I really don’t know from where to start ! I just felt like home, One of the best Hotels i have stayed in Whole Europe. The staff are just amazing people, always made me and my wife felt welcomed. The room was clean, the animation team is great and active. Too many programs throughout the day, and if you have your kids (Still i don’t 😁) they will be happy and blessed, too many activities. Food and restaurant were great too, location is just perfect. Literally 1 minute walk to Beach, and Veronica street where you have all pubs, restaurants and clubs. Few minutes walk from great surfing spot. At last but not least, HUGE shout out to Oscar from Reception. He helped me a lot, answered all of my questions, really i felt safe, welcomed and so happy and now i know where to always stay in South of Tenerife. THANK YOU SO MUCH TROYA 💚

This is our 4th stay in this hotel. We’ve always come back due to really enjoying the location of the hotel more than anything. One major improvement this year is the adult only new pool and sunbed area, this is beautiful. A fantastic improvement. The food is very basic, and sometimes cold. Breakfast no English sausage. Just frankfurters. Rooms are all nice, we’ve stayed in all grades now. One thing I would mention is any pool view rooms will be noisy at evening due to Veronica’s bars. Rooms over the entrance are extremely peaceful but maybe not as good view. Cleaning is fine, rooms are kept nicely. Spa is great. Overall, we really enjoy this hotel…. However NOT the food. Food options for a 4* in our opinion need rising and more effort putting in.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. My advice to you is to steer clear of this hotel!!!! Food is bad, never warm. If you're not in the restaurant at 7pm by 8pm everything is gone and not replaced. You will have to eat whatever is left. I booked half board but for the last two nights we are going to eat out so at least we will have a hot decent meal. Staff are about as friendly as a fart in a space suit. I also have bites. I hope it's not bed bugs as I have read reviews that the hotel has bed bugs. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would say at best it is 2 star plus. Sink is blocked. Coffee cups don't fit under coffee machine

The staff are great and it's very clean. Lack of shelves and drawers is an issue However the food is pretty terrible. The hotplates which are supposed to keep the food hot are not working properly. So the majority of the food is served luke warm. I was given by the chef in the evening setvice uncooked pork meat. So quite frankly it's a health problem not so much on how the taste is. To avoid people getting food poisoning, this needs to be sorted ASAP.

My wife and I had an amazing experience, we loved the room and the maids were very nice and helpful. The air conditioning was not working and a very nice girl came right away and fixed it quickly. We had a nice conversation. The buffet has very varied food and the spa is small but very complete. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again!
