His unwavering support throughout my stay, and even post-checkout, truly made my experience memorable.

This location is wonderful. I would not all this a five star hotel because the room seem to be severely updated. Things are falling apart and there’s mould in the bathrooms. My neighbour was blasting music for two nights in a row and the hotel didn’t compensate me for anything for not sleeping despite it being a family hotel. The staff were really wonderful, but again the facilities really need to be updated for it to be a five star hotel. This is not American standard.

To this day, the hotel has not sent us an invoice for our stay and for all other costs that we incurred at the hotel. I left the data for the factor leaving the hotel and got the assurance that the invoice will be sent the same day. It looks like a scammer because they didn't bill us any. I wrote 5 or more emails to the hotel, I called several times and continued nothing. I will write to booking and give Appropriate opinion. In addition, we got a family room where other guests could be heard behind the wall, each one conversation from morning to night. Zero comfort.

The hotel location is excellent. If you have a car, there is always parking available around the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the view from our room towards the pool and the sea was great. The breakfast was decent, although it could have had more variety overall it was good.However, what was very annoying for me was the room cleaning service. During our 5-day stay, they only cleaned the room twice. We were out of the room every day from 9 am, and when we returned at 3 pm, no one had come to clean the room yet, and I had to call someone twice on different days to clean the room. This issue alone was so frustrating for me that I might not return to this hotel again. But otherwise, everything else was good.

My only disappointment with this place was its location. It was tucked away just off a motorway and the amenities nearby were limited. We had to walk down the road then cross a motorway then walk a bit again to get to a selection of restaurants and shops. The beach was a slight trek too and definitely not the nicest with all the rocks and debris. But I absolutely loved the service at the hotel, the staff were lovely and helpful and nothing was a problem for them. The breakfast buffet was excellent and was always a huge choice. The quality of all the food was fantastic except for the bacon which was always frazzled like strips of leather but they were happy to cook fresh bacon at your request. There was an issue we had with something in the room but upon reporting it to reception, they resolved it very quickly and made it up to us with a bottle of Cava which was very much appreciated. The service there is excellent and I really do recommend this place highly. Jamal, Miguel and Sandro, just to mention a few names, were all super helpful and really made a difference to our stay there. Thank you.

*** BE WARNED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE THIS HOTEL IS AT BEST 3 * *** This NOT repeat NOT a Five Star hotel by any means. The position is simply awful and if you do not have a car look out for a large taxi bill. The rooms are infested with ants and bugs and if you tell them the Bell man (yes the bellman) refuses to apologise and blames you for having food in the room No the hotel should be free of bugs. The power trips out when you charge a phone! it is symptomatic of a poorly kept hotel When I asked for two bookings to be linked the reception forgot to do it meaning we had to walk a long way back as the keys did not work, When you ask for anything the answer is no such as do you have a bottle opener. The food at the hotel is bland uninspiring and like the drinks overpriced. Just take your own beer and wine nothing they can do The will not take any responsibility when something goes wrong and the service is just awful. The hotel is in need of a complete refurb and does not even have USB points in the rooms. Do yourself a favour and book any other hotel in the area. This hotel is a shambles and very poor. The Exe is far better and cheaper. they claim to have an indoor pool - What they do not tell you is they charge for it, Ignore the bluster in the replies the pool is simply too cold and not heated and no one uses it. Nothing to do with climate all to do with a cheap hotel who cannot afford to heat the pool. Look at the responses from the manager in this forum Not an apology and refuse to take the blame for a shabby run down hotel. The lifts (elevators) are olld and rickerty If Moises replies he will use a template and say it he is sorry it di not meet our expectations. He will even say we would like to welcome me again. I would rather stay in a tent. Lets see if they say sorry, Why would they we are never going back to this dump. UPDATE ***** Read the response from management take no responsibility and simply offer excuse after excuse. I have the pictures of the infested room. His response was the same as the reception staff and for some reason the Bellman who wanted to get involved. He knew nothing but felt he had to also offer excuses not answers. He told us that it was our fault for having food in the room . The bugs were there first! It sums up the hotel management if you read the reviews they do not care so just book ANY OTHER HOTEL. Not even the offer a glass of wine or coke to apologise at the time Zero cost but loads of goodwill. Let me be clear they advertise an indoor pool and nowhere did I see did they say it is part of the Spa and an extra charge will be incurred for using the heated indoor pool. He offers nothing and this is what you will find if any goes wrong they simply do not care. The hotel is not 5* and he now admits it with regards to the elevators and the lack of USB ports Where he gets the fact that the restaurant is 1 place in Estepna is not mentioned. No evidence provided. You have been warned it is a poor hotel and the pool area is nothing special. Notice he does not disagree with me about bringing your own drinks to the pool. Ignore the lifeguards they go away when you tell them you will not move.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Upon arrival it was very clear that the hotel was well run, with friendly staff. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly upon arrival, but as soon as this was reported it was fixed by the time we had returned to the room! Hotel staff really did act in the best interests of the guests! The bed was super comfy and the room came with everything you could possibly need. Rooms cleaned every day, with very friendly cleaning staff. The only issue I would dispute is around how soundproofed the walls actually are, but that wasn't a massive problem. The pool was perfect and had an incredibly relaxed feel to it. Not too deep but just enough to be able to relax in it. Sun loungers were also very comfortable with lots of umbrellas. We tended to go down at around 10.30 each day and there were lots available. Complimentary snacks which came round once or twice a day were a lovely touch too. Ordering food/snacks around the pool was also very easy, which were also high standard. They can be fairly pricey depending what you order, but the quality of everything I had was great! Never had a bad snack. Pool staff very lovely and relaxed! Shout out to Pablo who was so lovely and absolutely amazing!! We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening too. I had the truffle pasta which was one of, if not the best pasta dish I have tasted. Very impressed. I loved the location of the hotel, there was a main highway but you could never hear it. The area is on the quieter side of the wider area, which I liked as for me this stay was about relaxing. If you want some nightlife, we did venture into Puerto Banus two nights and it cost around €14-€15 for a taxi each way. Food and drinks are fairly expensive there, which is to be expected. Final thing, our check out was at 12 but flight wasn't until 10.20pm. Staff allowed us to use the 'complimentary room' to shower after our final day at the pool, which was a nice touch too! For me this was an all round great experience and a lovely place to spend my time on holiday!

Unreliable Hotel due to inconsistent service. Came back to the hotel at night after they had completed their daily cleaning/service only to find a dirty bed sheet and dirty bathrobe. Called them to request for changing it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it except to wait for the next day, as they don’t have enough staff. After apologizing and cleaning it properly (the next day), they forgot to clean our room on the day after. ‘Okay’ hotel, but absolutely not a 5 star hotel. Pros: The suite is nice and spacious with a lovely view on the sea. Jamal was kind and helpful.

We booked this as my partner's birthday getaway, the room was very modern and spacious, we were immediately impressed. On his birthday morning he got surprised with a complimentary bottle of cava & card, it was very lovely and thoughtful. The building itself is stunning and palm trees surrounding the pool area are relaxing and picturesque. Would highly recommend, can't wait to be back for our anniversary next year😻🏖💖

Elba Estepona Gran Hotel & Thalasso Spa is an incredible destination that really stands out on the Costa del Sol. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with an inviting atmosphere and amazing views. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with a relaxed Mediterranean vibe. The Thalasso Spa is a real highlight, offering a variety of treatments that use seawater for relaxation and rejuvenation. Dining at the hotel is a treat. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with everything from fresh fruits to delicious pastries. For dinner, the themed restaurants offer a range of cuisines that highlight local ingredients and flavors. The outdoor spaces are just as wonderful. There are lovely pools surrounded by gardens and easy access to the beach. A standout aspect of my experience was the service, especially from Clara, the assistant manager. She was always approachable and ready to assist, making sure every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really enhanced the overall experience.

The kids’ club staff suggested we leave a review which I am happy to do as they were great - very friendly and always full of enthusiasm and fun. My kids loved it each day - games in the spacious play room or the pool. Really impressed by it. Generally the hotel was very nice, breakfast buffet was good, staff decent and friendly, nice room with a great view, relaxed ambience. Only issue is the hotel is a solid 40min walk to town and you won’t be doing that in 30+ temp so taxis everywhere as there is no public transport at all.

Really lovely hotel, didn't feel run down, everything was clean. The pool is cleaned daily and staff all friendly. We did struggle with mozzies so bring lots of repellant! There is a supermarket and Burger King over the road. We used Uber to get around. Estapona Old Town is lovely. The only negatives was the issue with hundreds of sparrows allowed into the restaurant. They pick at the food and there was droppings over the tables and chairs. We were put off from the pastries as they were all nibbled. It's a Spa hotel but the spa is extra unless you book it with the room. Most of the channels on the TV didn't work. But we were out every day so wasn't a problem. Lovely room.

This was such a nice stay after a long trip. The resort is so calm and peaceful despite being busy. We had a lovely check-in. The room was beautiful, we enjoyed the style. The balcony was a nice addition with a beautiful view. There were different pools. One pool was covered, but during summertime, they opened the roof, and this pool is only for adults. Also 2 options for breakfast, one on the first floor and one on the second floor which was also for adults only. Both places served a nice breakfast and beautiful views. All so peaceful and calm. You get a card for towels, which can be used for the pool or beach. You can have a nice long walk on the coast, which you can reach by using the door next to the beach while using your room card to exit and enter.

It has been a long time I haven't felt so disappointed in an hotel, which has surprisingly a very high rating on Google. This place is good if you come to play golf. Location is far away from all activities, because in the middle of Sotogrande residential zone, so don't be surprised by the fences and the checkpoint at the entrance this is a private locality for rich people. For beaches, restaurants or nightlife, don't expect anything in less than 15 min drive. Nothing to say about the room, nice and comfortable, neither about the hotel facility, also very nice and well equipped. The main problem for us was the service, not the staff, but the overall policy. Two anecdotes : 1/ Minibar, it was supposed to be refilled everyday, what was explained to us at the check-in. The second day it hasn't been refilled, so I called the reception to ask for a refill, but they told me that it is not included and I will have to pay 2€ for each beverage (?). The problem is that inside the minibar there is a sheet explaining that refill is complimentary and daily, and if I need even more I have to call the reception. So I retried the third day, finally they accept to send somebody to bring me some drinks, but he came only with still water. I asked him sparkling and flavored water but it told me that he can't because he needs first to check that I haven't got some earlier in the day... Of course he never came back. I don't know at which moment you tell this to a guest in a 5 stars hotel at 300€ a night when talking about complimentary soft drinks... Nothing very serious, but considering the price it is not acceptable that the hotel doesn't respect its own policy. 2/ In room dining. We wanted to eat in our room, so we looked at the in-room dining menu. This one is quite expensive and very limited, but anyway, we thought that it will be well cooked and tasty as it would be in any similar hotel. That was a mistake, portions were small, with poor quality ingredients. Plus, you pay easily 20€ for a basic meal but they charge you 5€ delivery fees (to your room)... Sorry but at this level it is not overpricing, it is just scam. We wanted to have a diner in one of the hotel restaurants, but this experience made us change our mind. Good point was the breakfast, not a buffet but you can order anything on the menu (which is overpriced too but it doesn't matter if you have breakfast included). Meal were good and the place with a clear view on the sea is very nice. So in overall very very disappointing experience for such kind of hotel, so I would not recommend it, unless you have a lot of money and/or you don't care on how you spend it. You can do better.

Great hotel for family holiday and golf if you are couples playing together. Food is decent but the bar doesn’t excite too much. Golf course is literally in the premises and is walking distance from the rooms. They have locker facilities to keep the golf sets. Book your tee times in advance, the golf concierge at the hotel helps to book tee times in the area and are very helpful. Service needs improvement and attention.

Amazing place. We stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. Everything about this place is outstanding - the pool, spa, gardens and rooms are all fantastic and the staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This is truly a 5* experience hotel. The attention to detail at the hotel is unique, staff from different areas in the hotel have matching outfits (which by the way are all super cool). The even greater thing is that it’s perfect for couples and families as it has a separate adults only area and a seperate children’s pool. We saw lots of families and couples and this place has everything for everyone. We are likely to return in the future.

Second trip within two years. The grounds are magnificent. The nature on the compound has grown substantially and is now really nice. The rooms are super cool fresh design, beds are comfy. The whole area is very quiet, so you get to experience nature all around. The restaurants are good quality and spa is absolute world class. Hotel owns the golf club that is surrounding the compound and this golf course is second to none. It has been recently renovated and is in pristine condition and the most surprising thing is that it is usually not too busy so you can book spontaneously and play fast. The hotel is a few minutes by car from the beaches, and you get to see the sea from afar which is really nice. Even though the hotel is operated by Accor group, it has a boutique feel to it and is truly nicely designed. If the prices stay reasonable, I will come back many times. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday, truly unbeatable for golfers

Love our experience at So Sotogrande. It’s a very family-friendly resort. The kid club staff are very friendly and attentive. Our breakfast service by Mercedes was excellent. The spa facility and staff were great. The tapas was delicious but a bit pricey. Overall, it was a great and relaxing experience.

We have been travelling Europe for 12 weeks This was our favourite that we even extended our stay. Staff, Location and facilities made us extend our stay. We had to room hop a couple of times due to peak period but we experienced all the different rooms. Staff were great assisting us with this and added to the experience the hotel was just great. All rooms are spacious even the standard room. We stayed at a few different Vincci hotels but they don’t come close to Benalmadena Adios from 🇦🇺

I loved staying at this hotel. I travel for work a lot and have my criteria for hotels. Not only the room condition was satisfying, all staffs (shoutout to Borje) were kind. I loved welcome snacks, food at the restaurant inside the hotel. I still cannot forget the view and piano music at the restaurant. I might go back to this location only to stay at this hotel! Highly recommended. Absolutely a must go place!

We just completed a 4 day stay at this hotel. The location and the luxury of the hotel were excellent to begin with. But the service we got throughout our stay - from the moment we set foot in to when we left - was on a completely different and luxurious level. Every single member of the staff was always friendly, always willing to help and looking for ways to make your stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic - the hotel itself offers a terrace and a restaurant with amazing views. But if you just step down from the hotel, you walk into a bustling boardwalk lined with numerous small restaurants and bars with seating overlooking the ocean. Hands down our best beach vacation stay - we will be returning multiple times and will be strongly recommending this hotel to our friends visiting this area!

Excellent resort hotel with everything you would expect and truly excellent guest service. Facilties / Food - This is not a new hotel, and yet, the facilities are very good. Rooms are slightly dated but in great condition; most every room seems to face the sea, yet has good privacy. Restaurants are good, and breakfast buffet is excellent in choice and quaility. Bars are good and bartenders are very accommodating. Pool is first class in maintenance with good size and clear family/adult only areas. Spa services are excellent. The front desk is wonderful at all hours. Staff - was simply great, from valet to front desk to concierge to restaurant teams to spa teams to maid services. Always a pleasant interface and often a pleasant small surprise. We really enjoyed our week here.

We are spending 3 weeks at this hotel for holidays, the service and the room are nice with a lovely sea view. The hotel stuff at the breakfast, reception plus bar are nice and friendly… The only negative point is the bed, I did complain about the mattress many time, that is not comfortable and very old but even after some modification it was not better. When you book a 5 starts hotel is for the comfort and not to have a very uncomfortable mattress. This is the only négatif point of our stay…

Kempinski: A Legacy of High Expectations Our Spanish journey commenced with a desire for comfort and luxury, and the renowned Kempinski promised just that. As anticipated, the service and staff met the highest standards. The signature "Lady in Red" welcome added a passionate touch to our arrival, setting a positive tone for our stay. The rooms, while spacious, carried a dated, old-fashioned charm. Despite this, they were well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a pleasant retreat. Breakfast, though good, did not quite reach the pinnacle of Kempinski excellence. The variety and quality were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The hotel's gardens and pools were exceptional, situated right on the seashore. There was ample space to enjoy privacy and the sunbeds were delightfully comfortable. However, the hotel restaurant did not live up to the five-star reputation. Service was slow, the food was merely adequate, and the prices were steep. Would we return? Yes, but with the expectation that Kempinski upholds its legacy of luxury and refinement in every aspect.

The other day the pool at our apartment was shut so my father in law and I went to seee about booking beds at the hotel, no problem and they happily took nearly 400 euros for 4 adults and 2 kids (4 beds only). When we arrived the next day we were shown to an area roped off where we were told we can’t go the other side of the rope accept to access the pool (never said anything about restrictions on hen taking our money). My wife and I have stayed in some beautiful hotels in Europe and America and whilst I can’t comment on the rooms here, the pool area was an absolute disgrace and if I was staying here I would be mortified by the state of the pool (as you will see from images). The service was poor as on more than one occasion we had to ask for drinks, the one compliment I will say is we ate lunch in the restaurant and the food was nice (this is the only reason I gave it 2 stars rather than 1)! I did raise concerns at the end of the day about the standard and felt it was an extortionate price with the lady on the reception of the restaurant (who the day before took out money) and simply got a shrug of the shoulders. Nearly a 750 euro day with the food and drink was complete daylight robbery.

This hotel/resort is a perfect metaphor of a quiet, luxurious, discrete, and restful vacation escape. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, furnished with clean lines contemporary furniture. Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries give a wonderful smell to the whole room and to your memories. I stayed in September 2023 in the Premium room with a cozy traditional balcony and an ocean view. My massage in the spa was very professional and memorable. Thank you, Kempinski and all the people working there. The food is also so delicious. I will be back in no time!

Stayed in Supreme Room Front Sea View room. Disappointing not worth the €800+ for one night. Room was nice but the bathroom needs complete replacement. It felt cheap, poorly designed and certainly not what we would expect at that price. The sea view was stunning as were the hotel and grounds. The balcony chairs need replacing as very worn. Breakfast was nice. All staff were friendly. Great location of hotel, walking distance to old town along beautiful promenade. Good parking. Would not return unless rooms updated and bathroom redesigned.

Every person was kind and sincerely wanted to help. The sushi restaurant had great views of the sea, with first class sushi. Steak house was spacious with great selection. Awesome filets. Overall this was an incredible experience and each member of our family was very very happy. Top tier service, location, and food. We can't wait to come back.

Outstanding location, superb facilities and friendly staff. I highly recommend to stay on red level. The pool area is fantastic specially the area near the bar and glass rails. We enjoyed the food in all restaurants and they didn’t disappoint. We tried the beach area one day and we loved it but did miss the very attentive staff of the pool area. Easy walk to town.

Such an amazing moment spent at Los Monteros which was our wedding venue this September 2022. Everything went smoothly from the very moment we set eyes on the place, the wedding organization, greatly co-led with Javier was nothing short from outstanding and the way every moment took place on D-Day was just perfect. Our guests are still talking about all these special moments months after. We are very thankful to all the different teams working at Los Monteros and La Cabane. On practical side, the hotel is very spacious and well organized space wise, the breakfast really is a special moment with a great variety of options. The rooms are spacious, calm and very clean, such an important criteria  The pool bar is a great way of starting an evening with friends and family before going out in the city center (which feels just around the corner from the hotel). The spa offers very nice treatments (a plus on your wedding day clearly) and the kids club really made a difference for our family. All in all, a great hotel and venue, very family friendly while preserving a high quality standard

Overall the hotel is good, just outside of Marbella. The atmosphere is nice, but interior is old fashioned and some areas need renovation. They claim to be dog friendly, but in fact, dogs are only allowed to stay in the room. Also, staff at the restaurant during dinner is incredibly slow, mini bar wasn’t topped up unless we specifically requested. Service needs improvement. There is a young English-speaking lady at the entrance to the breakfast who would refuse to let me in despite my family being inside because apparently, they stopped serving breakfast (and of course breakfast was included for all family members). When I made my way inside she started chasing me and run for the manager, who didn’t seem to see any issues. Not what you want to get first thing in the morning!

We had an amazing stay as a family of three (our daughter is 2 years old). Everything was beyond perfect, from our arrival to the departure, nothing disappointed us. The food is the best I had in a hotel so far, the staff is friendly and helpful, the installations are spotless and everything is well thought. The rooms are spacious and the views were great. My toddler was smiling non stop, and her happiness made our stay even more unforgettable! Ikos Andalusia was our first time in an Ikos resort and it won’t be the last. Best all inclusive resort without any doubt, the concept is the best we experienced so far.

This hotel is well worth its five stars, including the ones given here. The staff are amazing, all speak good English, and are always on hand to offer whatever you want to eat or drink. The food is amazing with enormous choice across five a la carte restaurants, a very high quality buffet-style restaurant and its own Chiringuito (beach bar/restaurant) on the beach just across the promenade from the hotel. A great hotel for families with lots for children and adults, including many sport and fitness activities. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

The food was absolutely stunning, with a wide variety of delicious options that pleased both adults and children alike. I lost count of the number of swimming pools available, including a serene adult-only pool for some quiet relaxation. The service was just perfect—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Top quality 5star all inclusive. Set out on a reasonable size resort, not too far waking from end to end with little ones. Beach is a dark sand so too hot for little ones. Pools are good with just the right amount of sun loungers. It's just a big shame there is no creative water slides or jets or fountains for the 2 - 16yr olds. The toddler splash slide and jets are very sad and small compared to everything else. No pools go deeper than 130cm either. Staff are super friendly. Plenty of bikes to use. Shop for inflatables and kids toys is well stocked. The show is pretty good, just maybe a little short. Food was very high quality, but oddly the dishes varied enormously in size / ability to fill and sustain you. Watch out for sewage smell from time to time, but don't think that is the fault of Ikos.

An amazing stay here, the hotel is exceptional, really stunning, service is wonderful and feels like there is an extremely positive culture amongst staff. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants service and quality is fantastic. Dropped a star on location as the beach is poor at best. For the hour we went there, JCB diggers were going past, there is litter and just a run down feel, definitely don’t come here for the beach, however the pools are all brilliant and there’s no idiots creeping down at 7am putting towels on loungers, plenty of space everywhere. Loved it, perfect family getaway will now visit the other Ikos resorts.

I have stayed at many hotels the world over, and have lived in the area for a very long time, staying and dining at this hotel whenever the occasion presents itself, and I can say comfortably that this is my favourite hotel. It doesn't boast fifty swimming pools or eighty Michelin star restaurants, it doesn't have golden night clubs or restaurants serving steaks with gold on top of them. To some, this may be a bad thing, to me it is heaven. If you are looking for a mass resort, look elsewhere (scoff), what the Marbella Club does well is continue on its legacy of being a supreme quality resort, doing everything you would want impeccably well and retaining the old sense of style that adorned the Costa del Sol. Intimate luxury is the lifestyle here, and they practically invented it. There simply is no topping the king.

I really wanted to love the Marbella club, but the service is just not up to par. I’ll start with the pros: Spa - Victoria the massuese is amazing Rooms - clean and updated. Beds are comfortable and housekeeping good. Pool - they are amazing at the pool, setting you up with towels, moving your umbrella when you need it. And have an amazing gelato stand. Live Music at pool on Sundays - really great and talented. Ok but not great Kids club - was not friendly to all ages, my 7 year old liked it but 9 year old felt it was too babyish. Also you cannot use the facilities of the kids club at all without paying for the full session. Even if the parents or caregivers are present. Beach sports - the people are super nice, but it seems inconsistent what they offer. My son wanted to take surfing lessons, as did another kid the day prior. But when we went they said it was not offered? Beach - water is a bit dirty with trash and seaweed and the beach rocky. But not terrible, just not great. Cons Service - at all the restaurants had bad service. One argued with us after not receiving a whole dish. The others completely forgot orders and we had to remind them. The food was subpar. Their main outdoor summer bar makes all men wear pants in August…and won’t let you sit even in nice linen shorts. 🤯 Are we not on vacation? Some of the staff serving food at the pool made you feel like a burden if you asked for anything after 4pm. Concierge - we really had to push them to make good recommendations. The first time dining off property we ended up with a tourist trap restaurant and food poisoning. After that we took dining into our own hands. I think they try, but it’s too many guests to really give the service they need to be giving. Specific needs and flexibility - requested an early checkin after an over night flight months in advance and followed up on this multiple times. Could not accommodate. There were other instances too of inflexibility with changes. For what the cost of the hotel rooms are (we booked a suite and a connecting room) these are all issues that should be ironed out. Really not acceptable.

I recently visited The Art located in the Golden Mile Center, right in front of Marbella Club, and I must say, the place is amazing! The staff is incredibly cordial, and the selection of products they offer to furnish your home is top-notch. They have very competitive prices and work efficiently. The entire experience was delightful, and I love it. I'll definitely be back!

Ever thought..."I something has changed but it has not" and then you think thank God👏...Well this is not the case at the Marbella Club, The new Adult Pool and the Padel Court are on the right track, the doors are open here and they are on a path to making this historic place more 21st century chic.. It will take time and some old ways and characters will not go without kicking and screaming..but watch as the new (revamped for those in a panic about Rudi's or the Grill) takes over from the Old..Bravo to Alvaro and Jolanda just perfect Service.. go it's a worth it..

Disappointing Experience - Overcrowded and Overpriced! I recently stayed at the Puente Romano Beach Resort, and I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. First off, the resort was far too crowded. Whether it was at the pool, the beach, or the restaurants, it was nearly impossible to find a quiet spot to relax. For a supposed luxury resort, I was expecting a far more exclusive and tranquil atmosphere, but it felt more like a packed holiday resort. Additionally, the prices are outrageous for what you get. You pay a premium rate, but the service certainly doesn’t match it. I felt like I was constantly chasing down staff for basic things like towels or drinks, and the level of attention just wasn’t there. For the price they charge, I expected top-tier service, but instead, it felt like we were just another number. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape where you feel pampered, this isn’t the place. There are better options that provide actual value for your money. I won't be returning.

This was not a destination. I decided to go for a drive on a sunny day, and kept driving until I came to the end of the road. This beautiful place is where the road ended. The views are beautiful, the property is beautiful and service at the restaurant was excellent. Will come back to Spain just to stay here.

Every restaurant and bar on the property truly understands the meaning of 5 star service. The staff was so friendly and helpful - I cannot wait to come back next year and hopefully see them all again. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at any hotel or resort claiming to be "5-star." 1. We ate a burger at Cheat and found a hair in it. 2. The AC in our room was unbearably hot and leaked water, creating a dangerous situation where we could've slipped. 3. They force you to book and prepay around 250 euros for restaurants in the plaza, which is a complete rip-off. 4. The noise level was outrageous, and housekeeping even entered our room while we were sleeping, completely ignoring the "Do Not Disturb" sign. 5. The rooms were filthy, with outdated decor that made the place feel rundown. 6. When we checked out, they overcharged us for airport transportation. Most frustrating of all, when I brought these issues to the hotel manager’s attention, he just sat there and said, "What do you expect? This resort is an old building," completely ignoring the rest of my complaints. Overall, if you expect 5-star service here, you will be severely disappointed.

Possibly the worst service you will experience in a luxury resort. The surroundings are fantastic Interiors of the rooms are nice but dated, however really stands out with this hotel is the lack of service. You can walk past 15 members of staff in the sea grill restaurant, hoping one of them cares enough to give you any eye contact - for you to ask them a question.. Sadly, they won’t and you’ll be standing there like a melon until one of them decides that you are honoured enough to receive any type of service. You can also use to book restaurants and other amenities with WhatsApp - What they don’t tell anyone is that the average time for a reply is four hours. In one case for my wife 6.5 hours If you’re used to staying in luxury resorts around the world, who hold service in high regard you will definitely need to lower your expectations dramatically before checking into the Puente Romano

There are serious thefts in this hotel I am writting this opinion because I want to warn everyone who is going to this hotel. The hotel may be inviting with its location, large rooms and pleasant surroundings, but there are theft in this hotel. These are not petty pick-pockets, but large-scale thefts from room safes. And the hotel simply ignores these facts. The hotel does not follow the precautions and procedures that a 5* class hotel should comply with, e.g. unauthorized persons may enter the reception area (where, as we were told, there is, among others, the master key to the safes), unauthorized persons may also enter the rooms guests (as we were told, members of the entertaiment team can help cleaning ladies in the rooms). I am sure that every guest of a hotel of this class, crossing its threshold, rather feels safe and does not expect that his belongings may be stolen, especially from the safe. But that's what happened in our case. We had 1400 euros stolen from the safe that was in the room. We were simply shocked by this fact! It happened in the afternoon of the penultimate day of our stay on Sunday. We were told we couldn't report it to the police on Sunday and we were leaving the next day! However, I said that I wanted to report the incident to the police, so we were allowed to stay in our rooms and on Monday I went with Mrs. Manager to the police who, I admit, gave me full assistance in this regard. We have confirmation of the testimony. We also requested a written confirmation of the theft from the hotel. It was released with obvious reluctance, and I had to insist for a long time that it at least be stamped, because I received it on a white sheet of paper without a trademark, signature or seal. After returning home, I sent an official letter to the hotel requesting redress, which we have not received to this day. Firstly the hotel simply did not respond. Next Mrs. Manager asked me to wait some time. Finally they stop answering my e-mails. Their attitude to clients in my opinion: “They came, they left, will be others. Mañana! The worst thing though is that this is not the first time this has happened in this hotel. After this incident, we found at least a few descriptions of the similar cases on the Internet. This means that the hotel simply tolerates such practices. And remember, this is a 5* hotel! This approach is extremely disrespectful towards guests who pay a lot of money for their stay, arrive to the hotel to rest and relax, and leave nervous, disappointed, discouraged and, in addition, poorer by EUR 1,400. I absolutely do not recommend! We will certainly not appear in this hotel or in any other of Vincci chain.

The hotel is beautiful with many seating areas and lush gardens. Breakfast is so nice with many varieties and a great view of the sea. Staff goes out of their way to make things extra special. Special mentions: Eva Campos, Guest Services, is so helpful and kind. She always tended to me and helped me set up tennis classes. Manuel at check in always checked to see how my day was going. The front desk staff/Alvaro (amazing) and Maria Isabel and Christina were a delight. I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel, they really go out of their way to assist guests.

We stayed here for 8 nights in a family room. It was amazing to be upgraded after one day. (thank you Eva) The rooms are really spacious and clean! However, we want to confirm that this hotel is not at the beach and that for older kids (from 7 years) not the best option. The kids club has mainly only games for very small kids and the beach is too far (on a public road) to send the kids to the beach by themself. The staff was very friendly but the service at pool was definitely not 5 star. We had many smiles but we had to make an effort to get drinks etc. The only waiter which always came and made jokes was Alejandro, who as we heard is now no longer at the hotel, unfortunately. Overall, we had a nice stay.

This gem of a hotel sits on a very nice property with plenty of outdoor relaxation (pools) and food options. The beach club is conveniently locate and provides a full-service spa, a nice restaurant/bar, and an awesome infinity pool. The service is impeccable -- attentive and always very pleasant. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very spacious; also well equipped with espresso maker and tea kettle. This was my first stay there but I will gladly go back.

I am very happy with this hotel. It has beautiful view and gardens. We stayed 5 days, the rooms were cleaned many times during the day. Spacious bed and bathroom with very comfortable mattresses. Big selection of breakfast food. We really enjoyed our time there. The location of the hotel is just 2 minutes from the beach. I will defenitely come back again.
