We had a great time! My family feels the need to shout out the people who make your experience the best- Oscar, Mitsy, Daniel, Christian, Jose, and David! This entertainment team is the best we’ve ever seen! They are friendly, kind, & funny! You don’t want to miss any games or shows that this resort provides!! A few other people we thought should be mentioned are Jesus, Luis, and Dona! They were great bartenders & servers! I would recommend this resort to anyone! The entertainment team is the star of the show here for sure!

Great stay! Well deserved 5 stars.
It seems to be flooded with staff and every member is so welcoming and polite.
Food is good, there is something for everyone.
Not a fan of the extra restaurants but it’s the same at other places where we have stayed.
Rooms face all sides so you might end up with a loud one (facing the pool or the street) but it’s expected at a central location like this. Ours was over a loud kitchen fan but it did not take away from the overall experience. Rooms are quite spacious as well and smell good (no beach moldy smell etc).
Bedding and towels-impeccable. Comfy pillows.
Boat excursion booked directly at the hotel was a good experience and well priced from what I can tell.
Beach is rocky but still fun.

Amazing Honeymoon Experience!
My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at Wyndham Alltra in Playa del Carmen and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ensuring that we had everything we needed.
The all-inclusive amenities were top-notch – delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a variety of activities to keep us entertained. We loved the beachfront views and awesome pools. Our room was beautiful and kept spotless throughout our stay.
What truly made our honeymoon special was the personalized service. The resort went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable, with thoughtful touches like a complimentary happy honeymoon dessert being delivered to our room, and rose petals decorating our room daily. We felt pampered and appreciated every step of the way.
We are already planning our next visit and can’t recommend this resort enough for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon unforgettable! Especially Pablo and the entertainment team!

Our third visit to this resort. Love the friendly staff. Christian at the front desk, was beyond helpful and such a pleasant experience. Luis at breakfast was always there with service and a smile. Jorge at Bella gave such fantastic service and also was someone we looked forward to seeing.
Jesus kept our glasses full poolside, very happy personality.
Lastly Eduardo in Brasso was our favorite. He remembered my sisters allergy and the fact she was vegetarian and suggested food for her to order. He was fun and engaging. Was the best part of our last day. Hopefully some of them will be there when we return next year.
One thing that changed from last year was the entertainment set up. Although it’s nice to be out of the weather if it rains. It’s very difficult to enjoy the show if you aren’t in the first couple of rows. Outside was much easier to see from various views.
Love the new chairs pool side.
There was a gentleman that was extremely drunk that was watched for quite some time before he was helped out of the pool and sent upstairs. He was spitting in the pool. Dropped his pizza and picked it up and ate it… not sure why he wasn’t removed like an hour before he was as he was found by security in the ladies washroom.
Over all amazing trip and we will likely return this time next year.

The room (417) was terrible: no windows, only the door, with a disgusting smell of mold and cooking from the air conditioner. The pool out of the room is very nice, but the pool engine worked 24h with a lot of noise. And many people join the pool even during the night, screaming and shouting. No way to sleep… a part from that, the service and the food are excellent, the entarteinment great. The Beach is very small and the main pool is often busy. Of course, there are ocean view suites with windows and silence - I suppose - but our room was far from being 5-star, it was as an indecent basement cellar.
