Love this hotel! Me and my husband just finished our week's stay there. Not had a single unpleasant experience there. Rooms are a bit outdated and shower takes a bit to warm up, also had to pay extra for the kettle BUT the excellent customer service, stunning views, lovely food - absolutely make up for it. There was a different theme for dinner every night, always a big variety to choose from. Breakfast was also a bit different every day, always delicious. Felt welcome from check in to check out. All staff we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and professional. Loved that there's two ways to enter the hotel (one being very close to town centre). Honestly felt sad to leave, can't wait to come back here. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Ideal place for relaxation and good holiday. Located on the ocean side near the city center of Puerto de la Cruz. A lot of car hire services around. Good swimming pool zones - there are two of them. One with large open sky pool and another with warm smaller pool. Food is pretty good. Stuff are doing their best to bring local tastes as good as they are. Ocean view is the best thing you can experience to clear up your mind and set yourself for a productive work. I recommend this hotel and this part of Tenerife as the natural miracle.. Teide, Ocean, Sky, Forests and People - all these are wonderful here ❤️

Very nice stay at the hotel , the food was quite nice , we had breakfast each morning and dinner in the hotel one of the nights , it's a buffet style breakfast with more than enough options. Staff in the hotel were all friendly towards us. The pool areas are kept clean , the jacuzzi can fit quite a few people and the food served at the bar by the main pool is quite good. The staff notified us about our bus transfer back to the airport without us needing to ask , and called us taxis to get into the main town. We enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again if staying in Puerto De La Cruz. Our only real issues were with the lifts in the hotel , the 4 lifts from the reception all run very slowly and seem to skip over floors so we were generally waiting quite a while, and the outdoor lift seemed to not run properly so after using it once we chose to avoid it , the lifts in the hotel need a modern replacement. We would also warn other travellers that the hotel is a bit away from the strip and main town so you will probably be taking taxis back and forth however they are relatively cheap here.

Amazing view of the ocean and cliffs. We enjoyed our stay - lots and lots of amenities. Room was pleasant and clean. Food was ok- not loads of veggie options but staff accommodating if you request in advance. Reasonably priced drinks.

The good, the bad and the ugly We booked for 10 nights at this hotel but there is no way this is a 5 star hotel. The good The room is spacious with double washbasins so it’s convenient if you are here as a couple. Water pressure is good and heats up quickly. Room service came to the room every day so far and towels were changed. The bad There was no working AC in our room which made sleeping impossible for us. When I asked why the AC isn’t working at the reception I was told that the current weather is out of this world and that they have the AC in heating mode. We went to the breakfast once and never again. It’s really not worth waking up early for some bad and cheap food. The quality and selection is a joke for a 5 star hotel. The ugly I was going to leave a slightly better review but after encountering one cockroach and the second one in the bathroom today, it became clear that I can’t recommend this hotel and we aren’t going to book this place again. I have been to e.g. Thailand, Mexico and Cuba and never had cockroaches in my room.
