The best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife! We didn’t participate much in the entertainment, but we absolutely loved the rooms, the view, and the location. The staff were very nice and welcoming, from the reception to the housekeeping team. The breakfast selection was wide and of good quality. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great! We could easily walk down to the beach to investigate the tide pools. We also liked the easy walk to Loro Park. The buffet was delicious and we were very pleased to be all-inclusive guests. Some of the employees at the buffet restaurant were not very understanding of our special needs child. A few employees seemed to understand that she is different and were nice to her. We had a very nice room. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the balcony a lot. It felt like we had space to relax. It was a very nice place to spend our vacation.

The hotel is clean and location is not bad but there are quite a few drawbacks:
- Very loud. Always parties going on and if you have sea view the buses stop all the time and do not turn their engines.
- Animation group is French and for French people only. They are loud, noisy and sometimes even rude. That comes as a surprise, as the animation group must be for everyone or at least does not disturb the rest.
- The rules for all in guests that does not make you feel like you are in all in group (the free snack bar is not available before 11 am), gym is paid, only the cheapest alcohol (for more expensive one you need to pay)
- No physical activities (except for French people). No tennis, paddle, football, volleyball, nothing. We had to go to another hotel and pay there.
The food is good, sangria is tasty, beach is nearby, city is also in the vicinity.

At 8 in the morning, getting out of shower, I found myself naked in front of the cleaning lady that entered the room eager to make the bed 😒
Breakfast area has a large variety of food. If you choose cappuccino from the coffee machine you might get a mix of coffee and cocoa and milk :))
The rooms is quite large.
The bed was made of two small ones put together with very bad legs
Parking is 12€ per day or 50€ per week
Late checkout is available for a fee
A nice touch was the complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday
