Me and my boyfriend visited the resort in June And it was the best week ever! The service there was absolutely amazing. Everyone is extremely Friendly and helpful! We loved the sushi bar and the Mexican restaurant. It is also a minute away from the main strip where you can visit lots of shops, ice cream parlours and the mall! The beach was great for exploring and finding lots of shells and pieces of coral it was a bit rocky though. The resort is a decent size so it wasn’t too busy and sometimes we had the whole beach or pool to ourselves, which was awesome! The drinks and service at the bar are really good! We seen a few small lizards and some iguanas which was very cool! They also have lots of daily activities and night time entertainment!

Great stay! Well deserved 5 stars.
It seems to be flooded with staff and every member is so welcoming and polite.
Food is good, there is something for everyone.
Not a fan of the extra restaurants but it’s the same at other places where we have stayed.
Rooms face all sides so you might end up with a loud one (facing the pool or the street) but it’s expected at a central location like this. Ours was over a loud kitchen fan but it did not take away from the overall experience. Rooms are quite spacious as well and smell good (no beach moldy smell etc).
Bedding and towels-impeccable. Comfy pillows.
Boat excursion booked directly at the hotel was a good experience and well priced from what I can tell.
Beach is rocky but still fun.

We had a great time! My family feels the need to shout out the people who make your experience the best- Oscar, Mitsy, Daniel, Christian, Jose, and David! This entertainment team is the best we’ve ever seen! They are friendly, kind, & funny! You don’t want to miss any games or shows that this resort provides!! A few other people we thought should be mentioned are Jesus, Luis, and Dona! They were great bartenders & servers! I would recommend this resort to anyone! The entertainment team is the star of the show here for sure!

The resort and food were very good but we had ants all over our night stands the very first morning-we hadn't even put anything on them.
DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELVES to be harassed/pressured into having breakfast across the street for their membership presentation. VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES. That experience was a black mark on an otherwise nice vacation.

If I could give negative stars I would. From the moment we arrive at this resort I’ve thought I have been catfished. First by pictures and also by reviews I’ve seen and read about this resort . As someone who stayed in resorts I was used to a property having security gates to enter and a property off the beaten path a bit but you literally are on a main public road in the middle of a busy tourist area. Completely open entrance not even a door to walk through which an open concept can be aesthetically pleasing in certain designs this place should not be setup this way because it sits right near water that smells like a complete sewer. I was smacked in the face with the horrible smell throughout this entire hotel It was disgusting and there was nothing being done to counteract the smell in the hotel ,the hotel is almost completely open basically so you would need to be deliberate it about controlling that smell and there was nothing that I seen as far as the cleaning supplies even smelled horrible so not even the cleaning supplies could mask the scent that was throughout that entire hotel I wouldn’t even mind if they burn incense in the hotel because the smell made me nauseous the entire time I was at the hotel and I had a headache because of the smell was so strong and disgusting throughout the entire hotel . Then it was downhill from there our room was very unimpressive. We were in room 116 which is literally right next to the main bar which also is where most of the activities were held so it was extremely loud hard to sleep with drunk people screaming all night and making noise up and down the hallway and also our balcony was on the main tourist area on the street which lead to the public
Beach so no privacy when we did try to sit out and enjoy it we couldnt there was very heavy foot traffic and be everyone would stare we felt like animals in a zoo . This was a room on the first floor and the side walk leading to the beach was maybe 20 ft from us . Also at night we could heard fighting and screaming coming from that area . There are only a few rooms in this small area of the hotel
