Fantastic hotel the best staff and food of any hotel that we’ve ever visited. Great location right on the beach with a nice long promenade two minutes away from shops and restaurants. If you’re a runner then it’s great for an early morning 5k plus run apart from the heat. We used the well equipped gym. The hotel has great entertainment including daytime activities aqua aerobics etc a show every night in the theatre and music until 11:00ish every night. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys the nicer things in life and we are certainly looking forward to returning early next year.

Excellent location in Costa Adeje. However, that’s where the positives of this hotel end. The hotel is overwhelming tired, the rooms are in poor condition for a five start hotel and the staff were so inattentive. On arrival one of our rooms the aircon control was hanging off the wall and took 3 attempts to fix with no follow up. When complaining about the state of the room, the staff couldn’t care less. The clientele as well is older so wouldn’t recommend for anyone under the age of 50 that like a bit of classy atmosphere. The evening entertainment was poor. The food was decent but breakfast service was chaotic and you were made to feel like an inconvenience. The pool area was decent, but had nothing that makes it 5 stars. The gym however, was excellent for what I needed, with both a good indoor and outdoor set up. If you get a cheap deal at this hotel then it’s worth it for the location, however, if you paid a premium like we did for a five star hotel with five star amenities then it’s definitely not worth it, spend your money elsewhere in Tenerife.

I was here 3 weeks ago and have visited 3 times this year. As you can guess I love it here. Staff are so friendly and attentive, food is fantastic and it's in a perfect location. Rooms are bright and airy. Particular mention to Miriam and Joanna at the pool bars, Ana and Manuel in the restaurants. All of have exceptional customer service. Can't wait to come back as I can't think of any other hotel in Costa Adeje I would rather stay in.

We stayed for a week in the middle of September. We chose this hotel because it has a rear exit onto the main strip. First impression of the hotel is very nice from the front. The lobby area is vast and is very nice, although the reception area could do with a little modernising, but it's not like you have to look at that your whole holiday so not complaining. The rooms were very clean, brightly decorated and nice layout. We had a side sea view, but to be honest, it could have easily have been just a solid sea view as a good portion of the view from the balcony was sea. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Rainfall shower but a very large head, so was very refreshing after a day in the sun. The only negative is that you didn't get complimentary water in your room. Most hotels we have stayed in around this area give you fresh bottled water every day. However that said, there are filtered water dispenses all around the hotel including on each floor, and your room has a jug so you can top up yourself. I prefer bottled water though, as I am not comfortable with just filtered water so I opted to buy bottled water each day. I understand the hotel do this to save on plastic waste, and I understand that, but glass bottled water could be an option they explore. The breakfast was very good, so much choice and the room is more than large enough with an outdoor space, although we never actually got to go outside as it was always full. Nevertheless, the room was nice and the food was very nice. The hotel itself has a three pools I believe, although we never ventured down to the main pool, we stayed in the smaller pool up the top of the hotel which was very nice as it was closest to our room and had shade all day round. The hotel grounds are just beautiful. They keep the green areas immaculate and the trees and plants add to the overall aesthetics creating a very nice space for you to walk around. The exit at the back of the hotel is key card exit/entry 24 hours and is very very handy for access to the main strip. It brings you out right at the start of the strip just enough away to not have any noise but close enough so you don't have to walk far. The service at the hotel was amazing. The staff could not do enough for you. Every member of staff from reception, to bar staff to cleaners always said hello when passing you. I even passed staff who appeared to be off shift when we just arrived and the said "welcome" in a very cheerful way as I walked past. It's the little touches that make the difference. If you rent a car, there is car parking out the front of the hotel which is free for hotel guests to use. You don't need to inform the hotel you can simply park there. Although you need your room key card to enter the car park (not to exit).

I have stayed at this hotel several times now, and each visit has been outstanding. The service is always exceptional – the staff are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which makes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay every time. The food is amazing, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality – it’s always a highlight of the trip. The hotel itself is huge and beautifully maintained, offering everything you could need during your stay. The location is excellent, with so much to see and do in the surrounding area, whether you’re looking to explore, relax, or enjoy the local attractions. Overall, it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone. Every stay has been memorable, and I look forward to returning again
