We have had a fab stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The drinks were varied and branded spirits. The food was good with being able to find something for all the family. The best part of the hotel is the entertainment! The kids have been fully catered for and loved the different shows. The shows as an adult were amazing, funny and had us sat at our seats all night. Would definitely recommend Hotel Gala!

Absolutely Fabulous Holiday at this Hotel Arrived back from a week's stay ! Couldn't fault with anything at all ! Clean ,Modern ,food was very Good choices and replenished fast and tables always available . Staff are fantastic always Smiling and helpful from Reception ,Cleaning staff, Catering ,Bar and restaurant all 100% a Credit to the Hotel ! Loved the Fashion Show and all the stalls set up at restaurant was fantastic and Bought some very nice things . The Hotel is in a great location for Bars Restaurants ,Beach and Shops 15 min walk from Golden Mile 5min to The Strip ! 3 Pools where Brilliant and plenty Beds and Pool Bar excellent for Drinks Snacks & ice Cream ! Would Recommend this hotel 100%

We booked a 5 day stay for a family of 4 for our 4th visit to Tenerife. We were impressed with the quality and hospitality of the hotel Gala, specifically: the location, easy access to both Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje; Big rooms in a quiet location away from the town activity; The buffet was excellent, every time a different theme, nice staff and spoiled for choice ! I cannot agree with any of the negative comments about the kitchen or staff. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained every morning, plenty of parasols if required. Two of the days were slightly less sunny with a spot of rain and a cloudy sky, but we kept ourselves busy with books and games. The animation staff are friendly and not pushy about getting people off their poolside loungers…! I would definitely recommend the hotel Gala for a short stay. The whole of Europe is present and everyone is respectful of each other here.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, the food was great, the pools and the location and general was lovely😍 I will definitely come here again! Also Giorgia & Samira were super fun 🤭

The rooms are really good, clean, and modern. Pool area is large with plenty of sun beds. Food is fine but a bit random for choices at times. They do a different themes each day. Like American, Italian, British. Breakfast gets a bit crazy with the amount of people trying to get items leading to queuing.
