This hotel is terrific. The two bedroom suite was perfect. The whole place is immaculate. The customer service is off the charts. Need a blanket? Send a text and 5 minute later it's at your door! There are several bars, the pool is beautiful, and the cafe/cafeteria style restaurant is perfect for grab and go before and after the parks. Free shuttle service to and from the airport/universal is seamless and the location could not be better. Highly recommend! Would come back time and time again.

The best hotel..part of Universal property I've ever stayed in. Booked a HHN special as a Florida resident. Upon arrival we were checked in asap, and picked up our HHN tickets, purchased items at the store, ate at Pier 8 market, didn't use the pool. The room was so beautiful and cozy...and it did have a coffee machine. 10th floor excellent views. Shuttle to parks a godsend. Luggage holding, another godsend. All in all...l recommended to everyone.

Clean and well maintained. Helpful staff. Rooms size and suite size were nice for the price. Swimming pool view is great, parking lot view not so much! Loved the Starbucks at the lobby. Food and drinks at Pier 8 is fast food mostly. Its fine but overpriced, I guess is to be expected. But deliveries were easy to get and also there is a red lobster, ihop and a 7eleven all around the corner within walking distance. Also there are more food options not too far away of you have a car.

What a beautiful hotel. So big and lots of space. Kitchen area with table to have food. Big beds You walk out the front door and the bus is there every couple of minutes to take you to the parks. Swimming pool is lovely with life guards. Sand area and table tennis. Pool bar lovely aswel

This was my first time staying on Universal and I absolutely loved it. The staff are super nice and friendly and were extremely accommodating and helpful through out the whole stay especially Ivan at the front desk. The housekeeping staff were extremely nice and sufficient always greeting me in the mornings, the room was clean and very comfortable. The location is very close to Epic universe and the other parks, it was even close to a few convenience stores if you should need to go. It is also 30 minutes from the Orlando airport. Park buses leave every 15 minutes, bus drivers are extremely nice and safe. We also were leaving yesterday night and left our luggage with the hotel while we were at Epic universe to be picked up when it was time to leave for the airport. Thank you for an amazing stay!
