Arrived for a family holiday for 10 days with 2 toddlers. Staff have been amazing, very friendly and attentive with the boys. Rooms spacious and clean. Reception staff very helpful with booking excursions, and recommending things to do /see. Big shout out to Gino the resident photographer, we have some beautiful pictures to remember the holiday by he was also very engaging with the boys. We found the location ideal with lots to do and keep the little ones entertained. All round a very good holiday had by all - Tenerife we will see you again soon.

Lovely rooms. Great location. Staff very nice. We had a bottle of bubbles put in the room for a birthday surprise which was a lovely touch. Pool crowded but we are v near beach so we went there instead most days. Enjoyed our stay

Me and my partner couldn't of wished for a better stay. Room was always clean every morning and the cleaning team were brilliant friendly and accommodating. We had a fridge, kettle and balcony views which was nice.All entertainment, facilities and staff were amazing. Was also perfect location as near lots of places to eat and go for fun. Also out the way of the strip so had a peaceful night's sleep :) will deffo be visiting again.

The hotel is really good and in the perfect location in Las Americas. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday with new towels. The staff are remarkable amazing service and fast. I'd like to give special credits to Camilla the entertainer she made my daughter's holiday something she will never forget. Also to the bar staff that work incredibly hard, Ramon on the pool bar, and the two older gentlemen the work the main bar at night. Unfortunately I forget their name. Spent two weeks here and majority of the time the evening shows were good, only a few were not so great but you are so close to everything with the location to the hotel to be able to go out and see other things. The food has themed dinners, there is always something to find to eat however I would say could add more variety but overall I enjoyed the food.

Great stay with our family, all inclusive is worth it. I saw bad reviews about food however we had no complaints, pool bar staff are awesome and Ramon goes above and beyond and has a great laugh with everyone. Entertainment staff are great Addy and Camilla amazing with kids and a good laugh with the adults. Our second time staying here and there will definitely be a 3rd
