The hotel has a fantastic entrance and welcoming feel. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful and most speak English. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious foods and is available in a beautiful area. The hotel is within walking distance of laundry facilities, 7/11, shopping mall, massage shops. The sky train is within an easy 10 minute walk and taxis are plentiful (if required the bellboys are happy arrange for the taxi meter to be turned on). The swimming pool is a beautiful relaxing area and there is also a gym. This was our 10th stay at Century Park Hotel Bangkok and we highly recommend it. We stayed 9 nights.

First stop after arriving in Thailand, late at night. Hotel arranged food in the room as we arrived after the resteraunt closed. Excellent meal arranged in room, more of a banquet really.
Never managed to get into the pool as we weren't there long enough, just a stop over really.
All staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
Very clean and tidy hotel and aesthetically pleasant.

The hotel has an excellent lobby and check-in process was also smooth and least time consuming. The breakfast is from 6AM to 10 AM, however nothing much for vegetarians, just routine bread, butter and potatoes other than fruits and milk and tea.
They do provide cutlery in the room, but at an additional charge of 50 THB. Staff is courteous, rooms are spacious and location is very close to Pratunam Market. Nearest 7 eleven store is just 100 meters away. The washroom does not have a jet spray though.

This aging hotel is in the Victory Monument district. About 8 8-minute walk to the Victory Monument metro station and 1 km from the lively Pratunam Market. Many restaurants, bars, shops, 7-Eleven, massage parlors, and a Pizza Hut are right outside the door. The floor-to-ceiling mural anchors the large lobby. Our room feels dingy, the bathroom is decent with a shower stall and a tube that has a shower. Water pressure is good. The electrical charging outlet is limited. The 5th-floor pool is a nice place to relax. I did laps daily. The water is on the cold side, which is to my liking.
We got in after midnight. Two male staff checked us in, both looked like new hires.
The tour/bus took care of our luggage after we handed it in at the airport: not sure how they would identify each luggage: mine doesn't have a name tag. Quite a contrast from the desk staff. What I asked the tour manager, Ya, who said "we've our method."

The room was tidy and neat, with a comfortable king-size bed, a refrigerator, and a water heater for coffee. However, the shower had low water pressure, and the temperature fluctuated from hot to cold unexpectedly. Despite that, the room was functional and met basic expectations.

Had a pleasant stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel! Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The location is great — just a 10–15 minute walk to nearby malls and food spots. The corridor could be a bit brighter, and the bathroom water temperature was a little unstable. Also, basic items like toothbrush and comb need to be requested from the front desk. Overall, a comfy stay with friendly staff and a super convenient location!

It was my first time staying across the street in the Pratunam area, as my favorite hotel was fully booked. From booking to check-out, everything went smoothly.. the staff were polite, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. I was also pleasantly surprised when they gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday celebration, which I truly appreciated.
One thing to note is that the hotel seems to have many Indian guests and even the nearby Palladium Market has mostly Indian vendors, which is quite different from what I remembered in Bangkok a few years back. While the service at the hotel was great, the downside was that some of the Indian tourists were noisy.. talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning and slamming doors. It affected the peace of our stay, and we eventually had to ask them to keep quiet.
Other than this, everything else about the hotel was very good, and the staff service really stood out.

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel in Bangkok. The service was superb and truly exceeded our expectations. On my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a thoughtful birthday dessert, which was such a sweet gesture that made my day extra special.
The hotel itself is clean and cozy—not the most spacious, but definitely comfortable and well-maintained. On our last day, we booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport. Initially, we requested a smaller cab, but it couldn’t fit all our luggage. To our delight, the hotel upgraded the cab for us at no additional cost. This thoughtful service really impressed us.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.

My partner dropped his money purse when we were alighting from Our Grab on 1 of the evening. Initially we tot it was left in the vehicle and we even chased the car to retrieve it but found nothing. Thinking tt it was gone but a call came in while we were back in the room. Front desk actually called to asked if we have lost something. After a
Brief description, my partner went down to collect it. Turns out that a Mr Winnai (hopes it correct) from the Bellhop picked it up from the car pouch area and traced back to us! Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Location was great—close to shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Overall, it felt easy and stress-free, which is exactly what I wanted. Would definitely come back!

I stayed at the hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. The service and welcome were exceptional from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, and the room service was top-notch throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Anan, who was incredibly helpful with our luggage when we arrived and just as friendly when we checked out. He even offered great suggestions for shuttle and taxi options, which made our departure smooth and stress-free.

From the pics and reviews on the online, I knew this property would be a little bit older, but I have never felt so instantly at home in a hotel before. With a few furniture and fixture updates, this incredible residence could easily become a world class historic gem right in the heart of Bangkok! The rooms were more spacious than anything I have ever experienced in suite style hoteling, the staff exemplary, and the views stunning! I both want to keep this place a well guarded secret and laud it from the rooftops! Cleanliness was marred only by age, otherwise it was impeccable!

The hotel and staff (Leo and Rain; cleaning staff and others) have been very nice and helpful.
The room is gigantic, the two pools are nice -one has a bar and restaurant. The included breakfast is yummy. The room service (food and coffee) was also great.
I could extend my stay on the last day from 14:00 to 18:00 for 1000 bht, which was nice after a long night.
You get a lot of nightlife around the hotel. It's good to visit the Blue Boar (Australian bar) for some insider tips.

You will not find better cooperation and support than at this hotel. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Took, the Front Desk Manager, for her outstanding assistance and excellent attitude. We faced an issue with the booking company, which showed no cooperation, yet she handled it with professionalism and care, arranging the necessary steps and resolving the problem perfectly. She set a commendable example that reflects the high level of service and attention to guests.

The rooms were decent sized. We were allotted connecting rooms, which was very convenient to handle kids. Location was very convenient with malls and shopping etc being very close, even metro too.
The spa was not great.. The masseuse I got was really bad and didn't know how to give a proper massage! So better try outside.
The rooms and bathroom accessories were dated... Very old... The flush wasn't even functioning properly, unless you keep holding it for few secs. They certainly need to upgrade all of their internal infrastructure.

We had an amazing stay at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok! The service was excellent… the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options and the swimming pool was clean and relaxing. The gym looked new and was very well equipped. Overall, a wonderful experience with top-notch customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

I do have to say the location is great. It is very sensual to everything. You can get a taxi. It’s easier to get a motorcycle and a lot quicker. There is plenty full. There’s massage is literally right across the street. Everything is open until midnight. I do have to say the room was a little outdated. The water pressure was not good at all. The amenities were minimum. But the overall experience was God and the food was great. Service is what makes a difference in the service was excellent.
Mr. NONG the bell hop gentleman was very sweet, nice respectful, helpful knowledgeable. Assisted and was not pushy at all. He was very kind. People like him with his great service make you want to come back again even with the little hiccups we had.

The bellboy and concierge team was wonderful! Each time we arrived, we were greeted at the door and a team member held the door for us. They opened the taxi doors and shined a flashlight inside to check we didn’t leave any of our belongings. In particular, Tong was a huge help on our last day. We had a tech issue and he completely fixed it. The team was very gracious and always willing to help. Another great benefit to staying here is they give you two free water bottles a day, which really came in handy for us. I recommend this hotel.

JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel
Stayed at JC Kevin Sathorn for a few nights and overall had a mixed experience. The hotel is located slightly away from the main hustle of Bangkok, which is actually nice if you prefer something quieter but still within reach of the city.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with good city views — definitely one of the highlights of the property. The pool area is also great, and there’s a massage parlor on-site that offers decent service at fair prices.
The big let-down, however, is the food. All of the restaurants inside the hotel need serious improvement. Even the breakfast was disappointing — not freshly cooked and lacking in quality. It really doesn’t match the otherwise high standard of the rooms and facilities.
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with good rooms and quiet surroundings, this hotel works well. But I’d recommend eating out; Bangkok has far better dining options just a short ride away.

Had a great stay at JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience — highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

The room was big and the service was average, but the housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning. I stayed for 11 nights. The housekeeper, named Ple, came to take care of my room every day and refilled the appliances without fail. She was really lovely and good polite

Unfortunately, our experience at JC Kevin was quite disappointing due to poor management. Only 2 lifts were working in a high-rise hotel, resulting in long waiting lines and massive delays every single day. For a 5-star hotel, this kind of mismanagement is unacceptable it felt more like a budget property in that regard.
However, I want to clearly say this....the staff were absolutely amazing. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was kind, hardworking, and helpful despite the lack of support from upper management. They’re doing their best under pressure, and they deserve 5 stars alone.
Its sad to see such great employees being let down by poor leadership. Fix the facilities, support your staff better, and maybe this hotel can live up to its stars.

Faded Glory – 5 Stars? Nah!
I'll be honest.
A two-bedroom apartment, 120 m² with a sky view for around €700 for 6 nights during low season – that’s not expensive for a capital city.
But the reason for the relatively low price becomes clear quite quickly.
The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings and a lovely scent when you walk in.
However, the elevator is very slow, because one of them hasn’t been working for months, and with only two elevators active in a 38-floor building with many rooms, it can take up to 15 minutes to get up or down.
In the apartment, there’s no kitchenware – no plates, no cutlery, nothing!
No microwave, just a well-functioning fridge.
No coffee machine, and not even a spoon to stir your tea. 🤷🏼♀️
They advertise a sky bar with a DJ and cocktails on the top floor – but when we arrived on a Friday night, there was maintenance going on?!
There’s a very small balcony compared to the size of the building, with a beautiful city view – but the drinks are expensive, and there was no DJ, even though it’s clearly advertised downstairs near the elevator.
The “two-bedroom apartment” itself is nice, with comfortable beds and a cozy living room that has two balconies.
It’s very well insulated and almost completely silent from other guests.
The staff is very friendly and always helpful.
But the place is clearly in need of renovation – which is underway.
Still, these issues do make it feel a bit like a “cat in the bag” situation.
We had a good time here, but it’s located on a very busy road that’s nearly always jammed.
If you want to get to a shopping mall, it can take 45 minutes by taxi or train.
It’s in the “Wall Street” of Bangkok – a fun area to explore, but keep the downsides in mind

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and welcoming but what truly made my experience special was Apple, the receptionist. She’s an incredible person with such a good soul and positive energy. Always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. Apple is by far the best receptionist I’ve met , she made me feel at home from the first moment.

We are staying for three nights and enjoy every moment of it. Whenever we have a question, the staff is happy to help us with a big smile. We're not used to this level of service in our own country, so we truly appreciate the warm welcome. On Friday, we enjoyed a coffee and biscuits during the happy hour (every Friday from 4 to 5 PM).
The rooms are clean, there is a free shuttle to the MRT train stops and Skytrain stops, the gym is open 24/7 and the swimming pool 7 am until 8 pm. It’s a big hotel in a big city, but somehow it’s really calm, especially the rooftop bar with swimming pool because it’s really high.
The breakfast is also more than we are used to. Typical thai breakfast, yoghurt with fruit to pancakes, hot beans, bacon, fresh eggs which you can order on the side and many more.

Staying a full week at Radisson Suites in Bangkok was truly a marvellous experience. From the front desk service to the thoughtful & most helpful Staff headed by mine host, Base was simply superb. My partner had a need for a dentist & was not only given advice but driven to her appointment by the hotel’s complimentary tuk tuk 🛺, now that’s service! We are here to relax and not necessarily shop, so the rooftop pool & bar were an added bonus with again polite & good service. Breakfast was tasty with many options to choose which is helpful over a week for variety. We enjoyed the hotel & especially Base & other staff so much that I have already rebooked to return in a week’s time to attend a conference in Bangkok which was not originally planned. We had a very comfortable and spacious stay as a family of four. The location offered easy access to all the major city attractions, which made getting around a breeze.
One of the highlights was the rooftop bar—great cocktails, a fantastic view, and incredibly friendly staff made it a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious.
Overall, the amenities were excellent and really added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. Highly recommended for families visiting the city!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel . Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and some snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. They also accommodated my request for early check-in, making the experience even smoother. The reception staff were courteous and responsive throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful river view that added to the charm. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay — would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Bangkok. The room was beautiful with a direct river view, and waking up to that every morning was amazing. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the manager was very helpful, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The swimming pool was great for relaxing, and the hotel’s boat shuttle service was incredibly convenient for exploring the riverside.
The only downside was the corridor from the lift to the room, which felt a bit dated. Otherwise, everything about this hotel was excellent and highly recommended!

I would say that this hotel is value for money. Clean rooms, squeaky clean toilets and the whole space of this hotel smells good. Cleanliness is top notch and their front desk staff speak good English. Very easy to communicate. We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel and definitely will choose this hotel again next time we visit Bangkok. They also have free shuttle boat to Central Pier and from there you can take another boat to the shopping malls area. You will get an amazing view of the river, if your room is river view and for the rate, it definitely match the good experience you will get by staying in this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a spacious city-view room. The room is well-divided into a living area and a bedroom, with a sofa, TV counter, and a small dining table for two. The space feels large and open, though the furniture is quite old—especially the sofa, which has lost its spring. Still, everything is functional and clean.
The bathroom is spotless and well-designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The bed is soft and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes. The variety and presentation are impressive—one of the best parts of my stay.
Staff are friendly and professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to help. It’s convenient to reach the hotel by BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and take the free hotel shuttle boat, which runs every hour. The riverside view along the Chao Phraya River is beautiful, especially in the evening.
The hotel is only about 450 meters from Asiatique The Riverfront, an easy walking distance for dining and shopping.
Facilities include parking, a swimming pool, restaurants, and an indoor lounge.
Overall, a large riverside hotel with great service, outstanding breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. Although the furniture is dated, the cleanliness and hospitality make it a pleasant stay.

One of the best five star rated hotels on the riverfront, Menam, Bangkok. Excellent river facing rooms upto sixteen floors. You can see cruise luxury boats to regular transport boats moving around all the time sitting in your room. The river Chao praya was full at the time of our visit. Hotel provides free boat ride to Sathorn pier through out the day as also a beautiful Tuk-tuk service to Asiatiq pier front. Ideal for Bangkok city visitors. Excellent peaceful ambience. Extremely courteous staff at all service areas ever ready to assist in whatever possible way. No request, howsoever difficult, is turned away. At the restaurant the name of Executive Chef Sinu George needs special mention for his super excellent service and assistance. The gym and swimming pool were of very high standards. Overall, one of the best facilities for stay in Bangkok 🌷

The food was absolutely outstanding, fresh, beautifully presented and every dish was full of flavour. but the cleaner takes a long time to clean. I waited for the room about one hour and a half.

The entire team at Ad Lib was just as fantastic. Always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent service, and it really makes a difference.
The hotel itself remains as beautiful and comfortable as I remembered. Tucked away in a quiet spot, yet still close to everything Bangkok has to offer, it’s the perfect urban retreat. The stylish design and relaxing ambiance make it hard to leave.

I put great for its location and rooms. People who work are nice. its near from the hospital. the Service for the Disabled Person is not good: to enter the hotel there is a path for those who use wheelchairs. but to go to the room you can not avoid the stairs. During my stay, I discovered by chance (which I find not good from the stuff Because they didn't tell me ) that there is a path for the disabled available only a few days a week because It's in maintenance . I used it anyway and it was not that bad Comparing stairs that were difficult to use for a disabled person(my father), shame to a 4-stars hotel that does not pay attention to fix this path so quickly because it's indispensable for the disabled. I'm there from September 3 intell 8 and the problem is not yet fixed. Note: they have rooms that are easily accessible for the disabled, but do not suit us because we are 3. because we need two rooms connected to take care of our father easily. And this type of connected rooms is not available throughout the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Chatrium Riverside in Bangkok. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a beautiful river-view room, which was a pleasant surprise! The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Room service was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide range of options. However, due to the large number of convention guests during our visit, we did have to wait in line a few times to get food, which could be a bit frustrating. Despite that, the quality of the food was great, and the overall experience was still positive.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, making it easy to grab any essentials, and several restaurants are within walking distance. We also loved the ferry service to Iconsiam shopping mall, which has a fantastic food court with a variety of delicious options.
Overall, I would highly recommend Chatrium Riverside for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service in Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

Positives: friendly staff, a great (huge) room with wonderful river view, and really good boat service to connect with other attractions in Bangkok. Food excellent in the River Barge restaurant and breakfast plentiful and delicious.
Points for improvement: the pool was shut during our stay. This is now on their website but wasn’t when we booked (otherwise we’d have booked elsewhere!) and it was disappointing to find this out on check in - it felt misleading. Apparently use of a nearby pool was possible, but after trying to follow the one sign that pointed in the direction and ending up in random corridors , we gave up - would suggest that customers are contacted to tell them facilities aren’t available and better signage put in to direct people to alternate facilities (if they do exist!)
We visited Bangkok over the end of Buddhist Lent which meant some things were closed and places didn’t serve alcohol (the hotel did). While we totally get that national festivals are a part of travelling and absolutely respect the rules/restrictions that come with them, some kind of notification from the hotel would have been really useful. Even a simple ‘Dear Guests, please be advised tomorrow is Buddhist Lent so some places may not be open/serve alcohol’ sign would have been invaluable for first time travellers to Thailand.
We found the drinks in the hotel very overpriced. 1 large beer was $12 / €10.50 / £9 which felt really expensive for a simple Singha. Disappointing, as the food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
All in all, a good stay but a few things that could be improved to ensure it is truly a 5 star hotel and experience.

My husband and I have stayed at chatrium riverside for each of last four years. Every stay was perfect with exception of breakfast buffet. It was just adequate. But we checked in 2 days ago n the breakfast is much improved. Delicious. Perfect in every way now . Thanks chatrium riverside!!

We are a family of 3 with 11 year old kid. This is actually our second time in 2 years. Last year when we stayed it was very quality experience and this year no surprise about the quality of the hotel and hotel staff, specially I have to mention Mr Top, the front desk Manager. This is why we choose this sort of excellent service hotels. Although we had a little miscommunications during the check in and we brought this into Mr Top's attention, he was very professional and he really wanted to make sure we have the right exceptional service and stay. Because it was a slow season, he upgraded us to one of the suits on one of the top floors as there was one availability of that room. That really made our holiday smooth and quality. The hotel and staff did their job above and beyond our expectations. I stay in many hotels including Marina Bay Sands Singapore. This suite was absolutely stunning. I would like to thank Mr Tom and his lovely staff. My advice, consider this room when you book with this hotel. What an iconic Bangkok view.!!! Finally quality of an Hotel and stay comes with how the hotel and staff approach their guests with their needs. Thank you everyone. Will see you in future again.
