We had an amazing 5-night stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. A very special mention goes to Leola, who made our stay unforgettable. She was incredibly helpful with the check-in process and went above and beyond throughout our entire visit. She booked restaurants for us, always checked in to make sure we were having a nice day, and was genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Her warm and attentive service really made us feel at home.
The room itself was very nice, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful stay.

We were here last year and returned to repeat what was a great experience. Well, things have changed a bit......alas, the delightful scent dispensers in the corridors seem to have gone. The music around the pool is much louder. The staff are still the most polite and helpful I've ever encountered. The Greek restaurant on the beach front is still terrific including occasional folk dancing and plate breaking ... the pool remains super clean but alas devoid of any discernible drinks service. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, though table clearing is a bit sleepy. The morning live musician seems to have disappeared. A pity. The rooms are clean and refreshingly minimalistic. Never enough hangers (anywhere?) The beds are super comfortable and climate control plus ceiling fan is excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Still a great modern 5* but beware of penny pinching.

We had the best 4 days at this hotel everything was perfect. Was slightly concerned reading previous reviews but so glad we still chose to stay at The Mett.
The vibe around the pool each day was great and we didn’t find the music too loud. Food was spot on.

My stay was absolutely outstanding. The property is stunning, and you immediately feel completely at ease. The entire atmosphere at the hotel was simply enchanting, making it a perfect place to spend the whole day. I loved every detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, consistently attentive, and exceptionally accommodating. I truly appreciate the Spanish sense of ease and lightheartedness they embody.
Everyone was well-prepared, and communication with guests via WhatsApp worked seamlessly. I always received prompt responses, and everything ran smoothly. I have fallen in love with this hotel and will definitely return next year with my husband.

We stayed 4 nights and would never come back. The rooms are horrible. I have no idea how they managed to receive a 5 star rating for their rooms alone. The restaurant's food is fine. The drinks are overpriced. There is nothing nearby which means you need to get an overpriced uber everywhere. The service is fine but overall the hotel is noisy and difficult to sleep well. The ambience and aesthetic of the pool/bar/restaurant is the best bit.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elena at the VTP Desk in the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, and she was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly organized and that I felt well taken care of.
Elena combines efficiency with a warm and welcoming personality, which truly makes a difference. It’s rare to meet someone who works with so much passion and dedication, and she genuinely made my stay even more enjoyable.

We’ve been to Marbella many times, but this was our first stay here and we loved it. At check-in there was some confusion with the room we booked, but the staff were very helpful and showed us different options. We ended up with a huge room overlooking the pool.
The pools are fantastic — families with kids usually gather at the lower pool, while the one on the higher floor is more adult-oriented and has a great pool bar. It was perfect for us. The beach is just a short walk away, and the hotel even has the casino of Marbella in the same building so there’s always something to do.
Overall, a wonderful stay and we’re definitely coming back!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was so bad that I feel I need to warn others.
The room was completely unacceptable. Instead of a nice view, the windows faced a garbage area and a parking lot that reeked constantly. On top of that, the air conditioning was terribly designed: it blows directly on your face while you’re trying to sleep, making the room both uncomfortable and unhealthy. Combined with the extreme humidity, it was impossible to rest properly. I even got sick from the conditions.
Noise was another constant issue, making it impossible to relax. The spa—one of the reasons I booked—was a waste of time and money, far from relaxing and not worth it at all. The food was awful, and what’s worse, several people (myself included) felt unwell after eating it. This is not just disappointing, it’s dangerous.
What made the experience even worse was the staff. Reception was consistently rude and dismissive, and overall, employees made me feel unwelcome rather than like a valued guest. I later discovered that many other guests had the same complaints as I did, which says a lot about how deeply these issues run.
This was without doubt one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Between the disgusting view, the smell, the noise, the broken AC setup, the humidity, the unsafe food, and the unwelcoming staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It is far below what any hotel should offer, let alone one with the Hard Rock name.

Our first time to a Hard Rock hotel and we had a fabulous holiday, maybe it’s not quite as good as other hotels we have been too but it’s clean, tidy & food selection was good, staff were lovely, especially Bea, she was so friendly and helpful.
Front of house and guest services were disappointing in our opinion, we specifically asked on two separate occasions prior to arriving for a double room and not a twin and were only offered a twin even though there was a note on our booking.
After the first night and some messing around we were offered a room as requested, this wasn’t going to happen without our time and effort being put in and requesting to speak to managers.
All sorted in the end and we enjoyed our stay

What can I say? THE best hotel we have stayed in many a year. As soon as we entered reception, all staff tried to make eye contact in order to help us check in. Absolutely not the norm in all other places. Lots of pools, service at the pools. Even someone comes around to clean your sunglasses. Food excellent. Service by staff exceptional. Location and views beautiful. Simply amazing and we will be back.

Our recent stay at Ikos Andalusia was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attentiveness and genuine friendliness of every single staff member. Nothing was too much trouble, and their dedication to ensuring a perfect holiday was clear to see.
We want to give special shout-outs to a few individuals who made our stay even more memorable: Bea at the ice cream hut by the family pool was amazing everyday, Tomas the pool waiter was incredibly efficient and friendly, and Laura, Mercedes, and Isabel from the kids' club were fantastic with our daughter. An extra special mention must go to Anita from Guest Services. She was absolutely incredible throughout our stay, going above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed.
We are parents of an autistic daughter, so finding a hotel with suitable facilities is paramount, and Ikos Andalusia was absolutely perfect for her. The entire resort, from the pool areas to the dining options, felt incredibly accommodating. The kids' club, in particular deserves immense praise. They were extremely understanding and accommodating of her needs, and nothing was too big of an ask. This level of support truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing our daughter was happy and well-cared for.
We cannot recommend Ikos Andalusia enough! This hotel is a true gem, and we will absolutely be back at the next possible opportunity. Thank you for an unforgettable family holiday!

Ikos Andalusia is pure luxury from the moment you arrive. The resort is beautifully designed, perfectly maintained, and offers a level of service that’s hard to find elsewhere. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for, always with a smile.
The rooms are spacious and elegant, with incredible views. Dining is top-tier, with several à la carte restaurants serving truly impressive meals — all included.
The beach is peaceful and private, the pools are stunning, and everything runs so smoothly you’ll forget the outside world exists. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to — again and again.

This is a large, clean, stylish and modern hotel, but is lacking in the personal touches customers would expect, with this star rating. The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. It lacks atmosphere and friendliness.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable.
Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead.
Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas.
I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

Myself, Son (15) and Daughter (12) have just returned from a weeks stay here and it was a great break.
The location is on the outskirts of the main strip so was nice a chilled away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 10 min walk in if you wanted to go.
We stayed in room 2116 and was booked as part of the preferred club upgrade as a pool view room. Although there was no view of the pool there was a view of the sea (through the trees) and the balcony was huge, more like a terrace so was great. Room was well presented and the beds super comfy. The little touches as part of the preferred club upgrade- gowns and slippers, restocked mini bar daily with 2 cans of beer and 4 cans of soft drinks (coca cola and Sprite) with a bag of crisps, Nespresso coffee machine and pods refilled daily really made the difference. First 2 nights the room was REALLY warm though even though the air on was on, but then on the 3rd night it seemed to have sorted itself out or had been fixed.
The hotel itself had 4 pools - I never actually saw the preferred club pool as the kids wanted to be with the main pool where the entertainment was. The whole entertainment team were great! Always happy, smiling and energetic and not putting the pressure on to join in, although I did join in a few games myself. Different entertainment each day, water volleyball, table tennis, water carpet football, inflatable slides. Evening entertainment ranged from Music quizzes, flamenco dancers, live singers, magician show.
The food - there are 2 buffet restaurants ( one for breakfast and lunch, the other for dinner) there were also another 4 restaurants. It’s like a food court set up with taking a seat and ordering through a QR code. Again - I never actually tried anything from these as the kids wanted to pick what they wanted from the buffets. There is a coffee bar with cakes cookies and pastries.
As part of the preferred club there is a separate bit in the sports bar where you can go an help yourselves to drinks and snacks.
Couldn’t complain about the food at all with plenty of choice and a lot of fresh salad, veg and fruits.
There were a lot of different nationalities there during our stay with a large number of French. Spanish, Dutch, German and Romanian. There was never an issue with the sunbeds with them not all getting taken until about lunch time, and even then there were enough to go round. One great thing I did see around one of the pools was the lifeguard removing towels from beds that had not been used in 20 minutes, so if a family with children approached the pool and there were no sunbeds available she would sort that out. I liked this approach very much.
All in all it is a very nice clean hotel, great facilities, great location and all the employees friendly, attentive and welcoming. Would highly recommend to couples, singles and families alike.

Great, clean family room and close to the beach. A big thank you to Raul from reception as he's been very helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived at the hotel it was night time so it was nice to find a cold buffet (fruits, ham, cheese, cakes) to dig in after a long journey. The food was ok, a bit of everything for everyone...The service let down a bit as some of the waiters forgot about our drinks order and another negative was the not a very nice smell in the morning when you were waiting for the lifts (in the other building, not the main one with the reception)... If you choose half board I recommend to get the €6/ person drink package for dinner, otherwise is €3 per drink- water, wine, beer etc.

A great stay – with a truly outstanding entertainment team
We had a really good stay at Calvia Dreams Hotel. The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Nothing overly fancy, but definitely solid quality all around.
What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the entertainment team – especially Rudy, Alessia and Alejandra. This team is exceptionally well-composed: intelligent, warm and full of positive energy. They made us feel seen, welcome and genuinely included.
They were amazing with the kids – encouraging them to participate, try new things, and boosting their confidence in a natural and supportive way. They managed to create and sustain a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere that lifted the entire experience. The moment they showed up, everything became more fun.
They’re also incredibly talented dancers, and lead activities with both charm and real presence. Funny, kind and professional – a rare combination.
We honestly don’t know where we’ll go next summer, but we do know one thing: we’ll be following wherever they are :)

**Update after completing our stay (Room 832, August 14–19):**
Overall, we’re very pleased with our experience at the hotel.
We’d like to highlight the excellent front desk team, who consistently showed a genuine willingness to assist with any request.
*Raquel* was great throughout, and *Alice* in particular deserves a special mention for her warm attitude and consistently helpful approach.
The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh.
The pool bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and each cocktail was clearly made with care and attention.
Our room (832) was spacious, comfortable, and ideally located. We were very happy with it.
A few areas for improvement:
It would have been nice to have some soft background music at the pool to enhance the atmosphere.
Also, while we didn’t feel the room was dirty, the housekeeping service could be more thorough.
For example, we found hair ties left in the shower when we first arrived. On one occasion the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and on another, nothing was picked up or moved—an empty bottle was left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned around.
We didn’t raise these points during our stay because they didn’t affect our overall positive experience, and we felt it wasn’t worth spending time on small things that didn’t interfere with our enjoyment. Still, we believe it’s helpful for the hotel to be aware and improve.
Looking forward to returning in the future.

Fully enjoyed my stay. The service was impeccable. I felt relaxed uncomfortable throughout my stay, the staff were very polite. The room was lovely I liked the complimentary water on arrival in the fridge. Food at breakfast was nice. There was a healthy and good amount of choice. Only downside Is the location once you’ve been into the town to go to the beach coming back up that Hill was difficult. Overall enjoyed my stay and I would tell my friends and family and visit again thank you!

Our third stay at the Elba Sunset—it genuinely feels like home walking into reception on the first day! The staff clearly care deeply about the hotel; every day they're attentively maintaining something new —gardeners, PR, managers always visible. Special thanks to Felix the porter at reception and David at the bar for exceptional service.
The rooms and views are perfect—hard to beat in Mallorca.
This was our first time staying during peak season and also on the same level as reception. Occasionally, there was some late-night noise from people running and shouting in the corridor, which could perhaps be monitored a bit more closely, although I understand people are just enjoying their holidays in their own way!
Another small point: our child wasn't allowed to play with a small ball or inflatable in the pool, yet a group drinking beer in the pool and being rather loud was permitted. The hotel might consider clarifying its policies here, as it clearly aims to be a relaxing haven, but a few improvements might help it achieve this atmosphere even more consistently.
Apart from these minor points, it's a wonderful place, the food has noticeably improved, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely stunning hotel, VERY CLEAN! Rooms very spacious, we were upgraded on arrival to a sea view which was a lovely surprise. Had towels, robes, slippers, hats and water in room. Free ice cold fruit drink on arrival too. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. It was a chill vibe, although its not adult only we only saw a few children there during our stay. It was peaceful and relaxing just what we needed.
The Bow restaurant- Wow! Amazing views, with delicious quality food, Staff were very friendly too. Very reasonably priced too, we ate there a few times and were never disappointed.

The breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection of food, and the dinner theme changed every night — every day was a (very good) surprise. The view, the pool, the Spa, everything is just PERFECT ! I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming to Mallorca. I hope to visit again!

The biggest problem of this hotel is the management and the hotel chain. It’s supposed to be all-inclusive, but if you want a simple bottle of water you have to pay extra – what a joke for a so-called 4-star hotel. There is no minibar, no room service menu, and no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign for the door. Every morning at 9:30 the cleaning lady knocks, which is really annoying, especially in Magaluf.
The drinks are a disaster. The free cocktails are machine-made, with alcohol so weak it only gives you a headache, and if you want anything decent you need to pay again. The ‘all-inclusive’ here feels like a scam.
Hygiene is acceptable, nothing special. The only truly positive thing is the staff, who are kind and professional, but unfortunately they can’t make up for the poor management.
Many congratulations to the pool bar staff, especially Raquel and Ray.
Overall, this hotel seems more suitable for seniors or families. For young people looking for a proper Magaluf experience, it’s definitely not the right choice.

We stayed here with half board. The food was decent and the rooms were cleaned daily, but what truly makes this hotel stand out is the amazing staff. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

The hotel has lots of positives.
The rooms are nice and spacious, with comfy beds, decent balconies and good quality air conditioning.
The food is typical of all-inclusive, not amazing but perfectly acceptable, with a snack bar open till late.
The drinks were again, typical of all-inclusive, a nice selection of machine cocktails, beer on tap, a range of generic spirits and fizzy drinks.
The sun loungers were comfortable, easy to get, umbrellas if you needed them and towels available from reception.
The staff were mostly friendly, very helpful and there to put you at ease.
One very unusual negative was the drinking water situation. I have always use a refillable cold water bottle. There are no water fountains. Reception told me I could fill it at the restaurant (which was fine), or the bar when the restaurant is closed. While some bar staff filled it, others told me that could only give me cups of water which I then had to fill my bottle up from. There is a vending machine to pay for bottled water. Very bizarre that when saying all inclusive, simply filling up a water bottle is such a hassle, particularly when trying to keep hydrated in the sun. A water foundation would be a very welcome addition.
The major negative was that I only had one decent night’s sleep out of seven. The majority of the guests seemed in the 18-21 age bracket who seemed be there to party, unsurprisingly so as it is Magaluf. Most nights I was woken by banging on doors (including mine), shouting on the corridors, phones on loudspeaker and one night what felt like a full blown rave for nearly two hours between 01.30 and 03.30.
To give the hotel credit, I am a light sleeper and they can do very little to control other guests making noise. A nice hotel with lots of positives, but personally not for me due to the noise at night

Rooms are modern and comfortable but lacking in draw space. TV was useless . No English Channels other than bbc News. The hotel was noisy but you are in Magaluf. A stone throw from the pirate show and night life bars ect. Food wasn’t great and always Luke warm. Entertainment was terrible mostly done by the hotel animation team. Our bed sheets weren’t changed in over a week and had to ask for them to be changed. My main complaint would be the fella on the snack bar . Who shock his tip jar and asked for tips!. I only went to the snack bar twice as I felt so intimidated by him. I was all inclusive. And didn’t walk around with cash. The restaurant and bar staff are incredible working so hard . And always trying so hard to serve everyone. The Hot food in the restaurant is very repetitive. And poor quality.

• A HUGE plus: food was constantly replenished, never ran out, even at the end of meal times
• Unfortunately, the quality of meat was poor and the fish was a disaster – tasteless, clearly frozen, and not fresh
• Not a single seafood dish (like real shrimp) served during our 7-day stay – which is disappointing, especially for a hotel by the sea
❌ All-Inclusive Drinks
• Very disappointing – drinks were extremely watered down, barely any alcohol
• Ordered drinks didn’t match what you got (e.g. asked for Bacardi, got something else)
• Aperol, Baileys – everything tasted diluted or just weak
• You could drink 20 cocktails and still feel nothing
• Beer was tasty but also very light
• Important note: this is not the staff’s fault – they were lovely – it’s clearly the hotel’s system or policy
• If you’re coming in a group of young people and looking to relax with good drinks – this is not the place for that
❌ Entertainment / Animation
• Daytime animation for kids led by sweet, friendly staff – a big plus
• Evening entertainment very poor, with bad sound system and amateur-level stage
• Lack of professionalism and creativity – definitely needs improvement
ℹ️ Summary
Great hotel in terms of rooms and staff – perfect for families with children.
But if you’re looking for good local food and a proper all-inclusive experience (especially regarding alcohol), you may be disappointed.
There are many areas that need improvement, especially food quality and evening entertainment.

Delighted with our stay at Club del Sol resort & Spa. All of the staff were absolutely brilliant. The staff in the dining room and pool bar/restaurant were particularly fantastic.
We traveled with a challenging toddler, there was lots for him to do. I was really impressed with the quality and variety of the food.

We stayed at Club Del Sol for 5 nights and I wish I’d have booked for longer. The staff are great and can’t do enough for their clients, the rooms were clean and fresh towels daily. The breakfast just kept coming out and the food was amazing. Even though we were a drive out of town it never felt that far. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and a good size with a great breakfast selection if you stay for bed and breakfast. Pools were a bit tired and the location you will need to get a taxi or bus. It's a good 40 min walk into Porta Pollença and when it's hot not an enjoyable walk. Beach opposite hotel not particularly nice. Reception staff not particularly friendly. Sunbeds covered in towels before 8am, pool doesn't open till 10. If you have small children and want to stay on site, im sure this would be good choice but if you have older children or couples not the best selection.

Great hotel for young families, fun slides for babies and toddlers. Best food I've had at an all inclusive in Europe (lots of meat, fish and vegetarian options, amazing fruit). Rooms slightly smaller than standard so make sure to book a bigger room if you need a cot.
Jenna and all the reception staff were brilliant, all very helpful. Our return flight was later so we needed a late checkout and a shower room, and Jenna helped make sure it all worked out perfectly.
We will go back next year!

We are very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was very clean, the food was good and plentiful, we are very satisfied with the children's corner and the children's pool, as well as the childcare. The program was fun and varied. The staff was friendly. Good location of the hotel and close to a very nice beach. Ideal for a family vacation with children. Negatives: The walls in the room needed refreshing, the shower and the bathroom drain were damaged. The bedroom is small and uncomfortable for two larger guests.

- The room toilet doors are not normal doors and leave a gap all the way around (swing doors). Not romantic and disgusting.
- The restaurant is very bad at labelling the food on the buffet. You have no idea if it's pork or chicken or what some of the food is. You're constantly having to ask, it is so tiring that you get fed up of it and ignore some food. It's such a bad experience and is simply not good enough, it's a safety issue, it's a common decency issue, it's a laziness issue. The staff English isn't good enough sometimes to describe what the food is so it needs labelling. Please do better. This is essential.
- Our arrival was a late one. We missed lunch and dinner but still paid full rate. On leaving day we only got lunch and no dinner even though we left at 11pm.
- The safe costs €3 + per day! Outrageous. The safe to buy only costs €20! If your hotel is safe, then you don't need the safe, if your hotel isn't safe then the safe should be free! Who do you think you are charging for a safe?

Just bag from a fantastic week in Condesa. All in all this is a great hotel that I would be happy to visit again. We arrived very early in the morning and were exhausted but the welcome form Kyle on reception was brilliant. He was warm, welcoming and funny when getting us all sorted.
The hotel is right on the beach and so staying around the pool is fine with a short walk of a few metres to the sand and water. The rooms while a little small are well finished and if you opt for the pool/sea views offer a pretty view of the bay.
It would have been nice of they offered more bespoke packages as many other hotels to these days, such as a drinks package at a reasonable rate. We asked but the only options were room only, B&B, half board, full board and all inclusive. When we travel we like a few drinks around the pool during the day but to get out and experience different places for food and coffee the rest of the day, being able to tailor a package to your needs would therefore be very valuable.
The prices across the board were OK, not extortionate but perhaps not the cutting edge of competitive.
Food was good at breakfast and the ambience around the restaurant was always nice to come down to.
The hotel is further out of the town than many in Alcudia, so if shops are your thing this may nit be for you. However there is a good bus service that can run you up, or the 40 minute walk on the sand is pretty and enjoyable. Although there are fewer choices in this part of the town, what there is should cover all your needs and the food options in restaurants around here should please most as we found them to be very good.

This is a great hotel! The two pools and the beach being so close together is brilliant. Room was comfortable and all the staff were great. We went all inclusive for 7 nights but only had our breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment on the lunch / dinner. Breakfast was nice but the buffet was packed every morning! The Snacks and drinks by the pool were great.
Only one issue. We are a couple in our early 30s so taking the stairs isn’t an issue but if you rely on elevators you will be waiting a while for the elevator every time you need to use it and it will hinder your experience.
Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything is beautiful! The hotel is clean, the food is varied and delicious! The cocktails are too good, the staff are great, everything is 10/10. The location is EXCELLENT if you plan to visit the most beautiful beaches, because they are right near this hotel, so it would be a perfect place for you. Also, if the two of you must rent a motorcycle/scooter, it's much easier and nicer than in a car. Also, parking is much easier!

Bathroom excellent. Shower fab. No idea where the bad reviews have come from..,surely we’re not at the same place!? Would fully recommend.

My large family and myself had a fabulous time at this hotel last month. Not only is it in such a lovely location with a beautiful private beach but it is such a a beautiful hotel too. The animation team were absolutely excellent with my nieces and my family also. Especially Stefy who my niece loved painting with in the baby club. The mini disco was definitely a highlight of our day watching my niece dance long with Stefy , the animation team and barcy ! A big thank you to the entire animation team Stefy ,Ema , Amelia , Johanna , Chris ,Cynthia Chris ,Adrian. They really make the stay when you bring children with you. Not only were the children entertained but so were us adults.
Dinner was absolutely fantastic, as a vegan I had extremely low expectations of just eating chips and beans for dinner everyday, however I the reality went above and beyond my expectations. Fresh food was brought out everyday with plenty of options to choose from. Vegetable pallea was delicious, and the chef made dishes just for us and brought them directly to our table. Vegan cakes and vegan pancakes were such a special treat thank you again, Diego- I believe was the chef who made all the lovely food for us. We will definitely be coming back again.

Our stay at Barceló Ponent Beach was amazing and we loved every second of it. The hotel arranged a lovely bouquet of flowers in the room for my partners birthday. They also helped me to plan a surprise meal which included birthday decorations, champagne and cake, which were a very good addition to the incredible meal we had at the Magical Restaurant (the cake was delicious!). All the waiters/waitresses came out and sung happy birthday which was a nice touch. The Magical Restaurant is definitely worth going to if you want that fine dining experience.
We were lucky enough to have a sea view room which made such a difference to the holiday as we were out on the balcony overlooking the beautiful view in the evenings.
Overall, we had the best stay at Barcelo Ponent, the staff were all so friendly, everything was clean, the food and cocktails were amazing, and the hotel and pools itself were fantastic, not to mention what felt like our own private beach on our doorstep!

This is my 2nd time at this hotel. Stunning building & setting on the beachfront with lovely gardens. The staff are all great & attentive. It was our friends birthday while we were there & the guest relations helped make it special for her. Our room was a big size with incredible seafront views. I will definitely be back.

This is a newly acquired Hyatt property and while the general staff is friendly and attentive, the management there does little to make a globalist member feel special. Despite the availability of numerous upgraded suites to our ocean view junior club, no upgrades were offered and when asked we were told “we did not pay for such”. Pointing out the obvious did not address the question of “why not” as this is not our experience at other Hyatt properties.

My sister an I stayed here june 13-18th, last minute booking. It was extremely expensive, but we did upgrade to a preferred suite.
The room was clean, on arrival but was really one large unsuite room, as the 2 chairs were in the bedroom.
Lights went out automatically on the balcony at 11pm, so we had to sit in the dark some nights.
The cleaners often forgot to empty certain bins, nor did they stock the minimum bar daily ( as advertised). It took a complaint to reception to rectify.
Food was very good during the day in all the facilities and 99% of staff were very friendly and polite. One or 2 were just rude, we were in the world dining room, and one female waitress cleared away all spoons for desserts so no one could have any ( there were some diners left eating after the 9.30pm deadline) she gave me the dirtiest of looks and reluctantly passed me a dirty server out of a bucket! ( she had shaved hair on one side and a bad attitude).
We booked 1 evening meal at the sea grill, ( included) we sat at 8.30pm and at 10pm we walked out, in that time we had a starter at 9.15pm and fed on bread, no meal and the waiter who said he " was just doing drinks" failed to serve drinks, we were told by reception we were not the only ones who walked out.
Room service never got the order correct even when ordered in Spanish.
No snacks as advertised only found them as we waited for our taxi to leave.
Poor service at times, only held together by some fabulous staff who try, the demographic was mostly German retirees aged about 65. We went out most evenings to escape.
If you are booking we recomend just get a regular room or SC apartment as the extra you pay, there is no difference between that and preffered, its an excuse to charge extra.
Location cannot be faulted.

This is not a 5 star hotel! Even 4 start would be overrated. 2 out of the 3 nights I was not able to have hot water, even after complaining for 2 days at reception, nothing was done. I believe the hotel cannot provide enough hot water for all rooms so you are luck if you get hot water. Our room also smelled like sewage every time we got back from a day out (116). Would not recommend this place, it’s a rip off using a name and a history. The staff at the restaurant is great. Staff at reception and management is useless, they have done nothing to fix our issue.

Its not bad but location wise its terrible! There is NOTHING around it, its directly on the motorway! There's nowhere to even walk, nothing along the front, beach isn't very nice either! The hotel is nice enough, not enough staff in the dining room at busy times, food is VERY repetitive and not all that much variety. Drinks are expensive! Pools are nice, enough beds for everyone which is a plus. Room was okay, bed was huge, bathroom was huge. We had room service plates in our room for 2 days, stuff was going mouldy on it we had to ask reception for someone to take it away! Cleaning ladies took our pool towels and the bath towels and never replaced them, the 3 of us were using dressing gowns to get dry on as we didn't notice until it was too late! Staff are very pleasant and attentive in the main lobby but you go largely ignores in the dining rooms unless you're Spanish.
All in all its okay, slightly tired looking in some areas and for a '5 star' where we paid £1900 for 4 nights i expected a little more!

Half board,
breakfast, there was so much choice, amazing.
Dinner buffet, lots of choice plus a fresh meat or fish cooking station by two chefs, I just had to tell the chef what I liked and how I would like it cooked, incredible.
There also was another restaurant but for a small supplement but didn't manage to go.
The spa was very relaxing, and I did go to their gym once and was a good array of equipment. Outdoor very large pool and an indoor heated pool were great. And plenty of sunbeds. I'm looking forward to going back soon.

We stayed at Elba during Easter holidays and were pleasantly surprised by welcoming and supporting members of staff. Our room was lovely with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was great - lots of fruit, meats and omelette that’s made to order. I’ve managed to learn quite a few sentences in Spanish (thanks to wonderful members of staff).
The hotel itself is little bit dated and probably needs a little refurb - we could hear people talking in other rooms. But it wasn’t a big issue, some people might find it annoying.
Still, it’s a charming place. We are planning to come back later in a year.
Also, there’s Aldi on the other side of the road for those who would like to sample local produce.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Zafiro Hotel in Alcudia, and I have to say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and it set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making it feel like a truly personalised experience.
The food was absolutely outstanding – one of the best sets of restaurants I’ve encountered. Each meal was a delight, but if I had to recommend just one, the Grill restaurant for dinner was a standout. The fish was incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening.
Our room was immaculate – the cleaning was impeccable, and it was clear the staff took great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Every detail was taken care of, and it made our stay feel even more luxurious.
The coffee shop served proper coffee, which was the perfect way to start the day!
One last note – I saw some reviews mention a shortage of sun beds, but I can confidently say that was nonsense. There were plenty available during our stay, and we never had any trouble finding one!
Overall, the hotel and staff truly impressed me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Alcudia. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time!

Great hotel and we had a fantastic holiday staying here. The location is ideal for families with kids but also perfect if you’re looking for a slice of luxury. It’s close to the beach and shops, and from the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t do more for us.
Room
The room was excellent and felt like a piece of luxury. We stayed in one of the rooms with a rooftop jacuzzi, and I would highly recommend it. The cleaning service was great, and water was always topped up. One evening we had a slight issue with the air con (our fault for not shutting the door properly), but even after midnight, reception sent someone immediately to fix it. The room was spotless, comfortable, and truly a treat.
Food & Restaurants
The buffet offered a huge variety with plenty to suit all tastes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of our group mentioned they would have liked the food a little hotter, but overall the quality was very good. Service was pleasant and although plates could have been cleared a touch quicker, it didn’t affect the experience too much.
We also tried all of the à la carte restaurants and enjoyed them all. Both the food and service were excellent. Booking in advance was essential as they filled up quickly. A little more flexibility with timings would have been nice, but we understand it was a busy season. One highlight was the restaurant above the pool, which we highly recommend for lunch as the food was absolutely delicious.
Pools
I didn’t spend much time in the pools, but they were clean and family-friendly. The only small downside was that the pool beneath one of the restaurants wasn’t always closed off during dinner service, which affected the ambience with kids playing while you’re eating. Otherwise, they looked inviting and well-kept. Another suggestion would be to consider keeping the swim-up bar as an adults-only space or at least sectioning part of it off, as it can be tricky carrying drinks with children splashing around.
Entertainment
The entertainment was very focused on children, with shows finishing around 10:30 to 11:00 pm each night. It would be great to see a separate space or program for adults, as we’ve experienced in other hotels, with kids’ entertainment in one area and adult-focused options in another. Daytime activities were also mainly aimed at children, so some adult-friendly pool games like water polo would be a welcome addition. The gym was good for a hotel gym, with a range of equipment and classes, though my yoga class was unfortunately cancelled at the last minute without warning.
Overall
This is an excellent hotel with fantastic food, service, and cleanliness. The staff couldn’t do more for you, and we had a wonderful stay. Perfect for families with kids who also want a touch of luxury. Highly recommended.

Food and Restaurants
The buffet at The Market was excellent, with a large and varied selection. Unfortunately, we found that if you sat outside along the sides, staff could forget about you – plates were not cleared away, and it could take a long time to place a drink order.
We ate at La Veranda only once. The food was fine, but not on the same level as the buffet.
Rooms and Facilities
Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. However, we did experience two technical issues: a balcony door that didn’t work, and a toilet that kept running after cleaning. These were fixed, but it was still inconvenient.
The hotel felt very large, and we felt the staff sometimes lost oversight. Routines seemed unclear at times, resulting in inconsistent service.
Pool Area
The pool with the swim-up bar was quite crowded, and finding available sunbeds was very difficult. The hotel has a rule that sunbeds cannot be reserved for more than 40 minutes without use, but this was not enforced.
Additionally, lifeguards began removing our towels before pool closing time, even though we had personal items like bags and shoes on the loungers. This felt unnecessary, as it meant we had to walk back to our room cold and wet.
The pool bar was often busy, and we sometimes waited up to 10 minutes to be served, especially when seated on the sides. Hygiene could also have been better – we saw a bartender use a glass that had fallen on the floor.
Entertainment and Amenities
Evening entertainment was disappointing, and there was no mini-disco for children. We also missed having a small shop at the hotel for basic items like snacks, drinks, or pool supplies – everything had to be purchased outside the hotel.
We also found it inconvenient to bring the hotel key card to the pool bar for all-inclusive service. A wristband system would have been much more practical and avoided bartenders constantly asking for the room number.
After 10:30 p.m., the hotel became completely quiet, with no music or activities, giving the impression that everyone should return to their rooms.
Summary
Zafiro Hotel Alcudia is a beautiful hotel with an excellent buffet, nice rooms, and very friendly staff. However, the hotel feels slightly too large for the current staffing level, and routines are lacking to ensure consistent service. With better organization and a few more staff members, this hotel could easily move from very good to truly outstanding.

The pools are great and there is a stunning beach nearby. One small issue at departure, but the hotel team stepped up and put it right immediately. Fantastic stay overall. There were a few minor things that didn't seem as attentive as previous years but equally, some things seemed slightly better. The choice and quality of food was of a very high standard. The staff are superb, especially in the restaurants and bars. The rooms are very spacious and clean, although it did feel during this stay there were a few things not replenished or cleaned as thorough, like milk and the bath etc We had to call reception a few times for refreshments and to adjust things in the room. Overall though a fantastic resort with great swimming pools that caters for all ages. Extremely well kept grounds and excellent facilities. Night time entertainment can be hit & miss but overall it services everyone.

What a great stay
My stay at Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa was nothing short of exceptional! Had stayed at this Thai themed resort, about a decade ago, and recently returned for an amazing long weekend. Set up in the hills , this extensive hotel sports 5 amazing themed restaurants and 3 pools. The buffet champagne breakfasts were excellent, and staff helpful and attentive. Will be back.

Bad experience. The hotel is old and clearly needs investment in renovation. Our belongings were stolen at the pool when we stepped away from our loungers, and the professionalism of the spa manager is questionable. Restaurant staff were generally unfriendly, and the food lacked both quality and variety for the type of hotel it claims to be. I do not recommend it.

Absolutely incredible stay – stunning gardens and exceptional design
I spent five days at Asia Gardens & Thai Spa in Benidorm with my 13-year-old daughter and we were absolutely amazed. The hotel is truly exceptional. The gardens are lush, with abundant and beautiful vegetation, impeccably maintained. There are waterfalls and several absolutely stunning pools – everything is picture-perfect. The design and atmosphere of the hotel are exquisite, creating a peaceful and luxurious escape.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable.
That being said, the only downside is the pricing inside the hotel. There’s a €30 charge for late check-out, €200 per day for double sunbeds by the pool – which I’ve had for free in other luxury hotels – €35 for a plate of pasta at the Koh Samui restaurant, and €14.01 for a strawberry smoothie at the pool bar. The prices are quite high, especially considering the already premium room rates.
Still, the overall experience was unforgettable, and I would absolutely love to return. A truly special place.

I slept here for 2 nights. Hotel itself is just fine. 30 min after checking out, I found out that I had forgotten my shoes. By now I was 70km away. So I called and indicated that I forgot my shoes(hoka). They would call me back when they had looked. 6 hours later still no one heard. So I called back and got no answer.
Tried again 2 days later. Did I get someone on the line who said they could not find anything. I honestly find it super weird that my shoes were not in the closet of my hotel room after 30 min.
I would like to get reaction to this and explain or maybe tell who "took" my shoes

A great place overall and a place we'd come back to, but it's missing some details.
Service at lunch is really slow. It took us nearly 2 and a half hours to get lunch and on one day our main got forgotten about. The staff were all trying their best but they could do with some more pairs of hands to spread the load would go a long way here.
The food itself was great majority of the time.
The drinks were great all the of time.
For a 5 star hotel, there was some attention to details that were missed. For example the spa pool area had jets and useable things not working or very hard to get working. But it was very clean throughout.
The rooms was great and no complains there.
The location is stunning, you won't be disappointed, taking a slow stroll around the site and finding and exploring the points of interest was a great afternoon evening activity.

An Unforgettable Stay at Zoëtry Mallorca – Truly Exceptional in Every Way
This was our first trip to Mallorca, and Zoëtry was chosen by our daughter, who had stayed here before and left with wonderful memories. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the hotel’s unique architecture that blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature. You immediately feel like you’ve arrived somewhere truly special.
For those arriving by car, there is ample parking available. We were warmly welcomed at reception with friendly smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. To our delight, our rooms were also upgraded at no extra cost—such a lovely surprise! Our upgraded room was spacious and airy, with a large bathroom and a patio in front, where we relaxed comfortably throughout our stay.
The hotel has two pools: one more suited for families with children, and the other, called the “relaxing pool,” offers a peaceful atmosphere ideal for sunbathing and unwinding. For tennis enthusiasts, there are two separate grass courts surrounded by greenery. Rackets and balls are available from reception, and if you don’t have a partner to play with, the staff can even arrange a tennis instructor for you (EUR 75/hour).
Breakfasts were excellent, with quick service and attentive, polite staff. In fact, throughout the entire resort, the staff were genuinely kind and always made us feel valued and well cared for. The management deserves real praise for running the property so well.
Although the usual checkout time is noon, our flight on the last day was late in the evening. We asked for a late checkout and were very kindly accommodated. For a small fee of EUR 20 per hour, we were able to keep our room until 6 PM, which made a big difference in our comfort on departure day.
If we return to Mallorca, we would absolutely choose to stay at Zoëtry again. It’s a wonderful, exceptionally well-run resort that we recommend without hesitation.

We were staying at El Castillo Hotel Son Vida, we heard good things about this hotel from a friend from Palma. We decided to have a look and a drink for potential future visits. We walked in the reception area and a bit of the gardens in front we barely saw any clients and couldn't find a bar or café. Beautiful building and surroundings. We decided to go have a look at the terrace next to the car parking, to which there were also no clients only a couple of staff. One of these staff members "Raul" look at what seemed lost people "us" and approached one of us. We expected some nice service and suggestions but no quite the opposite. Extremely rude and cold, telling us we do not have the right to be there if we are not guests and that it is a private property. (ok, but normally outside guests can consume other hotels restaurants and bars) even still if no outside guests were allowed we could have said it in a nice and proper way. Anyways if this is the kind of staff and service we should expected we will not be staying here for sure. We also left quite after this as we did not feel welcomed or respected.
For those looking for a peace and quite similar to this "5* star hotel" I suggest you look at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. You will see what true 5* service and staff it is.

Not a 5 star stay. Food was good but there’s really only one place to eat. Also a ton of kids but if that doesn’t bother you then that’s fine. Lots of spa amenities didn’t work either

We decided to treat ourselves to a breakfast and spa day. Considering the hotel is 5 stars, we was expecting 5 stars. Not trying to be pushy, but the indoor pool was uncomfortably cold and some facilities weren’t working. The turkish bath had no hose to clean after other users. The breakfast was very good, but considering it has a Michelin, the benedict eggs have been served vetter in lower rated hotels. I think the manager needs to be a bit more on top of the ball to make it really what they are selling you.

Stayed here 5 days with my partner and the hotel was amazing. Staff very kind and friendly, the facilities were brilliant and there’s a great selection of food at the restaurants.
We also chose to do one of the activities at the hotel. We picked snorkelling and we were led by our guide Silverio who made us all well prepared for the activity. He showed us how passionate he was about the life out at sea which made the experience feel even more fun. Highly recommend anyone to get it booked if they stay!

The best breakfast we’ve ever had!
We travel a lot and often stay at five-star hotels, but the breakfast at Cala San Miguel truly stands out. The quality of the food is simply outstanding — everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. You can really feel the love and care that goes into every detail.
What makes the experience even more special is the team. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the staff go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your time.
The only small suggestion would be to slightly reduce the air conditioning, as it can feel a bit cold inside the restaurant at times — but that’s just a minor thing and has nothing to do with the amazing staff.
We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We needed such a place to rest between parties in Ibiza.
The location is quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza, but since the island is so small it was very easy to get around the island quickly.
The food was amazing it can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it.
You have the option of Spanish food with Tapas and seafood options, but there is also the option of Brazilian rodizio BBQ.
The breakfast is free and has good options, however it is the same everyday.
The room was clean and charming, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom.
The highlight of the room is the spacious balcony with stunning views of the beach, pool area and surroundings.
Staff was extremely polite, friendly and super helpful.
Marta and Robby were the guest experience managers, which is a great service provided by the hotel.
They are always available if you need help planning or making reservations for any of the activities at or around the hotel.
Lots of free activities and amenities including many pools, bar, beach access, hiking, yoga, paddle surfing, gym, spa...
Honestly we didn't have enough time to do everything and wished we had more time there.

Our family of 5 stayed at this hotel for our summer break and it was the most incredible experience we’ve had. The location is ideal in a peaceful and quiet area of Ibiza with a beautiful beach and local cafes surrounding it. The rooms were incredible, the beds, interior and overall experience in the rooms were amazing. The staff were so incredibly kind, always attentive and positive and extremely helpful. Our breakfasts were the best part of our stay, the selection of both healthy and incredible tasting foods were immense and the staff were so kind. The facilities were amazing too with a beautiful beach club with a DJ and relaxation pool for people who like music or who like to read a book in quiet. The fitness facilities are amazing too, all clean, modern and a large selection of equipment. The service is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced anywhere else before. Most of all a big thank you to the general manager Vanesa for all of her incredible work, hospitality, and kindness during our stay. She is one of the most professional managers we have seen! Our stay was something we will never forget, thank you to the staff of Cala San Miguel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the quiet and beautiful Cala San Miguel, in the north of Ibiza. If you're looking for a more relaxed and scenic part of the island, this is a perfect choice.
We arrived with a rental car and there was plenty of parking available right next to the hotel, plus an extra parking area. Access is smooth and modern – you get a wristband that opens your room, the gates, and even the parking barriers.
The rooms are clean and stylishly designed. One small note: the shower has a glass window looking into the room, which might be a bit odd for some.
A helpful tip: the hotel has two separate parts. If you use GPS, it might take you to the upper entrance on the hill. Our room was actually down at the bay in the newer section. Luckily, staff were super helpful and let us follow them by car to the right area.
Breakfast is absolutely top-notch – with healthy and tasty options like salmon or avocado toast. A great way to start the day!
It takes about 25 minutes to drive to Ibiza Town, which is easy and scenic.
The only downside? The on-site beach club is quite pricey – expect to spend a minimum of €60 per person for a sunbed.
All in all, a fantastic hotel for a peaceful and luxurious Ibiza getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

I had the best time here! It was my second time in Ibiza, I had previously stayed at a hotel next door. Hard Rock was so much better! The pools were very lively during the day, and they even had a very fun concert event going on one night. Great security, friendly staff, nice facilities. Very good, would come again. Not many issues apart from food is ridiculously expensive, so would recommend coming with breakfast included which is open from 7 till 11 and is amazing. Great choice and options for everyone and a lot of the food is branded.
You can always eat out which is a lot cheaper, but not too many places to go. Didn't have dinner at the hotel once as was with the 10 year old but we had a lunch which was 4 chicken strips and chips for around €20. Cocktails are over €15 each.
The shower leaked because the door didn't seal, the toilet light turns on automatically and blinds you in the night. The door to the balcony rattled and could hear the wind through it- but I reported this and was fixed straight away.
The fridge is full of snacks which are extortionate, but means there's no space to put your own thing in there. We were only here for 4 nights, if longer I'd have asked them to be removed.
There's ice machines on every floor which was good - we didn't notice this until day 3 as it's hidden round a corner in front of the stairs.
The in room jacuzzi bath was very good and kept the 10 year old occupied every time we went back to the room.
All in all very impressed and will be looking at hard rock hotels for future holidays

Beautiful location between two beaches, great pools and activities for families, especially kids. Food variety is good and staff are friendly. However, the resort is very large and can feel crowded, and the rooms are a bit basic. Overall, perfect for a fun family holiday, less ideal for a quiet couple’s getaway.

Recently returned from a 10 night family holiday at the Blau Punta Reina resort. We had the best time.
Great selection of food in the buffet restaurant catering to the young picky eater.
Daughter loved the splash park and water slides.
Room was lovely with a great view of the pool and sea.
The walk to the Cala Mendia beach is slightly unsuitable for the young but the walk to Cala Romantica beach is much easier and the beach is lovely.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Evening entertainment was good and the children are the focul point of many of the activities. The staff also engage with them and help make truly wonderful memories.
We're already considering a return to the resort for our family holiday next year.
Only downside for me was that sangria wasn't on tap in the restaurant, only red, white or rose wine 🤣
Also the sunbed reservation issue as you get with many holiday destinations with people reserving sunbeds and then going off to the beach for the day.
All in all a wonderful place and I think we will definitely be back!

Three adults (married couple and mother) and two children (10 and 15), hotel is a good four star. Food is good, staff were excellent and friendly especially Joan.
Highlight is Pepe and his animacion team, special shout outs to Rachel who was superb, Joel was great and the others all worked hard together and made our holiday.
Location 4 star as a bit out of the way, the beaches are good though especially the cave on the right hand side of the left cove as you face the sea.
Perfect for families with children aged 4 to 12 years old, would recommend.

Amazing place.
Family of 4. 2 adults with an 11 & 7 year old visiting for 10 days.
The place is huge so you can mix up the pools & restaurants.
The staff are very good. Nothing is too much trouble & everyone is full of enthusiasm, with special mention to the animation staff who are incredible.
The evening entertainment is also well above the level I’d expect.
I can’t recommend it highly enough
