Loved the location and the fact that all rooms have stunning views, comfy bed and well equipped bathrooms! Breakfast was really good! Pool area also nice. I was surprised that for a 5* hotel you have to pay €3 per day if you want kettle in the room. Also, I was told to pay extra 20EUR to use sauna which I find really strange! Don't forget to take ear plugs for the night! As much as I love the view, the balcony door is not the best and you will hear waves that are veery loud at night. Be patient with the lift .... very slow!

This is the worst 5* hotel I have ever stayed in.
The rooms are badly furnished with basic "Ikea type" furniture, tired old wallpaper and ancient bathroom fittings.
When we arrived the room was freezing cold and the heating didn't work. We were told it would be repaired the next day but this never happened. We were eventually given an old electric radiator which surprisingly worked and stopped us from catching pneumonia. The food is far from 5* standard. We opted for full-board but mainly ate bread and butter as the food was such bad quality, mass produced and tasteless. We were on the 13th floor which is two floors below the restaurant so we were woken up every morning at 7.30 when breakfast started and guests dragged their chairs across the floor...the same noise continued through lunch and dinner. I dread to think how it must have felt on the 14th floor, directly below the restaurant!
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful and the best thing about the hotel is the view of the sea, but don't expect to sit on your balcony in the sun as the hotel faces north/east and none of the bedrooms get direct sunshine.
A complete disappointment....more like a 3* in every way.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, expecting a luxurious five-star experience, but it was far from it. From the moment we checked in, issues started to pile up.
Firstly, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. The shower was also temperamental, switching from scalding hot to freezing cold.
To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning from one of the hotel’s restaurants, which completely ruined part of my stay. Hygiene also seemed to be an issue, as there was no hand wash in the bathroom—when we asked for some, the staff casually told us they don’t stock it and suggested using shower gel instead. We had to go out and buy our own hand wash just to keep basic hygiene standards.
The spa experience was equally disappointing. The place wasn’t properly cleaned, and while I was having a massage, I noticed bugs crawling on the floor—absolutely unacceptable for a so-called luxury hotel.
Overall, this was nowhere near a five-star experience. The hotel seriously needs to improve its facilities, cleanliness, and customer service before claiming to be of such a high standard. I would not stay here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

We are just back from one week holiday at this hotel. We were all inclusive and really enjoyed it. The food was very good, plenty of vegetables, salads and choice of fish, meat and pasta etc for main dishes. Good variety of sweets too! There was also a chef making food in front of you, omelettes and fish being fried. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive whilst eating.
The rooms were spacious and we could hear the sounds of the ocean which were a good sleep aid and very relaxing. My only complaint was the outdoor pool was very cold but the indoor pool was heated and available with a jacuzzi too.
All in all, a very nice experience and a welcome break from cold Scotland! The staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly! I would definitely go back 👍

Love this hotel! Me and my husband just finished our week's stay there.
Not had a single unpleasant experience there.
Rooms are a bit outdated and shower takes a bit to warm up, also had to pay extra for the kettle BUT the excellent customer service, stunning views, lovely food - absolutely make up for it.
There was a different theme for dinner every night, always a big variety to choose from.
Breakfast was also a bit different every day, always delicious.
Felt welcome from check in to check out.
All staff we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and professional.
Loved that there's two ways to enter the hotel (one being very close to town centre).
Honestly felt sad to leave, can't wait to come back here.
Thank you for an amazing experience!
