Absolutely loved this hotel that we’ve come back again for the second time. They’ve looked after our family very well. Food buffet was absolutely delicious. Chefs were amazing. Every single dish was made to perfection. The hotel staff are so so sweet they look after like a baby. Hotel is absolutely clean and smells amazing. Reception is very helpful. Housekeeping leaves your room speaking clean. I would love to keep coming back to this hotel as it feels like home.

First visit to Dubai and we have had a wonderful time. The staff at the IBN Oaks Baruta Gate Hotel were amazing - so friendly, warm and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble - Lahiau at the Skyline Bar was great! He was genuinely interested in the hotel guests and always welcomed you with a huge smile!
The Iftar was an experience we will never forget. The food throughout our all inclusive stay has been unbelievable! Chefs from across the world cooking up fresh dishes every night to sometimes 300+ diners - WOW! We loved every ounce of culture we could get on our plates.
We upgraded our room which was nice and modern. It was spacious and had all the amenities you would expect for a 5* hotel. We would’ve liked to have been able to open a window to allow some fresh air in and with no balcony, it was difficult drying swimwear at the end of the day. The carpet was very well worn and had seen better days so a replacement would certainly be recommended.
The location of the hotel was some distance from the Burj however, it is next to a metro station which was easy to use and very cheap to get around - we used it probably every other day. It was incredibly clean and was always running on time.
We would definitely return to Dubai, it’s a wonderful emirate. The people, sights, culture and infrastructure is just amazing! Such an incredible city to visit - thank you Dubai!

First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which created a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The gym was another highlight – modern, well-equipped with high-quality machines, perfect for a full workout.
Breakfast was a real delight – a wide variety of fresh and healthy options, ensuring that everyone could find something to enjoy.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. The bathroom featured high-quality toiletries, adding to the overall experience.
I highly recommend this hotel – the attention to detail, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere make it a place worth returning to!

Absolutely loved our stay at Oaks batutta..
The pasta station with the chefs preparing pasta exactly to my specs for both my kids and us was a big highlight.. all the staff were very very accommodating.
We were all inclusive, and between the three different places to eat, there was always enough options to eat.
Another big highlight, something that is not really highlighted when we booked it was the amazing kids club.. Miss Delia and Miss lovely were such lifesavers and we were able to enjoy couple of hours of kids free chill time every day. One of the days my younger one was tired and started crying and we were not in the room, Miss Lovely was Absolutely amazing looking after her until I turned up. Miss Delia is so clever with the kids and always smiling and keeping them entertained.

Our second time in Dubai we decided to stay in Avani hotel, which was the best decision.
It’s our second time we are here. And both times were great.
We enjoyed the breakfast especially its variety of different dishes and food options.
Room service and reception is also great: fast and ready to help you any time you need it. All our requests were immediately and successfully handled.
I also would like to thank everyone who works here , especially Hilda (security). for being really helpful and polite to us, and Mavi our floor’s supervisor- who was very welcoming and supportive during our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to people who :
1. have a lot of plans for Dubai, because there’s a metro station one minute walk away , a bus station , always available taxi service.
2. appreciate their time and money, because there’s a huge mall behind the hotel, where you can buy literally everything you need, as it’s mainly built for local people.
3. Have no need to go to the beach every day since the nearest beach is 10 km away, however the hotel provides a free shuttle to the Kite beach, which is really nice and as not overcrowded as JBR for instance.
Thanks Avani hotel. We really enjoyed.

Everything is great so far. The stuff is wonderful and very friendly. For morning had a great conversation with Hilda about some good eating place. I have received some great advice from her. Very energized starting from morning. I often don’t eat breakfast but here I automatically wake up to not skip one. Overall great place to stay!

Very nice hotel. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The location of the hotel was great for getting around, with the metro station opposite reception. There is also a shopping mall next door for all you need.
As with most places, a little TLC is needed in places with the decor, but that is only slight.
A special mention to Hilda from security. She made every effort to make sure we were happy, and she always greeted us with a smile and a friendly chat in the mornings.
We will be back again for our next work trip to the Dubai area.

I had a wonderful experience at Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful.

I had the pleasure of enjoying Iftar at “Horizon” in the Amwaj Rotana Hotel, and it was truly impressive! The buffet featured a wide variety of traditional and international dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From delicious mezze and crispy sambousek to tender grilled meats and delightful desserts, every bite was a treat.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive staff ensuring that all guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The restaurant’s ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a memorable evening.
If you’re looking for an authentic and satisfying Iftar experience in Dubai, “Horizon” is definitely worth a visit!

The rooms were very clean and staff was very tentative. However, the mattress were a little hard.

I had an amazing experience at Toosi, the Carnival Brunch at Amwaj by Rotana. The views were absolutely stunning, making the outdoor brunch even more enjoyable. The variety of food was incredible, with everything from delicious Italian dishes to flavorful Jerk Chicken, smoky barbecue, and even fresh Japanese options. There was something for every palate, and everything was perfectly prepared. A special shoutout to Raj, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. His hospitality truly made the day even better. Highly recommend this brunch for a wonderful mix of food, views, and service!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Horizon, the open buffet restaurant located at Amwaj Rotana in Jumeirah Beach, and it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish.
The ambience is elegant yet relaxed, with a spacious indoor setting and an outdoor terrace that offers beautiful views of the JBR walk and the sea—perfect for a laid-back brunch or a romantic dinner.

A great hotel in a great location. Stayed for a business trip but wanted a place to chill and this was great.
Modern and clean, as you would expect in Dubai, the staff are plentiful and well trained. From Daniela who provided a professional and swift check , well done, first impressions count a lot, to Mary serving me delicious food whilst I was watching UK football in the sports bar.
The rooftop infinity pool is a great touch, good views, albeit Dubai can be hazy, and a fantastic atmosphere day and night.
The location is at the end of the West Beach, close enough to stroll to the bouncing beach bars but also far enough away to be able to relax.

Perfect stay with excellent service. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The valet parking was well-organized (thanks to Hari and his colleagues) and our luggage was promptly brought to our rooms. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. The highlight of our stay was the amazing rooftop pool, which was absolutely fantastic, as well as the great breakfast every morning. From start to finish we had an amazing time with our toddler and baby! Staff is just so friendly! We always felt welcome with our 2 kids! Special thanks to our Lifeguard from the baby pool! Our son really loved him and he did an amazing job!
Breakfast is incredible - soooo much to choose from! We got 1 massage which was also amazing! So for kids and adults is really amazing!
Only thing that was a bit annoying (but not the hotels fault) was that guests reserved the sun bathings already before breakfast, so we almost never got 2! But we refused to do so as well cause that is just something you don‘t do! 😜

The 5 star experience in a prime location comes with some expectations of great everything.
I am not sure about everyone else, but we can to Dubai for the warm weather. The room has a state of the art cooling facility/ system that you can not switch off or turn to heating, other than leaving the door to the balcony open, and being sure that nobody comes.to make up.the room.
Asking them to leave a message for the cleaning crew, to NOT close the door/NOT start the a/c did not work :)
Also, the food really wasn't great .
Other than that, great underground parking, smiling and.helpful staff, nice location, etc - what you would expect from 5*

We recently stayed at this hotel during our vacation to Dubai. The place is extremely hospitable, fantastic ambience and great experience. I will recommend for all future visitors. The front office handled by Abhishek during check in was great and he even gave an upgrade as the room we booked was for some reason not available. The restaurant staff were friendly to my kid and made our stay very pleasant.

We had a Lovely stay and was treated well apart from the end when we came to settle up our bill. On arrival we were informed that we could either have a breakfast lunch or evening meal as part of our half board stay but on settling our bill were told Different that it had to be breakfast & dinner only therefore meaning we were charged for all of our lunches as we decided to have a lay in every day & only having a light lunch then dinner. We were absolutely Gutted to be charged this extra way after a Lovely stay what a disappointing end to a Lovely break.

Amazing paradise with tons of facilities; several pools, several beaches several restaurants and several nice people ready to help. During the public holiday ( Eid ) was overbooked and not really recommended. Otherwise highly recommended. The foods are pricey. The kids are kings here; with loads of splash water games and a kindergarten. The buggies drivers sometimes feel tired and do not want to pick up some people.

Stayed here for three days on the return leg of our trip for some winter sun. The weather and the hotel were both lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
We arrived too early on our first day to check in but Indika at reception went above and beyond to help organise an early check in room for us. Indika helped us with queries several times during our stay and, as with all of the staff members, was aways very kind and helpful.
There was lots to do at the hotel and it is a great place for families. The food was great and the long breakfast hours were very convenient.
The rooms were very clean and we saw the staff cleaning the hotel facilities on a daily basis.
Our one minor comment would be that the once white towels and dressing gowns are now grey and the dressing gowns had frayed holes and could do with being replaced.

Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Check-in was delayed by an hour, and room service was consistently slow. Housekeeping was not proactive; we had to request room cleaning instead of it being done regularly.
The most concerning issue was the treatment at the kids’ club. The staff was unprofessional, and my children felt ignored, which was extremely disappointing. Given these shortcomings, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Terrible Experience with JA Beach Hotel Ruined Our Eid Vacation
We had a truly terrible experience with JA Beach Hotel during Eid vacation, a very special and meaningful time for us as a family.
We booked and paid for our stay five days in advance through a reliable travel agency. The booking was confirmed by both the agency and the hotel. Everything was in place — until the very last minute when we were told the hotel was fully booked and our reservation was not confirmed.
This was devastating. It ruined our Eid holiday completely. My daughter had been so excited to enjoy the break, but we were left with no options, high prices everywhere, and zero support from the hotel.
The worst part was their complete lack of responsibility or empathy. Their attitude was: “It’s not our problem.” No solution, no compensation, no customer care whatsoever. The agency mentioned the hotel received a large group and prioritized them, canceling other confirmed bookings — a shockingly unprofessional move.
JA Beach Hotel’s mismanagement and disregard for guests ruined what was meant to be a joyful family holiday. I won’t be booking with them again and advise others to stay away.

We really love this hotel with its beautiful service and many activities they have for kids. This is our second visit and we always have an amazing time. There is a big pool for kids so we don’t worry about their safety. There is a lazy river where we can relax and kids chase each other. We also get access to Dubai parks 2 tickets per night and it has been an amazing experience at the Legoland and Legoland water park. The breakfast is truly amazing with the different dishes and the wonderful service of the chefs and waiters especially Zain and Bassem. They also have movies for kids in a very comfortable room with popcorn and the staff is very helpful and generous. The kids clubs and ticki club are also other places for kids to enjoy many activities, craft making, henna and face painting. There were also inflatables and petting zone on the days of Eid with refreshments and it made the whole experience even more amazing.
We really recommend the hotel, it has wonderful activities, access to riverland, Dubai parks, and amazing breakfast, service, and friendly staff.

We’ve been to Lapita two times and both times such amazing experiences. The rooms and facilities are wonderful. Staff is just phenomenal and every interaction has been with huge welcoming smiles and service above and beyond. Amazing chef Ratheesh so so nice and talented, Kranthi and all the wonderful greeters and servers just made every morning for us and our kids special. We will definitely return and look forward to it already :)
We had half board plus both times. First time in 2024, scoop ice cream was included - this time it was only the fruit lollies - just so people don’t have disappointed kids like mine since remembering those scoops - we hope you change it back 😆

We stayed in Room 7122 in Building 7. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and it also had a nice selection of tea.
There were one or two issues.
- The first was with the balcony design. Our two-year-old wanted to look out and hold the railing, but unfortunately, there was a gap between the fixings and the platform—not large enough to fall through, but dangerous nonetheless.
- The second was that all-inclusive" wasn’t truly all-inclusive, with a very limited selection of drinks and cocktails unless you paid extra—not cool! The same applied to the scooped ice cream at reception. Was it really necessary to charge extra?
That aside, our experience at the Lapita was excellent. The food selection and variety in the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always satisfying, and the Pan-Asian restaurant was no more than exquisite!!
The staff throughout the resort were all fantastic and happy to help. A special mention goes to Stephen at the poolside bar, who elevated our experience with his kind, friendly manner. I’d also like to thank Ryan, also at the poolside, for handing out towels and helping out poolside, he even managed to befriend our shy two-year-old (no easy feat!). Great job, Ryan! 👏 👏
With the resort being a stone’s throw from the theme parks and shuttle buses available to take you to the city, beach, or mall, this is a safe and family-friendly destination that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome to our first trip to Dubai 🤗

I think one of the best accommodations in Dubai for all and especially for families with kids.
You will get free access to 4 different theme parks. If you stay for three nights you can access all the parks multiple times even in the same day.
Even though I faced an issue with my room in the beginning, after discussing with them they tried their best to assure my satisfaction.
The single room is better than a suite from my point of view, especially if you get a good view.
The breakfast is amazing especially comparing to what you pay. A lot of dishes and varieties to choose from. It is like a festival 😊

Quick honeymoon getaway!
Location: a bit far from public transportation (like the metro) but you may easily get there with a car or taxi (roads are just confusing due to ongoing road construction)
Really well-maintained hotel.
Staff are very attentive. They gave us a lot of treats for our honeymoon even though we forgot to mention it during our booking. Pretty smooth check in and check out.
Even though the hotel was really busy they still somehow accommodate our request for late check out and even told us that we can use the facilities until the evening.
Breakfast was also pretty great! Selections were good & the team were very friendly.
Pros: Pretty great hospitality.
Ordered few things from Noon, concierge delivered it directly to our door.
Cons: if you don’t like being around kids, better book an adults only hotel other than that, you can chill in Barasti.

Brilliant rooms, service and the location. Rooms (enough space and an extreme view of the beautiful buildings). Service (whenever I wanted something I got it in the matter of seconds and food service great especially with the taste included). Location (it was near beautiful buildings and was in the middle of everything like attractions, cool places and views. Also a brilliant manager looked after us while we stayed there. Insane entertainment here with a very cool waterpark inside of this resort/hotel and wave pool in the waterpark. There is also a private beach in this amazing place.

Rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately there is a lot else to be desired. The bass music from outside is so insanely loud it literally rattles the windows. Absolutely non stop. Staff kept insisting all extra beds were taken but housekeeping was able to get them for us without a problem. Internet wouldn't work for kids to play games on their devices. No way to call and get info/schedule regarding water sports - they expect you to walk across the property to the center. No reasonable options for an a la carte meal at lunch. Had to argue to get a few pizzas indoors. If you want to party and love loud music until all hours and want to spend your time outdoors, then perfectly good option. If you want any rest or relaxation then this is not the place. If you do come, recommend a Club room as the breakfast is calmer and more enjoyable.

Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, it is surrounded with too much noise coming from the W hotel and Barasti bar next door. Also, the sea is not nice as the whole waterfront is now blocked with new buildings and it feels more like a lake instead of a sea.
If you like party and noise until late and prefer the pool over the sea, the hotel is great.
If you like it more quiet and want to swim in the sea, I would recommend a different location.

This review is solely in respect of the outlets in the outside area from the view of a regular outside guest.
All outlets provide outstanding food, drinks and excellent services. The only one but significant negative aspect is the cacophony of different types of music as every outlet plays its own music. As a result, depending on your seating, you may be exposed to three types of music or more. I understand that it might be difficult to coordinate between the outlets and I simply suggest one uniform music all over the place. I am pretty sure there would not be much objection from the guests if there was just Arabic music. Just try it, please. Otherwise the atmosphere and the view are extraordinary.

Disappointing Service at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach – Never Again!
I stayed at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach from February 23 to 26. I had previously enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this time, I was extremely disappointed with the service.
In the sauna, there were no basic shower amenities such as shampoo and shower gel. Due to the lack of shampoo, I had to press multiple times on an empty dispenser, and when some finally came out, it got into my eye, causing a severe allergic reaction.
I reported the issue to the hotel staff, called the management, and showed them the situation in the sauna’s shower area—how the shampoo and soap dispensers were not refilled in time. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no response from their side, not even an apology.
I am very disappointed with the hotel’s service. It’s a shame, but I will not return, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not up to the Riu standard across other destinations. Food not great. Cold, no microwave. Desserts underwhelming. Pastries at breakfast not appetising and poor choice. Breakfast coffee particularly bad. Service amazing. View from room lovely. Entertainment poor. Football in main entertainment area when there's a dedicated sports bar, that is not on. Karaoke not great. Worst bingo ever. Shows all old from 3 years ago at least,need refreshing. Beach area lovely. Hundreds of children, parents let them run around. Going on the stage. I lost count of how many times the DJ had to stop and ask them to get off the stage. Smoking is rife. Couldn't sit outside because of it. For Dubai I expected better. Hardly any TV in English. Bathroom amenities lacking. Shampoo only refilled when I asked on the app. A la carte are buffet with cold food. Not a special night out at all. The white party was a proper let down. Some cocktails acceptable but none are made properly in a blender like the Caribbean. If you go here you need to have lower expectations than you would expect from Dubai unfortunately.

My recent 3-day stay at the Hotel Riu Dubai was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent facilities. The hotel offers a wonderful range of amenities, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do.
The food throughout my stay was also a highlight. The variety and quality of the offerings were truly impressive, with delicious options available at every meal.
What truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. In particular, I would like to give a special mention to Riyaz. His assistance was invaluable, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. His helpfulness and positive attitude truly made a difference to my stay.
Overall, my time at the Hotel Riu Dubai was a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Dubai, with great facilities, delicious food, and outstanding service, especially thanks to individuals like Riyaz. I look forward to returning in the future!

Everything in this place is amazing.
The food and drinks are delicious, the staff is so lovely, friendly, and very nice to the children. I loved how they clean the room every day and fill up the mini fridge. The hotel itself is amazingly clean too. Loved how they have so many security guards and my children could go eat and come back to the pool safely without feeling scared. The lifeguards are so good to the children and make them laugh.

Very nice hotel, check in was easy and got a nice little upgrade. Room was really big and overlooking the pool area. Missed breakfast the first few days, but managed the last 3 days. Was okay, but does have to tailed to all cultures and nationalities.
One we got the hang of the all-inclusive side it was pretty much straight forward. Quite a number of restaurants you could use between the 3 hotels, but it was mostly centred around the Westin hotel. Only disappointing thing was, there was not late night bar outside this hotel. You had to go the Le Meridien or the W hotels. If you want a pool side lounger you had to be up early, otherwise book at the Mare for some adult only area. Book in advance for poolside. There is also the private beach if you want to use that.

I have stayed at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina before, and this was a return trip. It’s a fantastic property with beautiful views, excellent facilities, and great service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the Marina.
The hotel has a lot to offer—multiple swimming pools, a private beach, a well-equipped fitness center, and a luxurious spa for relaxation. There are several dining options serving a variety of cuisines, making it perfect for food lovers. The resort is also great for solo travelers, business guests, and families, with plenty of activities and amenities to suit different needs.
A special thanks to Heaven Ayman for her exceptional customer service at both the lounge and front desk. Her hospitality truly made my stay even better. I’ll definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!

First time staying here after returning to Dubai as a tourist with the family (two boys under 5).
The experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were checked in by an Egyptian gentleman called Boula who made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The resort is perfectly set up for families; from spacious double rooms (ground floor has easy access to pools) to multiple pools, water park and kids club all on site. We’re not a ‘resort’ family and tend to prefer getting out to explore cities but with so much to do, we didn’t want to leave.
Very likely to make this a repeat visit when we next return - a big thanks to all the staff who made our short trip so memorable.

Stayed in Westin for a week for a second time.
They provided early check in and late check out which really meant a lot for me and my family.
Valey guys could be more helpfull with taxi assistance (offered their cars instead).
Everything else was great.
Also one remark would be that there is no possibility to go to W hotel facilities and they can use Westin's facilities (no sense at all).

Disappointing Stay at The Weston Dubai Marina – Not a 5-Star Experience
I recently stayed at The Weston Dubai Marina for seven nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being advertised as a 5-star property, the reality was far from it.
First, the hotel shares its facilities with four other 3-star hotels, making the amenities overcrowded. Finding a sunbed was a daily challenge, as I had to reserve one each morning just to have a spot. This is something I’d expect from a budget resort, not a high-end establishment.
I booked a deluxe sea-view room at a cost of £2,000 for seven nights (room only). Instead, I was given a pool-view room. After requesting a change, I was made to wait three days, only to be offered another pool-view room. The uncertainty and delay meant I couldn’t unpack or settle in, adding unnecessary stress to my stay.
Around the pool, I noticed that staff were adding unauthorised drinks to the bill—including alcohol, which I don’t even consume. While I caught the mistake, I suspect that many guests, especially those drinking alcohol, may have been overcharged without realising it. When I confronted the staff, they dismissed it as a “mistake.” Guests should check their bills carefully.
Getting a taxi from the hotel was nearly impossible. The staff seemed to push limousines instead, clearly receiving commissions from drivers. I have never stayed at a 5-star hotel where getting a standard taxi was such a struggle.
To make matters worse, my wife slipped on the hotel’s wet stairs and injured her knee. It took staff ten minutes to respond, and when they finally did, their main concern seemed to be avoiding liability rather than assisting her. They promised to bring ice to our room, but it took over an hour to arrive.
Sleeping at this hotel was another nightmare. A nightclub at a neighbouring hotel blasted music until 3:30 AM every night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. When I complained, the staff casually mentioned it was their “sister hotel’s nightclub,” as if that justified the noise. If I wanted this kind of experience, I would have gone to Ibiza, not a supposed luxury hotel.
Service at the front desk was also shockingly poor. In particular, Michael was extremely rude, arrogant, and condescending. Staff would conveniently “struggle to understand English” when dealing with complaints, but had no issue communicating perfectly when it came to settling bills.
Overall, this hotel has gone downhill. It’s not worth the premium prices, and the service is far from 5-star standards. I would not recommend it and certainly won’t be returning.

We stayed at JA Palm Tree Court last end Nov to Dec 2024 for our anniversary and I must say that it was splendid! Marilyn and the butler team looked after us very well. She did an amazing job making sure everything goes smoothly and perfect! I commend her very much and the whole team, as they were all fantastic! Because of such positive experience JA is now a favourite staycation place for us and I don't know why we haven't even tried there before and I'm so glad we finally did.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, lots of activities and the resort is really beautiful.

Large resort, 30 minutes from city centres Positives are very friendly staff and great pools. Unfortunately the food was very, very low quality. I have been to resorts all around the world and the food here is typically found at the 3 star resorts. Decent breakfast buffet but other than that very disappointing.

JA Palm Tree Court is a beautiful resort with stunning natural scenery and lot of peacocks 🦚 . It offers a wide range of amenities and activities including the exciting Pirates and Mermaids Club for kids.
💫 The highlight of the resort is the water park area (Just Splash) designed for both kids (above 100 cm in height) and adults. The water park features three thrilling slides and a giant water bucket that tips every 4-5 minutes, adding to the fun-filled experience.
Also, the villa and restaurant staff are very friendly and courteous. 🥰 💓
The beaches are quite long and clean with lot of beach beds. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the premises.
The checkin and checkout process and service was convenient and quick. The room was comfortable and huge. Majority of the rooms have balcony overlooking the garden or/and beach 🏖️ .
Breakfast was good and had wide range of varieties with many options for vegetarians.
Buggy service was quick to travel across the property which is actually quite big and one of the largest in Dubai I believe.

Maheswara and fredrick helped us a lot during our stay. They were attentive the entire day. We went there for the beach and pool + breakfast and lunch option and everything was perfect.
The menu at the restaurant was diverse and the food quality was amazing. The presentation of the dishes was done in a creative way.
The facilities are clean and the place is not overcrowded. This is the second time we are taking this option and im really happy with how this hotel is run.
The performance of the staff is impressive. They have amazing attitude towards the guests

Great Service, Great Drinks and food. Cristy and her Team in the Bar1 are amazingly friendly. We were here with our two year old daughter and all of them were so welcoming and child friendly, everyone feels really welcome here. We also enjoyed the daily piano play in the lobby a lot. We celebrated a special anniversary here and Usman provided us with great hospitality to select a perfect room and arranged some amenities we didn’t even ask for. So overall service and caring of staff is amazing. The rooms can use another renovation though, it feels that they have aged. Light switches don’t make sense, absolutely no hangers to hang up towels and one sees that the surfaces are already scratched etc. nevertheless, it was always very clean and again, super friendly.

Hi my name is Rosie I am 10 years old and I visited the Rixos the palm hotel. The Rixos palm was the most outstanding experience I have ever had. From when I arrived to when I left all services were brilliant. Any problems were all sorted. From helping us get sunbeds to cleaning our room every day. We were lucky to get an upgrade, and the services were excellent 👌 every place was spotless. There was cleansers in every toilet, making sure every thing was tip top. The view from the hotel was clear and beautiful. 🤩 I was amazed by the quality and the amount of amazing staff creating such a wonderful hotel. The location was amazing except from it was at the end of the palm so when we had to go somewhere it was all around the palm. But the view made up for it. This was the best vacation I think I have ever had. Definitely recommend and thank you Rixos for this wonderful opportunity.

Everything fantastic! Food, service, facilities were great! Breeze bar and pool area by breeze bar are the best by far for service and quietness. More child friendly than other areas. If you can’t find a lounger the guys are more than happy to go find you some. Bar staff are amazing and constantly on it when you need something.
