We have had a fab stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The drinks were varied and branded spirits. The food was good with being able to find something for all the family. The best part of the hotel
is the entertainment! The kids have been fully catered for and loved the different shows. The shows as an adult were amazing, funny and had us sat at our seats all night. Would definitely recommend Hotel Gala!

I stayed at this hotel in November for a solo vacation and truly enjoyed my experience. I was initially surprised by how lively Tenerife was at the end of November! However, after a couple of days, I noticed it was quite noisy at night due to being in the heart of Playa de las Américas.
When I mentioned this to the reception team, I was assisted by Katerina, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, moving me to a quieter part of the hotel and even providing a complimentary day pass to the stunning spa.
Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate my concerns made all the difference. It’s exactly what you hope for in a hotel, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service.

Lovely stay, rooms clean and tidy. Food good, bar prices reasonable, option to exchange your evening meal to midday so have the option to go and try the evening meals outside the hotel. Great location for nightlife and beach.

We had a good holiday with no issues. Being half term (UK) the hotel was close to capacity. We had to queue at meal times to get a table in restaurant. Most of the staff are polite, hospitable and happy to help. Room was fresh and clean, all the facilities you need. Pools are nice and you can always get a sunbed. We went all inslusive drinks from 10:30am with cocktails included. Breakfast lunch and dinner mainly catered for a European pallet but there’s plenty of chips, pizzas, burgers etc on tap. We’d stay here again and would recommend it to families

Great hotel absolutely loved our holiday.
Rooms were great, food lovely, splash park perfect for our daughter. Only issue I would say was the room we were in was VERY loud on a nighttime. Luckily our daughter sleeps with white noise on or we wouldn't of been able to get her to sleep.
