EXTRA.While the resort is advertised as all-inclusive, we were disappointed to find that we couldn’t take full advantage of the specialty restaurants during our 5-night stay due to restrictive terms. This is something to be aware of when booking, as it detracted from the overall experience. The restrictions left us feeling like we weren’t getting the full value of what was promised. We are at the Alua Atlántico Golf Resort and were very pleased with our experience. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room with a spiral staircase, which, as an older couple, we found unsuitable. However, when we requested a change, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They promptly arranged for a new room that suited our needs perfectly.
The service was exceptional—truly reflective of Hyatt's high standards. The staff were friendly and professional ensuring we were comfortable. The resort itself is lovely, with excellent amenities.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel in November, everything was perfect, rooms are very spacious and absolutely spotless! Plenty of sunbeds to choose from and nice size pool. All inclusive was busy but never had to queue, lovely food, couldn’t complain about any of the meals. Staff were lovely, especially the housekeeping staff. Absolutely perfect for us! 10/10

Great experience overall. Oscar on reception was particularly helpful. Lovely pools and well equipped rooms. Food was pretty good but not fantastic. We thought the lunch was generally better than at night.

Lovely hotel with good rooms and pool. Beds made every day and if you leave towels on floor in hallway they will change them which was a good service. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection you could want. Poolside snacks daily. Evening meal had a variety of food which we found as we had a party of 10 there was something that everyone could find to eat. There is a few shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance but not loads in this area. Great holiday with entertainment every night.

I just checked into this hotel and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. We traveled with an 8-year-old and a 4-month-old baby, and we had to wait for over 2 hours to check in. When we finally got our room, it was the wrong one. I haven't even had the chance to explore the hotel beyond our room, but this experience was disappointing. If you're traveling with children, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Even the Jet2 representative wasn't able to offer much assistance. Very unhappy with the service so far. And very tiring. Extremely poor service for a Jet2 package hotel.
