Not without some issues. But everyone is kind, caring, attentive, and wants to provide great service. There is a good variety of rooms available. The facility has multiple pools, on premises spa and massage, and a private beach. The issues are all tolerable for me, because they're not unexpected for a mid&range Marriott property in a somewhat remote tropical location. There are some communication issues, but all of the staff are really sweet and kind and have great intentions. But misunderstandings happen due to language skills. The property is very nice but has deferred maintenance issues and is blasted by Sun and very humid. If you want everything to be perfect, go to a more expensive resort. If you are content to enjoy a great property and tolerate some rough edges, this is an excellent choice. The Saturday buffet and fire show are the videos attached to this review.

The hotel itself is located on a beautiful hill. The hotel is a bit dated and you can tell by the room and mattress. A lot of the items weren’t working in our room. The house keeping itself is a bit inconsistent, whether they will replenish your amenities is a surprise each day. The front staff was very helpful, and tried their best to solve our issue. The buggy service was amazing and we barely had to wait for it to come. Breakfast was definitely my favorite part, it had everything! The noodle bar, Thai tea and fruits was my favorite part. It had a kids club which my toddler loved going, they had different activities everyday and the staff there was amazing!

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the recent negative reviews, but we had an amazing time here. We did have a minor hiccup with check-in, which delayed us by 30 minutes, but that was the only issue. All the staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. Everyone made an effort to make our stay comfortable, and special mention goes to the buggy drivers, who were very knowledgeable and always went beyond their duty. The rooms do start to show a bit of aging, but were super clean, with the most beautiful view of the bay—sunsets were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet, the Italian restaurant, and happy hour cocktails by the pool—everything was perfect.

As other reviews have stated, this hotel is a little older. BUT in its age, it makes up for in the service and the views. Geoffrey was absolutely incredible from the moment we met him and made sure every little thing was taken care of. It’s also very clean, which is more important to me than modern decor. The view from our room was stunning from morning to sunset. The massage was also the best I’ve had in my life. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Westin Siray Bay is outstanding. The resort is secluded and perfect for a relaxing get away, while still providing daily events for all ages, even movies. The view is breathtaking and every single room offers stunning views over the bay. The rooms are pretty soundproof; we barely heard anyone else. The restaurants are all excellent and the breakfast buffet has every option you could hope for. Be sure to ask for Mod, she takes the best care of her tables. The entire staff is so professional, personable, and friendly. They have plenty of carts to shuttle people to and from their rooms. There are also options to book tours and transportation in the hotel lobby.
