Location is perfect! Close to beach, the golden mile (shops) and great restaurants around hotel.
The rooms are big, clean and the shower was powerful and hot 👍🏻
Food is good with lots of options, we didn't have high expectations from the other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised.
We have been to several hotels on this area and this is by far the best overall. The spa is lovely and is €17 for 2 hours which was great.

Arrived for a family holiday for 10 days with 2 toddlers.
Staff have been amazing, very friendly and attentive with the boys.
Rooms spacious and clean.
Reception staff very helpful with booking excursions, and recommending things to do /see.
Big shout out to Gino the resident photographer, we have some beautiful pictures to remember the holiday by he was also very engaging with the boys.
We found the location ideal with lots to do and keep the little ones entertained.
All round a very good holiday had by all - Tenerife we will see you again soon.

Don't know who the people putting reviews about this hotel are but they either have bad eyesight or live in tents when they go home. We travelled 11/1/2025, first room toilet roll fell of wall, toilet seat loose moving, had shave taps moving left to right, my partner had shower water flooded out bathroom into bedroom. Reported maid came up thought was hilarious started pretending to swim.maintenance man came up did same while unblocking the blockage, this had happened before as wooden floor buckled, lack of maintenance.when in balcony door rattling , turned out whole door glass moving in frame put toilet paper in frame so could sleep.no manager came up to speak even though told maid needed to see them.room was never cleaned properly as others have said, food was repetitive and cold changed very little,to say this place was like faulty towers was a compliment.to anyone thinking of staying here think twice, it is no way a four star, more like a two very disappointed worst hotel have ever stayed, only positive was location.

Avoid unless a family, the bedrooms run along a corridor which is used for pool access and breakfast or to enter/exit building. Every night we are woken up by people coming home and every morning woken up by families and small children running races in the corridor. The view from our room was an unsecure carpark anyone could walk onto which didn’t feel safe. You can hear the person in the next room cough. The breakfast is very poor compared to others. Really busy and very stale. Would never ever recommend to anyone to stay here.

Lovely rooms. Great location. Staff very nice. We had a bottle of bubbles put in the room for a birthday surprise which was a lovely touch. Pool crowded but we are v near beach so we went there instead most days. Enjoyed our stay
