Everything was perfect, we had a great time. Rooms were clean and modern, the restaurant was so convenient and the bus shuttle to the parks were amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was how expensive was the overnight parking at the hotel. But other than that it was an amazing experience and will happily stay at this hotel again.

The hotel, service and the bus shuttles were amazing and definitely made a difference on our trip! Getting early access is definitely a game changer!! 10/10 recommend this hotel and the services. The rooms were super clean, first class guest services and it was so close to the parks. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Overall good experience. The room could have been cleaner; hairs long and short on the sheets, the bathroom shower, toilet and sink. Bed Science - Not too bad! Good Pillows as well. Pool view is great, close your blinds when getting dressed people! Noise - as others have mentioned, the walls are relatively thin. If you're lucky, you'll have a room next to a bunch of rambunctious kids who are running around, trying to scuff the floor, deliriously throwing their bodies and voices around and parents laughing around 10:30-11:00 at night. Fun! That just means you have to ask the front desk via text to send a message to them to quiet down. The front desk reps, gift shop, and Pier Eight Market are all gems! Especially the ladies in the market. Kindness goes a long way. I would stay here again ONLY if I needed a place to sleep and had no intention on relaxing and bought ear plugs. But for a family this is a great option if you are going to be in the parks most days and need a place to sleep.

Rooms very standard but did include a small fridge. Kept food and drinks cold. Daily housekeeping was great! Nice shampoo. Easy to get extra towels for family. Good sized food court. This is a busy hotel with a lot of people but there were plenty of shuttles to the park. Very good deal for the price and being so close to Universal and included early park entry.

I would definitely book this hotel again. We got an upgrade from a 2 bed room to a 3 bed room. Nice surprise! The food had good variety and was reasonably priced. We spent around $20 per adult and around $15 for our son. We did not use the early park admission. Floors are a little sandy, especially if you go to the pool and bring some sand upstairs on your flip flops. Can’t help it. Microwave worked if you press reheat and then in the middle of the go/stop button(s). Wished we had free breakfast, but overall a wonderful experience. Shuttle was a godsend when we were tired from walking. Pool was nice. They provided beach towels so I did not need to bring them. ❤️🧡💛
