Great 2 bedroom suites available for the bigger families. Lovely pool. Gym available, too. Very good buffet breakfast and convenient bar meals, albeit they are a bit pricey. This hotel could do with a refurbishment to get back to 5 star but is still good and worth it. Easy enough to get e everywhere. The sky train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to most tourist attractions via public transport

Great location - grabs are cheaper. Amenities are pretty good, same as breakfast. Staff is super friendly - we were celebrating our honeymoon and got a free upgrade!!! I recently stayed here with my family in a 2 bedroom suite and I honestly had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday with new towels, sheets and water and the location worked for us. I visited the spa and enjoyed a relaxing massage as well as using the pool and gym facilities. I took a star away only to due to the fact that the hotel room could do with a little updating, it needs a lick of paint and the bathroom could do with re-grouting and the sofa and carpets had stains on them but if none of that bothers you then I recommend you come and stay here. Also the pool is absolutely freezing! View from the pool is stunning but the roof top bar is closed for renovation so it would have been nice to no that in advance although we did visit the restaurant which had amazing views at night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked here 2 nights to recover from our jet leg at the beginning of our trip and it was the perfect spot for this. We showed up early for our check in and they stored our bags for us and gave us access to the amenities so we hung out at the pool until our room was ready.
The pool area is large and spacious with lots of seating and tables on the one side to eat at. The gym is large and had lots of different equipment and large windows letting in tons of light. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of good food.
Our room was very spacious and nice, the bed was very comfortable which was perfect for catching up on sleep. We also had a good view from our balcony.
The only disappointing part was that the zoom sky bar was closed the whole time we were there and that was half the reason we booked this place. They do however have a different bar just one floor below the zoom sky bar that was open and still gave good views out the one side, just not the rooftop 360 degree views we were hoping for.

This hotel is more of a business hotel.
The location is good.
The infra and amenities seem little old.
Breakfast spread did not meet the expectation of a 4 star hotel.
Didn't have many beverages options, fruits were limited and very repeated.
The dishes, confectioneries were also limited.
Would not recommend it to a family on a vacation trip
There are many better pocket friendly and better hotels in same area.

Rooms are spacious, views are also good. However, the hotel is dated. They need to upgrade the hotel. Bathroom fittings are old. Shower does not work well. Toilet Flush - had to flush atleast 2-3 times for it to work properly.
It's at a good location. Near to the metro station. Staff is good. They have a good spread for breakfast.

Hot water ran out in the shower after two minutes. It took three tries to get the toilet to flush every time. I communicated this to the front desk. Our “breakfast included”
never had any open tables, they had dirty dishes on them. NO coffee, empty all the time. The spa was a total waste of money. It was a converted hotel room and I paid for a 90
Min Thai massage and it was terrible.
My husband said he wouldn’t go back, even if the rooms were free!
The laundry service was expensive but excellent. It was the best part about the entire experience.

View from the room were also magnificent. While it has swimming pool as well. Not big size but enough for few person.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Rembrandt Residence Bangkok with 5 of my friends, and we all agreed—it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and professionalism. Nina, the day manager, was incredibly welcoming and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. She went above and beyond to accommodate our group and made us feel right at home.
A big shoutout to Bombay, the lobby luggage manager—he was always ready to help with a huge smile on his face. Handling all our bags (and we had a lot!) was no problem for him, and he did it all with such positive energy.
We also have to thank Nan, the guest service agent, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit around Bangkok and helped us organize everything from transportation to local experiences.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a group like ours. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to explore.
Our group had an amazing time, and the staff played a huge part in making our trip so special. We’re already talking about coming back—thank you again to the entire Rembrandt Residence team!

Travelling with my father, this hotel was really convenient and well located. It's not a luxury hotel, but we felt well received with their great service at the lobby.
Our room was really big and comfortable. We would better appreciate the room with 2 rooms or a sofa bed, but we were overall quite satisfied.
The pool area is great, but the toilet with the showers should be better maintained.
The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices (Asian style buffet with someone cooking eggs and omelettes the way you want and customized soup).
I recommend this hotel for its very good quality-rate ratio.

Booked this hotel in a last minute deal. It was amazing the moment we stepped in. Our rooms were on higher floors and city view was great. Breakfast spread was comprising wide variety of foods including 2 Indian dishes every day. Fresh fruits and salad section had plenty of choices to start your day. A very warm and courteous behaviour from all staff all the time. I had an amazing stay here and will look forward to stay again.

I stayed here in March and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting me with getting change for my taxis. The bellboy was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The gym was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a great workout, plus it offers a stunning view. The entire gym staff was welcoming and attentive, and Wit Tui did an excellent job keeping the equipment spotless. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Every aspect of this hotel is below average, aside from its location. Rooms and hallways are smells bad. Every review mentions about oldness, all of it is totally accurate. Higher levels are nice but if you are staying standart room don't get your expectations high. You can get better hotels for this price.
Final note, staff in the lobby chit-chats and giggles a lot while checking you in. That is kinda rude and not appropriate.

We reserved two king rooms as a pair of buddies traveling. The lady checking us in informed us that we originally booked two rooms with one bed, so she combined the reservation and was giving us one room with two beds. She said it like she doing us a favor. I told her absolutely not, my buddy snores loud enough to wake the dead and I wanted no part of that. She then said she had to find us two rooms. And it took quite a while, three other groups checked in and got keys while we waited for her to fix her mistake. I returned later that evening to ask about a late check out since I was leavening BKK at night. The gentleman said I had to reserve another night, I said I would like to do that and he said I was all set, fast forward to the morning and I indeed was not all set. I found this out when getting a new key in the morning that I had no reservation. The lady at the desk did fix it for me, and was the only smooth interaction I had at the hotel.

The location is great.
Value for money.
This is a budget hotel with very outdated rooms trying to pass itself off as a luxury 4 star hotel. If budget hotels are what you’re looking for this is the place, but do not think you’re getting a good deal on a good hotel for the price point or you will be underwhelmed I’m afraid. Breakfast is good, one redeeming quality.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wit Tui, the fitness center staff member, during my stay. His friendly attitude made the fitness experience much more enjoyable. Wit Tui is always ready to assist with any questions and ensures that the gym environment is welcoming for everyone.
Aim, our bartender at the hotel, was absolutely fantastic! She always served with a smile. Aim's excellent customer service really stood out!

Great value. A really good breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for all modes of transport. For the centre of Bangkok it's quiet as well. The room we had on floor 15 was spacious clean and had a city view. All the staff were very helpful and courteous.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times before and have never had a problem. But this time we were allocated a room on the 7th floor. Room was very basic and smelt of strong disinfectant. The bathroom was very tired and mouldy. Receptionist was very unhelpful when I went to ask if there was another room available. At first she said no there wasn't but then said one was available but we would have to pay more for the room, we went to have a look and this room had 2 double beds but was worse than the one we were in. Hotel staff never smiled or seemed approachable except for the young lad who took our baggage up. Thank God we were only staying 3 nights, we did debate to leave the hotel and book another it was that bad. This spoilt our last leg of our holiday.
On top of all this I left an item when we left, my husband emailed them and asked if they could post the item. We got an email stating the cost would be £42 absolutely disgusted as the item was not heavy or bulky. I wouldn't recommend this hotel its very tired with uncomfortable beds. Would never book again.

The room is nice and spacious with normal amenities like coffee maker, mini ref, hot and cold shower, AC and large Smart TV. The Customer Service is very good. I'm impressed with their honesty when my wife accidentally lost 500B from her pocket and in just a few minutes, we received a call from the reception informing us about it.

The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and massage shops to explore. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Pros: Large and nice rooms, very clean. Nice terrace on 9th floor. Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast. 10mn walk to Central World and Platinum. +1 for the rooftop bar at night.
Cons: No swimming pool. Small gym. Tourist shops at the bottom of the building (personally it's a con because it makes it feel cheap). Outside of hotel are dirty pavements, smelly. Bit aggressive massage parlors.
Overall a good hotel. 4 stars because there are many other good hotels around, competition is tough.

Centara is our stay at bangkok for 5 days. We reach at the hotel at 5pm, they will collect a deposit for 20,000 baht and will return it once u check out. We use cash to pay the deposit. The process of check in was so fast. Once we arrived, the receptionist politely ask us our passport to photocopy it and give us welcome drink. I think we only wait for 15 mins to check in the hotel. During our stay, we went for a breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet start at 6am to 11am. They have variety of food like english breakfast, diff pastries and toasted bun, noodles, porridge, indian vegetarian cuisine, cereal, coffee, rice, salad and fruits and etc. The hotel is centre of location for Platinum mall, Big C, Central world, Pratunam market and etc. The only disadvantage is the hotel smelly. Will have a bad odour smell at entrance and in our hotel room. Otherwise everything is good.

One of the best hotels to date. Amazing facilities. The staff were very friendly. The chef was amazing and made a special Jain breakfast every day, as there were limited Jain options available. Just another home away from home with the luxury touch. The moment I entered the hotel lobby right to the front desk, I knew my stay was going to be amazing. This is because I was greeted by this fine young hotel manager namely Na. She was helpful and made the check in process all so smooth. And because of my Radisson membership, I was offered the option of an upgrade to rooms with better views.
And this is where I was so impressed with her. She accompanied me to both the rooms and gave me the option to choose. Excellent service with the sweetest touch.

I had the pleasure of dining at Punjab Grill, and I must say that the experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding management of Base . From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the restaurant was operating smoothly, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Base ensured that every guest felt valued, checking in personally to see if everything was up to standard. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service were truly commendable. We had booked a suite room at the facility and unfortunately the room was too disappointing and totally not matching to the standards of Radisson. The sanitary fittings in the bathroom was broken(washbasin & shower) and there was not enough water coming from the toilet and shower which we had asked them to fix it. The bed was saggy and the bedroom space was too congested.
The breakfast was limited to Indian cuisine and did not have much options for other nationalities. Not preferred to take food from the restaurant even if you are someone who prefers Indian food. There are plenty of alternate options just outside the hotel offering better and delicious food.
Overall, the stay in this hotel is just average and would not recommend for someone planning for a relaxed vacation.

Hotel is just lovely. Spacious, clean rooms for a good price and centrally located in the heart of Bangkok. But, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Nida, Base and Little made my stay here very enjoyable. So friendly, personable. Will definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful river view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a deep sleep. Staff were attentive and provided excellent service. All necessary amenities were available. Loved everything about this hotel—highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation. The beds were super cozy, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything needed. They truly made the experience even more enjoyable!

very good location, very good staff, excellent reception desk staff, very good river ride, a nice and beautiful atmosphere.
We stayed in r00m number 703, Problems we had was that in that room "Shower bath" tub in the bath room drainage was not draining well due to the location of the drainage hole which is located above the level of drainage. Another complaint we had was Cockroaches especially behind the mirrors and cupboards. Please rectify this.

Fantastic location by the river. Free boat shuttle to transport hub for river boats and metro. Outdoor pool area is great. Breakfast was good and possible to sit outside just next to the river with great views.

It's a very old building, but well maintained. The rooms are nice, and large. Has fantastic views of the river.
We are platinum members, so we got a bunch of desserts and some fruit in the room which was nice.
The buffet appears to be large and have everything you would want for breakfast.
There's a nice outdoor area, right by the river, where you can sit, it's fantastic.
The boat that takes you over to the main ferry station runs every thirty minutes and is very convenient.
