially, we got off to a great start: we received a complimentary hotel room upgrade as a surprise. All the hotel staff we had contact with were super friendly and helpful, from the check-in counter to the food court, to the cleaning staff. The pool and common areas were great and always clean. The pizza was wonderful and reasonably priced, and the alcoholic drinks at the bar were delicious. The experience was perfect at this hotel, and we will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

This hotel has good dining options and a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with a shower in. The room had to king size beds. Our only complaint about this hotel was the lack of hot water, I would say it was lukewarm at best. You do have to pay a daily charge for the parking.

Love the continuous shuttle service and the pool. Check in can be improved cause they had 10 desks and only 3 agents but 50 customers waiting in line. They were really slow! The room are nice and clean although they don’t clean up well (we stayed for 5nights and there was no cleaning besides making the bed up and that too was done with old sheets!)

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff have always been super friendly and the rooms always spotless clean. The transportation system to the parks is always on time and have always been able to jump on. Recently got engaged and cannot put into words how great the staff were on front desk . The perfect place for families and couples. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend. We had a good time. Our room was very clean and the check in process was easy. However, we do wish that there were more workers working the front desk. We wanted to extend our stay by one more night and that was also very easy to do. One of the ladies by the front desk helped us extend our stay. She was very sweet and attentive. We really liked being able to check out online by ourselves, very efficient. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
