Perfect hotel for my needs. Staff were all excellent & always willing to help. Lots of activities & entertainment available with the animation team - Nada was very friendly & worked hard to get everyone joining in with the fun. Rooms were clean & had everything you need. Shuttle bus available to visit nearby shopping / entertainment areas. Great location with beach / sea access & near airport.

I'm pleased to review this quality resort. The attentive staff pull together and make sure their guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The facilities themselves are of decent value. The animation team in particular have been very helpful. We were invited to plenty of events on and off resort. Nada in particular took us to the local hard rock café and was very knowledgeable about the local area giving us helpful bits of information for navigating around town. Clean and tidy hotel the manager came around to check we had everything we needed, we absolutely did. Well done to the resort and it's staff. Additionally It's only a short transfer from the airport.

Excellent hotel, lovely facilities, friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of entertainment there and the Animation entertainment team had lots of fun things for us to get involved in, Nada especially did a great job getting us out in the nightlife, extremely helpful and friendly, a good team player. As first timers in Sharm she made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be coming back

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff throughout the hotel. No children's food at night. If you ask one of the chefs, they will cook what your child likes. Nothing is a problem. Free bus to soho, and other places . Beautiful bbq at the bottom pool restaurant every other night, the stakes are to die for. Not a lot for young kids, kids club is fantastic. No slides or water sprinkles for young children, still a great family hotel. I will definitely come back. Just a nanny and her grandson on a great adventure.

The animation staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Nada! She always has a smile on her face and happy to speak with you. Nothing is ever too much for her. I look forward to seeing her next time I book to come here!
