The hotel itself is good, the rooms are clean, the food is not bad. I was struck by the view of the sea, as well as the reef is very beautiful. The animation was good, the evening and daytime activities were very interesting. The girls do a lot of laundry, well done. I would like to mention especially Ako the children’s animator. She is a very responsive and open person. It was fun to go to Hard Rock with her, I’m glad that she was the one who went with us, a very nice girl .

Hotel is really nice, right to the beach. Location is great. The animation team are very good, special shout out to Alina who is the best animator, very friendly and gets people involved in activities. We played boche and morning stretching everyday and yoga on the beach which is very good.

This has to be my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There are 4 pools, 2 served by pool bars and the lifeguards will save you sunbeds. At the main pool we were looked after by Shady all week who was just amazing and made our trip so good. There are always sunbeds and the lifeguards reserve beds for you and there are plenty available! There is also a beautiful beach with amazing swimming and corals, we did some scuba diving with the on site team and it was the best experience. At the beach there is food and drinks and we were looked after so well by faris every time we went down there! In the evening the entertainment was always amazing and Medina was always smiling and so lovely when she saw us. Finally Al at the main bar every time he saw us looked after us, smiled, bought our drinks and made us feel so special. We will be back next year!

We have stayed here for 11 nights for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time! The animation team have been brilliant and welcoming and they took out our to hard Rock Cafe. The hotel has also spoilt us with treats for our honeymoon and free upgrade. Would recommend!

Our stay was fine however not quite 5* as advertised. Most of the staff were really friendly. Some didn't bother communicating at all. It came to the end of the holiday. Our rep told us you could have food and drink until 5pm however that wasn't the case. Bar staff were no help, not even giving us water cups and not being able to have any crisps they'd left out. We were in the hotel lobby for 6 hours. No water or food. How their attitude changed once you're no longer a customer. Friendly attitude gone. WOULD NOT RETURN
