AluaSoul is a stones throw from the marina but is a quiet oasis of calm in what is a really busy area. It is an adults only hotel and tends to attract older travellers. That said, there was a very good atmosphere. The food was very good quality and the variety was extensive. Each evening is themed, which refreshes the menu daily, but some staples are maintained for the less adventurous diner. I was impressed by the variety of seafood, much of which was cooked freshly on demand in front of guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a room on the 6th floor, overlooking the pool with a really pleasant view. There was no noise from the marina area during the evenings, though I heard some guests with sea view rooms talking about music and noise from the local bars and entertainment. The room had tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a simple to use combination safe. Bottled water is not replaced daily, but bottled water is available from the bars. The pool area is secure, beautiful, very well maintained, and cleaned to a high standard. The gym, however, was very basic, but the equipment is of good quality. What makes this hotel stand out are the staff, who we found to be friendly, professional, and keen for us to have the best experience.

Spent 10 nights here . Great place to stay . Rooms nice and fresh after recent renovations. Plenty of food choices enjoyed the all inclusive option we paid for . Found it difficult at times to get a sunlounger . Evening entertainment every night quite enjoyable. The hotel is situated in a good spot but unfortunately though there was a lot of noise from a couple of close bars during the evening .But this didn’t prevent us from a restful sleep .

Really big hotel easy to get lost long corridor,s, the pool is shallow & there's never any sun lounger s because even before 8am there all taken. The spa pool was cold the steam room & sauna were ok but the real let down was the Jacuzzi wasn't working but they never tell you that when booking. We did end up having to change rooms because we were right on top of a nightclub & with the hotel also having live music on its no good when you're knackered so earplugs would be a good idea to pack the bathroom is Big showers are fantastic best we've used when we've stayed in different hotels in this area the view is the best bit we have a side view but it's still very good 👍 & a terrace could use a sun lounger instead of the table & chairs but overall the rooms are cleaned daily

Great hotel, just a short walk to the beach, shops and bars. Staff were really friendly and the food was excellent, lots of choice and beautifully presented. The whole hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean and always somewhere to sit or lie down round the pool. The only criticism was that not all cocktails were on the all inclusive menu (but all the same price) and the snacks around the pool were limited to sandwiches, salads and fruit, disappointing compared to the food in the restaurant and a shame we could not pick from the poolside menu. 100% would return

Loved everything about this hotel. The room was very clean and modern, we had such a comfortable bed, sleeping like a baby every night. My partner and I had our wedding in Tenerife so for the night they prepared some lovely surprises in our room to make it even more romantic. The food was very good, my parents were super excited, especially with their dinner. There weren't vegan options beside some roasted vegetables, so we had to go eat at Tierra cafe a few breakfasts, which I also recommend to everyone. Didn't enjoy the pool because we love the beach, but we were able to rent some beach towels. The gym looked very appealing as well. Receptionists were 100% involved in all requests we had, super helpful, especially Florina.
